Credit Memo Notes Duplicating on printed form

I have added the header Notes to the body of our Project Invoices and that works fine.  However when the doc type is Credit Memo, the Notes get duplicated in the body of the printed form.  How do I fix this?

Wouldn’t you want to move NoteText field to the Group Footer area from Details?
