“no suitable employee earning type has been found acumatica”

Just started happening during the new fiscal year. same employees no recent changes.

I would verify that everyone within the payroll batch has an active line on their compensation tab on the Employee Payroll Setting screen.  Also make sure that if there are multiple lines that the start date for the new compensation is at the beginning of the pay period.  It doesn’t like the date to be in the middle of a pay period.

Check to see if an employee has an earning code on their Compensation tab that may be different from the default earning code in Payroll Preferences.  If so, on some versions, they will need to be the same.
