Why has the ability to link 2 separate sales orders to 1 single purchase order been removed?We have many vendors that have a free shipping dollar amount threshold. We have many customers that send in multiple purchase orders throughout the day for the same product line.  Sometimes 2, 3, or even 4 separate orders.  We used to be able to take all the customer’s purchase orders, create sales orders, and link their sales orders to a single purchase order, place the order with the vendor and get free shipping for our customers.  We no longer can do this without making a workaround.The workaround is as follows and it is truly ludicrous to have to do:1. Create 3 separate sales orders for the customer’s purchase orders from the day​​​​​​​Put all the sales order line items onto 1 purchase order. Send the purchase order over to the vendor. “Break” apart the purchase order into 3 separate purchase order internally Re-link those new purchase orders to the separate purchase order HOPE that you can

Does anyone know if there is a report in Acumatica that will list any unreleased/pending bills and expense claims for a specific project? We have run into several situations where the Project Manager or CEO completes the project not knowing whether all costs have been posted/released to the project. I have to go back and look at the Automation Schedule History to see if anything has not released. Want to try and be proactive before the project is closed/completed.

We are moving from an older ERP to Acumatica. One of the things we had in our old system that when we printed a Work Order the printout would print to our Dot Matrix DFX-9000 and also print the WO confirmation onto our Canon iR-ADV. This is also the case with our remote locations as they would print a WO that would print to the dot matrix and also the local Canon. It would also in certain instances trigger a third print that would print the confirmation at head office as well. We have device hub setup with all the printers and everything works as long as it’s going to one printer. How would we trigger when certain reports are printed it also prints copies to different printers at the same time. For example Florida location prints a Work order to the dot matrix, once that happens it knows to trigger another report to print the confirmation to the Florida Canon and also the Canon in NY.This is the same for invoices, needs to print locally and at head office accounting as well. 

Cost Roll History by BOM ID provides cost information by Cost Roll date (although I do not like the fact that it rolls the total cost from subassemblies into the materials category for the finished goods).  Now my question: does anyone know how to view a Multi Level BOM Costed on a specific date.  Sure you can change the date in the report but that only pulls in the correct revision of the BOM ID, it does not retrieve the inventory id cost as of that date.  Am I missing something?  

I am new to Acumatica and am struggling to get a selector working in the purchase order screen. I want to add a customer field to the screen in the header area.  Hi all, I want to create Trial Balance by Period in ARM Report, but I have a problem with account Income and Liability, they show as plus sign then total beginning balance and ending balance not equal to 0.My purpose is to have a report exact data to Trial Balance Report (GL632000) and can filter from period to period. I have total debit and credit equal but my beginning balance and ending balance I expect it equal to 0.Can anyone help me solve this

There is an old video on the topic of Customer Refunds where the user goes through about five or six steps to issue a refund to a customer.  And it works great!  However, there were too many steps and Acumatica appears to have simplified the process in subsequent releases.So now, in my 2021 R2 demo database, when the credit memo is on the screen, there is an option on the ...More menu to REFUND the amount to the customer.  I’ve done that and I see a JE that shows AR was debited and Cash was credited but I don’t see where a check was actually issued to the customer.  I can’t find a pending payment in payables but the JE looks like is was processed as a check.The whole point of this exercise is to issue a refund check to the customer and I’m just not seeing it.  What am I missing here?

So it looks like move completed the WO, and then an employee closed the WO before the move was released. What should i do here… Error below: The WO WO128702 production order with the Closed status cannot be used in this process.

Hi Community,I have an issue with the Push Notifications it is not hitting in my local URL with Webhooks.I’m able to add a new Push notificaition and configure the URL with the https://webhook.site/ and it is working fine and getting the updated details as shown below when making changes in Manufacturer tab. Now I’m trying to do the same in my local in a ASP .NET Core Web API project I have written a small POST request and updated the URL in the Push notifications Tab, but every time I edit or add a new Manufacturer it is being listed in Process Push Notifications tab with an error message:“Send to target TestWebhook failed. Message: Send to web hook fails. Error: An error occurred while sending the request.” My local URL: https://localhost:7262/Manufacturer/PostManufacturerUpdate  Please let me know if I’m missing any steps or is there anyting wrong with my POST request or if there is any issue related to Webhooks so that I can resolve this issue.Thanks in advance.!!!

Hello,I am trying to export Sales Orders to Salesforce using the Salesforce Sync Data Provider. It’s mostly working as expected, but I am having an issue with the “Details” tab.I want to export all the Inventory ID’s on the order to a field in Salesforce I made called “Inventory_ID__c”. I setup the field like I normally would, but I’m noticing that it’s only the last Inventory ID that’s actually syncing to to the field in Salesforce. How do I tell the export scenario to “combine” and export all inventory ID’s?Attached is my current export scenario. thanks!

When having to select segment 2 of a subaccount , linked to the Employee master, the logical step would be to add the default location ( For vendor) and then link that to GL.Sub. Even when using substring/ left/ right , the result is blank. Fortunately , there are a DAC that already has this info: Employee (EPEmployee)And I am sure the DAC’s exist for other business accounts where this is required

Client had a clerk mistakenly enter 1000 sales orders.  Is there a way to wipe the slate clean without going into each sales order and deleting?

I had check layout AP641500 set up and working in Report Designer.  All of a sudden, the checks starting printing with a different layout.  It looks like it’s pulling from the “Group Footer with Supplied by Vendor.”  What could have changed?  Do I need to format this section the same as “Without Supplied by Vendor?”  I don’t have this issue in the Sandbox tenant.Thank you in advance for your help!

Hello there I am trying to run the TB without suppressing zero balances so that I can make an excel sheet mapping to all my  accounts (regardless of the balance)  to build my own P&L and Balance Sheet. I have never managed to get this done within the application and don’t like the look of it anyway.So I have done this for the first month of our accounting year and have unticked suppress zero balances and yet accounts which have no entries are actually suppressed. What is going on I feel as if Acumatica is always trying to trick me! Is it only the Balance Sheet that this tick box responds to…? Best Regards All 

I am trying to create a report for our purchasing team and they have requested that it show two fields from the Inventory Summary of the inventory item.  These fields are Purchase Order and In Transit columns.   It looks like this may be populated on the fly by the program and not actually stored in the DB, does anyone know if that is correct?  Is there a table that does store these numbers?
