Hi. How Can I add NoteID and ScheduleID in Invoice api? 

Hi – In Acumatica, I can see automated operations features such as Receive and Put Away, however I can’t see Scan Move, Scan Labour, and Scan Materials. My questions are:How do I enable these features? Are there any Acumatica University tutorials on these topics? (I can’t find any) Is there any Acumatica documentation on these topics?

Looking for best practices on adding change orders to an existing commitment?Right now we’re adding line items to the bill but I don’t think that’s the proper way to capture a commitment change order.  If anyone can link a video on how to do this or describe best practices it would be very helpful! Thank you!

We have run into the problem where if we need to adjust an invoice from a service order and they choose the correct invoice, then correct the invoice and release it.  Acumatica creates a credit memo for the original invoice and then creates a new invoice where the corrections are made.  This is good, but the problem is that it marks the appointment status where the original invoice was created from billed to closed.  The appointment then gets rebilled by because it doesn’t show as billed anymore. creating 2 invoices for the same appointment.  Is this a bug or a configuration issue?The process that does work is to cancel the invoice and go to the appointment, make changes and rebill through the original process.  The next question is, how can we disable the correct invoice action only for service orders, so we don’t double bill customers?

There is a possibility that by mistake we can create a ticket with improper details, so Is there a way to edit the Title, Category and description or delete and re-create the topic with proper details?Thanks, Vinay K

Hello - Does anyone have an AP Aging that you can backdate and it produces all open invoices as of that day? Our AP Aging currently ages all invoices as of the aged date, but reflects all payments as of the current day.

It seems like MRP uses infinite capacity, but we’re struggling to see how we would make this work with scheduling production operations.For example, a client would is wondering if they could have the ability to schedule 10 production orders (work center WC10 and operation 0010) all at the same time block on a given day.Ie. For all 10 production orders, operation 0010 would start (or be scheduled to start) at 9:00am, all in Work Center WC10

Hi everyone, Is anyone able to explain the reasoning for why after Rought Cut Planning is processed, that the system is slotting in AM0000037 in between 2 blocks of AM000002. I would expect the system to block of 2 “30 minute” blocks to complete operation ID 0010 for AM000002 entirely before starting another Production Order. If i update the crew size to 2, in the WC10, it of course completes the entire operation in 1 block.We are trying to understand what system logic, system preferences are causing the AM0000037 Production order to be slotted in-between.

Hi Team,On the current behavior of Acumatica, The only transaction that can track the committed cost are based only in Purchase Order and Subcontract.Is there a way to consider either the Expense Receipt or Expense Claim as included in the Committed Cost in the Project Screen? It seem on the expense receipts, we already tag the project id and project task?Thank you! 

I think the answer is no, but I have to ask.  Is there a way to disable a field in a grid, but not the entire column?If an item is not a stock item, I want to disable a field in a grid, but just for that row.

We have a customer who would like to store/pre-populate specific serial numbers in the sales order line/line details table. These items are items to be manufactured and have not had production order created or finished, so the actual serial numbers are not in stock.Has anyone come up with a workaround to pre-populate the serial numbers (or lot numbers) in SO Line Details?Regardless of testing all types of lot/serial classes, requiring lot/serial numbers on the order types, and changing item class to allow negative quantities, I can not get past the Inventory quantity will go negative error once I try to prepopulate a user enterable serial number in line details. I enter the serial and then when I tab off it clears the serial number and presents the error message.

I have a variation on another post that was asked 11 moinths ago (here) In my case, my user creates lines in the Sales Quote detail that have no inventory ID. They are used as instructions for the customer. By default, when I am sendign this to a Service Order, it warns me that there are items with no inventory ID with a popup: The opportunity contains one or multiple product lines with no inventory item specified. Click OK if you want to ignore these product lines and proceed with creating a service order. Click Cancel if you want to review the product lines and specify inventory items where necessary. The problem is that I don’t to do either of these options. I want to Not have the warning, and just let it create a service order with Blank Inventory IDs.Reading through stephenward03 thread, I have created this class, but the box comes up before I get to the creatDocument() function, so it isn’t heling me. I tried looking at the source code, but I don’t see a method that I can overrid

Questions regarding using Expense Receipts & Bank Feeds for Credit CardsDo expenses receipts have to be claimed in order for those expenses to hit the GL? It seems like if the Expense receipt is matched in the bank transactions prior to it being claimed then the system doesn’t allow for this expense to be claimed and then it never hits the GL.  Is this correct?If someone can give proper steps when working with expense reciepts on a corporate card, that would be helpful.   Thank you!
