I want to populate  [AMMTran.LotSerialNbr] as the report parameter. I have added the parameter in the schema but nothing is showing up on the report screen.This is how I see this empty selector. 

Hello Experts,I'd like to inquire about setting the Customization Projects and Customization Project Editor screens to "View Only" access.The objective is to prevent users from making any modifications to customization projects, including publishing and editing packages. While I have successfully set "View Only" access for the Customization Projects screen, I've encountered an "Access Denied" error when attempting to do the same for the Customization Project Editor screen.I'd appreciate any guidance on this matter and would like to know if I've overlooked any necessary steps or if there are any specific configurations that need to be addressed.Thank you for your assistance.Regards,Sagar

Hello!Is there’s a way to use one warehouse for all the branches, without creating multiple warehouses. Since the branch is mandatory in the warehouses profile and it posts transactions for the selected branch of the warehouse, it is unable to use one warehouse for all the branches. Thank you in advance!Amanda

I’m trying to setup UPS integration with Acumatica. Looks like it’s no longer accepting API credentials instead requires OAuth. Does anyone have setup documentation?Is this the same issue with Fedex?

I found a series of Business Accounts that were assigned to an Owner (employee) Lisa Short. This employee is now deactivated and these accounts throw an error when trying to generate sales orders via an Import Scenario or API call. However, I cannot figure out how to pull a GI of Business accounts associated to this Employee because the values do not pull any filtered results;

Is there a way to remove/reverse/delete an Issue so that we can return the Lot Serial number. Most of the time we do not receive the vendor credit memos until after we have Issued out the purchase order/po receipt. And we don’t use the Sales Order System - which has a RMA function but is not useful to us as we issue PO’s directly to the vendor. Also, is there an option to return to warehouse or vendor? We are trying to balance our inventory and making manual adjustments is not an option as we are very large company with hundreds of parts. We are new to Acumatica and any assistance is greatly appreciated.

Hi you bunch of lovely people, I hope you’re all having a great day! I am rather new to acumatica, only been using it circa 6 months. I am adding some new fields to our business account screens and had a question. Some fields include ‘Top Architect’ - bool, and ‘Architect Sectors’ - Textedit. Is there any way of locking ‘Architect Sectors’ from being editable if ‘Top Architect’ is false? I appreciate any feedback! Many thanks in advance, Aleks

Hello all, I am wondering if has anyone come across this issue that the “Upload” from Excel is disabled on Top of a details grid in a master-detail form (Below screenshot).Background:This button was hidden initially so in the page Grid Control I set the “AllowUpload” mode to true to make it visible. The user is admin and has full access. The DAC keys are verified and fine. The DAC didn’t have a PrimaryGraph so I thought it could cause the issue so using a DAC extension I added the PrimaryGraph to the DAC properties. I have checked and there is no event/method that disables the button in Acumatica source I tried to Enable the Action using RowSelected handler but I do not see this action amongst the rest of the actions. I reset Caches and restarted the application.I have no idea what else could disable the Upload action.

I have a problem I keep running into and I have been unable to find the solution. Thank you in advance for any assistance and/or directions to a solution. I put this in Import and Export Scenarios as that’s what I’m working on right now, but it is an issue I run into multiple places in the system. IssueWe are unable to update details on matrix stock items. Every time we try we get an error along the lines of ‘value of attribute is not among it’s possible values.’  As long as the stock item is attached to its template item its details can’t be updated. Details Here’s a standard item class we have. Color and Size as variants and a couple attributes. Building a template item and then generating matrix items after creating the item class causes no issues. The problem then comes when we attempt to update details on the matrix/stock items, such as default locations or weight. We get the same errors about attributes regardless of how we try to update, including but probably not limited to:Upd

Is there a process in Acumatica that allows you to do a return, leave the Purchase Order closed/completed, and create a credit?

I have been prototyping the Workwave integration with Acumatica. In the carrier settings for Workwave, there is an option for “Route Type”. Workwave has the option for routes to be Pickup routes, Delivery routes, or both Pickup and Delivery.The problem is that when a Shipment is created in Acumatica, using the “Create Workwave Order” button in the shipments tab, it automatically creates both a pickup and delivery order in Workwave. And there doesn’t appear to be any way to stop this from the Acumatica side.Does anyone know how to fix this, so that a shipment from Acumatica only schedules a delivery in Workwave, and not a pickup as well? This problem creates a lot of noise in the Workwave application that then has to be dealt with manually (deleting all the unnecessary pickup orders). This pickup and dropoff setting isn’t really the key issue. We have added common attributes under compliance preferences. These are automatically pulling as added columns in compliance management, but I’m having trouble finding the correct related table to add them to a report. We haven’t had any trouble adding attributes in other areas to reports, so I’m wondering if this is even possible in the compliance module. I tried creating a GI to help get the right tables and relations, but I feel like I’m going in circles. I would think since they pull under compliance management, they have to be there somewhere. Since compliance management isn’t a GI I can edit, I can’t go into the results grid as a cheat to find the information I’m looking for. Does anyone have any suggestions? I appreciate any ideas you may have. 

I have set up Fixed Reorder Qty Replenishment for select products for our 6 Branches and I plan to run it each week to create Transfer Orders.Lets say that in the first week I have a product below it’s threshold for replenishment but Head Office does not have the stock to fill the order so it goes to Back Order.  When I run this again for week 2 the same item will come up again on the Transfer.  Does this method not account for Back Orders?  I realize the parameter is still being met in week 2 to generate the Transfer for this product but shouldn’t the system recognize that there is already a Back Order and leave it off the next Transfer?

Is anyone allocation insurance to their projects through payroll or through projects? Looking to allocate GL insurance based on a % of gross with a weekly cap per employee. I was thinking to utilize an additional Benefit Code on the WCC Codes, but I get an error stating an attempt was made to add a duplicate entry when I try to create the code as associated with Work Class Comp.If it’s not associated with WCC, you get an error adding it to the WCC code stating the Code doesn’t exist.  Any thoughts? Is allocation rules a better route?
