Group,I have an inquiry that I’m working on and struggling with the formula.  I either get the “divide by zero error encountered” message, or syntax error.   I need to take this formula already set in the inquiry, (this gives us our Average Inventory) =([INItemCostHist.FinBegCost]+[INItemCostHist.FinYtdCost])/2 and divide it by: (This gives us the Sales COGS)=([INItemCostHist.FinPtdQtySales] + [INItemCostHist.TranPtdQtyAMAssemblyOut]) * [INItemCost.AvgCost] This final number that I am attempting to find is the inventory Turns for my Supply Chain manager. He can achieve this in excel, but I wanted to try and give this to him in the report. I have tried many different ways to write it and sometimes it says it validates, other tries it doesn’t.  I did find another post on in the community that talked about the divide by zero error and tried different ways of writing the code similar to that result but haven’t gotten it to work.Does Acumatica allow this type of formula in a GI?Thank you fo

Hi,I’m wanting to extend SOInvoiceFilter on Process Invoice and Memos (SO505000) to enable filtering on Customer Class.  Have made a start and think I’m mainly on the right track but have a problem I can’t quite crack.  Think the answer to this should be relatively simple.So far, I have extended SOInvoiceFilter  as shown below to add a selector for Customer Class: Have added the new Customer Class selector to the Form with Commit Changes = TrueHave extended the graph: The above is all the changes I have made so far.  What is happening is on changing any of the fields in the filter, I get: I think that the issue must be that BQL in the graph extension is not correct, but I can’t spot the issue.Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Also, I’m not 100% sure on what other steps will be required to get the extended filter to work on the grid so any pointers on that would also be helpful. My thinking was I would need to override GetInvoices() so that it returns records based on the SOInvoic

  We have tried integrating shopify to Acumatica before (importing stocks, customer, and sales order). However, we stopped for some issues encountered concerning the POS. Just recently, when we back to check it again, it prompted an error about the endpoint. We resolved it by creating another endpoint and another commerce store in Acumatica with the newly created endpoint. The setup from the first store we had was the same as the new one. However, when I tried to import a customer, there was an error that said: Sequence contains no matching element. Has anyone else experienced this?Trace Log:

Hello,A client recently created a GI and the system almost came to a standstill.  When the process was stopped the performance was back to normal.I seem to think that there was a post about things to avoid when designing a GI so that it does not drain too much of the CPU but cant find it. Can anyone help? ThanksJames

How to get stock items which are checked by custom checkbox using $Filter parameter.

We use Template Items in Acumatica with Matrix items by Condition (New, Used, Refurbished, etc.). We really only have one attribute but we are required to use two in Acumatica in order to generate the Matrix items:  However, when the products sync to Shopify they sync both attributes as two different variant options: The 2nd variant option (in our case, “Condition Level”) is not necessary for us and shows up on the product page, which we do not want. Is there any way to unmap this specific variant option in the connector? Or another method to prevent this from syncing to Shopify?

We want to create a report with item mages and send the report via a busines event.  The report would have a customer’s prior item purchases with the each item’s image from the item’s “attributes”.  Is there a way in the same report to have an item’s description, the item’s purchase history, and the the item’s image from item attributes in the same report?

Im trying to click on a simple command button on the SOOrder screen that sets another bound boolean field on the form. The comman button seems to fire but I cant seem to get the checkbox boolean field to set and update the database? Hoping someone can assist. I have created a business event to send Shipment Confirmations once the Status of the shipment has been triggered from Open to Confirmed.  The Business Event is working as there is a history of them firing, but the emails are not being sent:  this is the Email Notification Template:  Ive read other questions on here and the answer has been in the To: Field.. but I need to send it to the overridden Shipping Contact Email and there is no options for that: “If anyone can help me that would be much appreciated.CheersLara

What is the best way to handle delegation of permissions for time card approvers so that an approver can modify the timecard entries, such as change the billable time or change the assigned cost code?I have the approval map setup and it’s assigning to the user correctly. However all they can do is put it on hold then resubmit it. Seems odd that when they put it on hold, that removes the pending approval status as well. So if they happen to put on hold, not make changes at that time, and go back into Acumatica, they’ll no longer see that time card under their Approvals.is there a couple specific permissions I can tweak so that they can just modify the time + cost code then resubmit? Is that the proper sequence to modify? Put on hold, change, submit, then approve?We do have company tree’s setup so that User A can enter time for User B, C, D. But the approver is not in that tree.

How can I turn on File Attachments Drag and Drop functionality on custom Data Entry Documents(Header)?

We would like to be able to show a more formal description for each Matrix item on the BigCommerce site. Right now when you select a template on the BigCommerce site and then choose your variant options, the only fields that are displayed about the selected Matrix SKU are the image, the price and the SKU ID. The description for the item is simply a reiteration of the variant options selected on the checkout page, and nothing more. We would like to have the fill item’s description shown in Acumatica for that Matrix item displayed along with the SKU ID on the main page and the cart. When looking at the BigCommerce backend, we do not see a specific field for the description on the SKU columns. There are Bin Picking Number and UPC/ISBN as fields to be displayed, yet nothing in Acumatica found syncs to those fields.Does anyone have any suggestions on how to show a more detailed description of the SKU when the variant options are selected on the template?We are using Acumatica version 2023R1

I have read a variety of the posts on here and don't think I saw a clear answer on forecast consumption logic….. I am currently testing to understand the consumption logic before we launch forecasting.  I have created a weekly forecast of 6 pcs/wk for 6 months and then entered sales orders for 5 weeks that are both under and over that weekly qty.  It seems like the logic is to ONLY consume forecast within that week and not backward or forward consume forecast - Is that correct?    Is this a setting we can modify to set the # of weeks/days forward and backward to consume?  Our customer orders are not as consistent as a weekly forecast would assume and this would cause us the need to constantly reforecast or clear individual weeks each week forecast wasn’t matched or potentially overplan our demand when forecasts are not met, which is why consumption logic is often an MRP setting.

Greetings all,I’m struggling with this Import scenario and hoping for some help.  I’m trying to create records in Stock Items > Vendors for every unique Vendor/Location/Item/Subitem combination that has been used on Purchase Orders.I can get everything working except for the Vendor Location field.  If you don’t define it in the import, it will pull in the Default Location.  When I try to populate it though, it’s just blank.I’ve tried both Location and Location -> Location ID, and POOrder.VendorLocationID, Location.LocationID, and Location.LocationCD. Thanks for looking!
