is there a pdf somewhere which list all the new features that the 2024 r1 version will have ?

Go to Product>Pre Release Version

Select 24R1 Preview 2 and you can download it and look at the Release notes etc.

Then at Summit they will walk through the major ones

It’s controlled by your portal.acumatica.com login using Acumatica CRM information.
