Anybody familiar with where these numbers are coming from? This is an error on the shipment export. These number is not the inventory CD, Inventory ID, or lot number of the items on the shipment. Some shipments are processing OK, but some are throwing this error. Any ideas?Thanks! 

I wanted to create a new tenant to use for testing, and when I did, I unknowingly exceeded our license limit of 5 tenants. I was unable to access this tenant, and I thought maybe something went wrong, so I tried creating another. Same problem, I couldn’t access it. So I thought I could create a new tenant and immediately set the status to Test Tenant, but once again I couldn’t access it. So now we have three new tenants that I cannot access. How can I delete them if I cannot access them? Thank you for any help. This is driving me crazy. Dave

I know how to set the flags for SO’s, Projects, Invoices, etc to keep them from being released when a Customer is on Credit Hold.  However, is there a way to keep a customer from even being “selected” for a SO, Project, or Invoice in some setting or configuration?Or does that require a customization?Oh, I was in the middle of writing a customization to extend and add more “customer status” codes to the basic drop-down values list in Customer; but is there a way to do that without a customization?  Not a big deal, just curious.Thank you, 

Hi all!For some reason, we have a warning on the timesheet for certain employees :Do you know where this warning comes from? I would like to correct it, it’s not needed in this caseThe employees use a labor item which is “Labor Item” type in Labor Rate Form PM209900, and aren’t set as “Employee” type in Labor Rate Form(So no hour quantity in the column “Regular hour by week”. The “Regular hour validation” is set to “Warning” in Employee form EP203000, but i dont understand where it takes the 57.5h?   Thanks  

Is there a way to easily CORRECT the Vendor Reference Number (ie. invoice #) of a Bill after it has been released and before it has been paid?  Currently the only way I see how to do this is to reverse the whole Bill.  This seems extremely unnecessary when what is needed is just an invoice # CORRECTION.  This is no different than changing the Due Date which, correctly so, is allowed.

I am trying to create an import scenario to import the Employee History line.  So that we do not have to hand enter the base data.I already created an Import Scenario to import and update the EPPositions table data.All I want to do now, is create an Import Scenario to import the “IsActive”, “PositionID”, and “StartDate” in the attached spreadsheet to the existing employee record under the Employee History tab.I am struggling creating the data provider and import scenario as it throws errors saying so many other columns need to be in the scenario, even though I do not want to update them.  (2nd spreadsheet attached show the errors on import)Does anyone have an Import Scenario for updating the Employee History that they would mind sharing as a template?Thank you!   

I am having an issue with the replenishment report not working all of the time.  One day the items show to reorder, and the next they do not.  Here are screen shots of what I am seeing.   From this screen shot you can see that some of these items should come up on my reorder report, and they did yesterday.  Today I am getting ready to order these items.  And this is what I see now.  You can see that they should still be there based on the parameters.  However they do not show up today.  I am not sure why it has changed.  We have not made any changes to the items.  If someone can explain that would be very appreciated.Thank you, 

I will occasionally get this error in the sync history preventing an order from importing into Acumatica. The inventory ID is not missing from the item on Shopify, and exists in Acumatica. See below for the highlighted error. Has anyone else experienced this and know the root cause of the error?  

Can anyone offer instructions on how to configure Acumatica (2020 R1) to give free shipping on orders over $500 on select Item Classes?  

I have included a confirmation message when click on save. If user click yes it proceeds to save. If click no i get this error. I just to to avoid save if click no but instead i get this. I’m working with a partner, and were attempting to reconcile many months of inventory history to the Trial Balance Summary. We’re attempting to build generic inquiries to do this using the INTran and INTranSplit tables, extracting rows, grouping by our materials / lots / warehouses / locations to find that last transaction and filtering by Financial Period.  Our comparison results are sometimes close, but never tying out. The back story is that a number of inventory receipts and adjustment were done during various go-lives and onboarding events, and now the Finance department is concerned about being able to audit the the history, essentiallly using details to prove out the Trial Balance Summary report.Has anyone out there encountered this circumstance? Perhaps someone might shed some light on how the Trial Balance Report (especially Inventory Accounts) is calculated and relates to the transaction history?  Many thanks!

HIis there a way to have authorized items for certain customers meaning certain customers can only order these items how about restricting unit of measure etc..

I’d like the ability to mass create employee timecards and potentially put that on an automation schedule.  Currently, we are using field service logs to populate employee timecards but I have to manually create the weekly timecards for each employee at the beginning of each week.  This is to make the time records viewable within Acumatica as well as our integrated payroll system.   I submitted a case directly to Acumatica Support and was informed that this is not currently doable through business events.  There may be a customization option, but that’s outside of my expertise.  I’d love to see suggestions for how to go about that if anyone has done something similar. Otherwise, it would be great to include this functionality in a future release. Thanks,Eric

Good morning, while on the Credit Memo and Debit Memo screen in AR, when we add a row, the row automatically adds account 3030. How can we change this to be an account other than 3030? Note: we know how to change it after the row is added, we need to change it so when we add a row it automatically goes to another account other than 3030. See attached below for reference:Thanks!

We have found some instances where bills were applied to commitments so the commitment is currently overstated.  I need to reduce the amount of the commitment by $200,000. I can’t edit the commitment itself and for some reason the change order screen is not allowing me to do a deduct change order of -200,000 (it’s not liking that it’s negative for some reason).  How am I to reduce the amount of a commitment??

Hello, I am trying to generate multiple weeks of 0 timecards for employees, the previous method that was located in the Employment History settings is no longer available, we recently updated to 2023 R1Where can the new method be found? 

I have a basic Acumatica Shipping question I hope someone can help me with. We are setting up Acumatica Shipping.  We only want to use Acumatica Shipping and not any third party plug in(s). We are using the basic Acumatica Shipping and not the Acumatica WMS. Does Acumatica Shipping have a “Packing List”, and does this Packing List include how many boxes are being shipped?  I found the Acumatica Shipping Confirmation, but it does not include the number of boxes shipped.  Your help is greatly appreciated.  

A lot of our Customers want us to ship product Collect and bill their freight account.  We are not integrating Carriers into our system as of yet but has anyone come up with a good way for Order Entry to key in the Customer’s freight account so it is visible on the Shipment Conformation and the Invoicing department will charge the correct account. all ideas are welcome.
