Hello Community,I have been trying out either to modify the $TotalAmountSpelling variable expression in the report designer tool or just create a similar one. But I am unable to get a clear view of what logic shall I apply so that the system generates spellings for amounts.Thanks in advance. 

Does anyone know how to permanently set the screen to display more records ie. vertically?  Some of the screen has a scrollbar on the side to scroll up/down for more records although there are still a lot of room at the bottom of the screen.For example, this screen the bottom part still has a lot of room and I can only drag the line down for a few more rows: I can zoom in on my browser to display more records vertically but then the font size becomes too small to read.  Please advise if there is a way to modify the screen to display more rows (ie. permanently).  Thanks...

Hello all, I have come across a special need that requires changing of “Time” field in EP317000. The graph is EPWeeklyCrewTimeEntry, the DAC is EPActivityApprove (driven from PMTimeActivity) and the field in question is Date. This is one of those fields that has DateTime value but in the UI Date part and Time Part are displayed in two different columns of the grid. Out of the box, these two fields carry a DisplayName of the “Date” and the “Time” that absolutely makes sense. But for a very good business case reason, we need to change the “Time” column DisplayName to “Hours”. When I look at the field property on the UI the platform assigns “Date_Time” name to the “Time” column but in reality, such a field does not exist at all. So the question is how can I change the name of a field that does not exist in DAC. Just to be clear I am not referring to bound and unbound properties. I am working on a customization that will change the appointments summary (FS400100) page ordering to descending instead of ascending which it is currently (this build is 23.108).  While i was working on this issue, I realized that it is sorting in descending order on Build 23.111.0019. This does not make sense as the business logic is identical. I also unpublished all the builds on both instances to make sure that a different customization wast the causing this. Was this fixed in the new build? or am i missing something. Thank you

Other than the SOOrder table, what other table(s) contain the ShipVia_Carrier_description? I am modifying the invoice (AR641000) to match what we need for emailing out and one of the fields that needs to be on the form is the Ship Via description. If possible, I would like to not use the SOOrder and feel that if it is on the SOOrder, then it should be somewhere on the ARInvoice, which appears to be not the case. I have combed over the following tables in the hope of finding it rather than mapping additional tables to the form:Branch, Address, ARTran, Contact, Customer, ARAddress, Terms, Note, EPEmployee, Location, ARInvoice, ARContact, PreferencesGeneral, BAccountNoMask, and CCPayLink which are the standard tables within AR641000.

Dear all has anyone integrated whatsapp with acumatica. I am on version 2022r2.

Business case:  Get multiple invoices from same vendor with same dollar amounts. Approver has to click into each invoice to see invoice number. If you click into the invoice, it then reverts the invoices you marked as approved back to blank. Very tedious and time consuming. The vendor invoice number field is NOT available to select in the Column Configuration screen.

Hello All,I have been trying to setup and synchronise the consolidation process in Acumatica.I have been using the U100 and Sales Demo data for this and I want to setup the same for U100 instance. I would like to consolidate the data for the Actual ledger of Headoffice with the consolidation ledger of Sales Demo instance.For this I created a consolidation ledger in the Sales Demo instance. Imported the COA of Headoffice to the Sales Demo instance.Here in the above screenshot, I have entered the Username, pwd and the URL for the Sales Demo instance.And upon synchronising the following error is getting triggered:  Kindly let me know what is it I am missing during the process.Thank you in advance.

I do not have access to the Acumatica DB on SQL using SSIS.  Is there a way to backup the entire Acumatica DB and then restore it to a test system from inside of Acumatica?I am thinking there is not.  But I want to be sure.Thank you,

Hey everyone, I’m currently working on this error and trying a few different things on the Shipstation Configuration settings as well as the the Acumatica to Shopify Entity settings. I’m not seeing it at all on the community so I figured I’d post it here while I work on it. If anyone has any suggestions, please send them my way.  This shipment cannot sync due to this error. It seems to only be an issue on a handful of shipments but it’s possible that this might be a continued error. “Error on errors : All fulfillment orders must have the same delivery method type. Multiple delivery method types ["none", "shipping"] were found.;”

HiI’d like to create a new Mailing ID but I could not find the screen where these records are managed. Is this possible? (they can be selected via the Customers screen, on the Mailing & Printing tab) I did find the table used to store the Mailing ID records: NotificationSetup. The existing records were created by screen SM209900, but I couldn’t load this screen via the UI.Have experimented by adding a record manually to NotifiationSetup via a DB script, seems to work but not sure if this is a recommended approach.My other option is to override an existing Mailing ID, which is my Plan B at this stage.  ThanksJames 

Hello All,I have been facing an issue where i have created a report of 19 pages but for some of my records the report gets duplicate multiple times. Basically it is based on the number of line items. If there are 2 line items my report pages get duplicated twice. But i sm unable how to resolve this. Attaching the zip file of the report.

We are trying to hunt down an issue that pops up with a user being unable to clock out.  When you go to clock entry, find the production order, and the user it returns the current clocked in step.  When you click clock out it spins for a sec and doesnt nothing.  When you go to trace it says Cant add data into AmClockTranDac.  However, if the user puts in a qty of 1, it will work.  This seems to happen most frequently to this one user.  I have looked at her employee record and user rights and they are similar to other users in the team.  Any thoughts?

We have a client that has been stopped from closing multiple periods due to the Inventory workspace refusing to close.  There are no unreleased documents. All other modules close.  Accounts have been validated/recalculated in both Inventory and Finance. The dates and financial periods for Production Orders have all been forwarded to the next period so that they will not interfere with the close. Any ideas what could be stopping it?  

Hello I’m curious how you change the “reset to default menu settings”.  We would like all users to start with a common view then customize from there.  Another way would be to share the menu configuration settings?  This would allow us to establish what is visible in the show all and show less categories.  Thanks.

Good morning Acumatica community! We are a very small business on the Acumatica scale so have to weigh cost at a premium. Our business has a large number of stock items that we work with (approximately 7k). While making adjustments to initial configurations, we are burning through a significant portion of our allocated ERP transactions each month and are currently at 90% for October.If we don’t upgrade to a higher tier but use more ERP transactions than our license covers, will we be charged after the fact? And if so, would it be cheaper for us to upgrade ahead of time knowing we will need the increase for two months only? Thank you,Julia

Default length for value field is 255 in CSANSWERS table. We are getting cast error after we extend DAC to 500. Since the field is shared with different control types. So what could I do to extent the field length to allow longer text for Text type attribute? Thanks.

Hi all,Previously I have asked a similar question on this. In DataSource of the page in Customization Project Editor, setting the PageLoadBehavior to ‘GoLastRecord’ solved this issue only when using Web Application.But when we use mobile application it is still showing the list of records instead of last record.Is there any way to add this behavior to Mobile application as well? Thanks

Hi all!My accounting team is curious where the Check Description on Batch Payments comes from.Some checks will have a generic ‘Payment for ‘VendorID’’.Others will have an actual description (seems to happen if there’s only one bill with that description on the check).Still others will be completely blank.Ideally, they would like every description to be ‘Payment for ‘VendorName’’, but until I can find how that description is being set up in the first place, I’m not sure what to do.Does anyone have an idea where how the check description on Batch Payments is being populated?
