Hi:There are no GL accounts in Account Summary for a company under a tenant. The tenant was created with the Sales Demo dataset. I specified the Actual Ledger for the new company. All the financial periods for 2023 are active for the new company. Is there a way to add a 'grand total' label above the column on a Stacked Column chart (like below)?I found how to create the legend, and there is one showing, but it’s not showing a ‘grand total’ for the Series.  

Good afternoon Acumatica community! We are hoping to get a question answered about the sync between Shopify and Acumatica for the Payment entity.We have one Shopify store connected. Every Entity other than Payment is syncing as expected. We are using ShopifyPay to process CC payments for orders through our website. At the tier we’re on, ShopifyPay charges 2.6% + $0.30 per order.This information doesn't seem to be imported into Acumatica for us at this point. The payment comes through like this:Image pulled from the Sync History (Commerce module)Image pulled directly from the payment entry generated by the sync We are sure the system is capable of importing the fee information based on the following screen shot from Shopify’s backend. Our VAR advised us to add Shopify’s fee manually later in the process, but this is cumbersome and ultimately not scalable. I’m trying to create a dashboard with parameters for project and/or subaccount. The project parameter shows a magnifying glass with available projects, but the subaccount does not. The parameters are setup the exact same way and I’ve tried multiple data sources for the subaccount (GL.Sub and PMProject, both ID and CD, and with and without “From Schema”) and none of them give me the magnifying glass. I added Project Template as a test and it behaved the same as the project parameter. What am I missing?

How do I setup Project Cost Reports to generate automatically on a monthly basis and distribute via email?

Can we change the color of appointments based on Staff on the calendar board? I know you can change based on the appointment status but nothing out of the box says by staff. I couldn’t find anything on it in the Help. 

We have been trying unsuccessfully for several days to get Easypost setup in our acumatica instance.  Anyone know a VAR or someone who can assist us?  Our Shipstation has been down for over a week and we need to ship.

Hello -Is there an easy way to bring in/import all active directory users? Or do these need to be added one by one from the Users screen? If import is feasible, can we “override AD roles with local roles” at the same time?Also, I am a bit confused on the AD Group/User Roles set up. Is this essentially redoing all access roles for every user? Is there no way to get the new AD users to default based on their current set up? Not sure what the quickest route is but as of now it’s sounding like I will need to manually tie the same Acumatica username roles to everyone’s AD user account.

In Approval Flows a client wants to have the PM of a project be the approver for Expense Receipts tied to that project.  Seems very logical but I’m told that it is not possible.  Has anyone been able to do this and if so how? 

We have an approver map set up, but we’re finding several one-off exceptions to the rules we have built. Is there really no way in Acumatica to just direct a bill to a specific user for approval? Perhaps a customization, has anyone done this before?

Hello,I have been adding fields to the INUnits table to better fit our needs, and so far it seems to be exactly what we need. When we are in the sales categories, we do see all items and template items associate to each sales categorie, but we can’t have access to templates items when we click on the link. We only have access to stock items.When we click on a template item that appear in the sales categories, we got a blank page associate to sotkc item IN20500. It seem like there’s a problem or a bug.It would be more efficient if we could also have link instead of having to open another tab and make another search.

Hi,  I've reviewed the settings in MYOB Advanced, but I couldn't identify any configuration issues, and unfortunately, none of these —staff calendar board, staff board, staff routes on the map, and staff appointments on the map—are loading at all.Is there any insight into what might be causing this problem? Thanks Pankaj Soni

Hello all, I hope you’re having a great day! I have added a customisation to add some fields to our Business account screen so we can more easily identify top end users etc etc. After publishing the customisation I have had an undesired effect where in the data fields aren’t displaying the same as they were in the customisation project editor, please see below for reference:I have also put a photo of how it is laid out in the customisation project editor:Not sure if the different icon for the first column means anything? Any advice on this will be greatly appreciated!! Many thanks in advance, Aleks

In Generic inquiries the @me option works on parameters as a default on CreatedBy, LastModifiedBy or OwnerID fields. I need a list of outstanding Appointments where @me is an Employee on the Staff Tab of an Appointment. How to find your own Appointments? The Appointment Summary does this but does not filter out applointments where staff have completed their service logs and there are multiple staff on an appointment. I plan to use a GI as the Appointment List in the Mobile App which does this.  My problem is that @me does not work on EmployeeID or Employee.UserID directly.  An Employee has a Contact record and Contacts have OwnerIDs but there is no way to access this to update the OwnerID such that it can be used on the query. I am looking at creating a new Contact per EMployee and using this in the query where the owner of the contact is the employee. Is this necessary?

I have been able to display the value but not the description:i have added a UDF field in the projects form that fetches the value from ARCustomer table    The above report only displays the Account ID, i have been trying to display the Account Name of the customer too. How can I achieve this or is there any workaround to do so? Also the Schema field, Attributes (CS205000) form doesn’t display any values relating to Account Name

Hi, I've created a below generic inquiry, and I would like to setup a pivot table using the concatenation formula.To illustrate, if you examine the screenshot provided, you'll notice that "VLDD80" represents the product code, and there's a corresponding project ID configured in the setup.My objective is to establish a new pivot table that relies on a combination of both the product code and project ID. how can i achieve this?  I want the pivot table output as shown in below screenshot.   For some reason, I’m not able to attach the GI, but it will great, if someone can help me on this. Thanks .

I’m trying to create a GI to show sales transactions using the ARTran table along with the postal code from the shipping address related to that transaction. What is the best way to connect the SOShippingAddress (where the PostalCode is found) to the ARTran table? Or is there a better way around this?
