After upgraded to 23.110.0025 from 22R1, we have noticed that there is change when creating email activity from case (CR306000). In previous version, the default subject line would be "[Case #((Case.CaseCD))]  (Case.Subject), now is “Summary:1”.We do have a lot of email templates associated with CR306000, but it looks like there is no default template associate with case email anymore, what is the reason behind this and is there a fix?Also, when replying to customer email, “Select template” action is now putting template content to bottom of the email, which is incorrect!

This is a custom-made screen and by clicking the “PRINT REPORT” button a custom made report can be executed. But now when click the “PRINT REPORT” the above message popups as in the above screenshot. Can I know how to troubleshoot this?

When we create new products in Acumatica, we do not want them to show as Active in Shopify until we have a chance to update images, tags, etc. in Shopify. (We handle all of that in Shopify, not in Acumatica.)The connector automatically creates new products in Active status; is there a way to change this and set these products to Draft status when they are initially created? (Outside of creating a custom field or attribute and mapping to the Status field?)

Hello all, I have come across a wierd situation. In my extension to “EPWeeklyCrewTimeEntry” screen “EP307100” I simply want to rename one of existing grid columns to match with my import excel file column name. So I have added a CacheAtached event that works fine. Column is renamed, user does normal data entry, saves and so on. The problem I am facing surfaces itself when I use “Upload” button to import from Excel. The uploads works as meant to work and imports all data correctly BUT at the end shows a dialog saying “Unable to cast object of type 'PX.Objects.CR.BAccount' to type 'PX.Objects.EP.EPEmployee'”. If I click OK I still can save the imported data without any issue but after spending couple of hours, I can’t seem to figure out why this errors is thrown at the end when everything is imported correctly. If I comment the event code I do not receive this error. I have tried both old and new syntax, tried Append, Merge and even Replace the attributes and on all of them I get the sam

Hello,I am trying to create a new Service Order &/or Appointment using the (...) Actions Menu in the Projects screen. I’ve tried several different order types with the same result:  The procedure appears successful in the projects screen , but no new Service Order is created. What have I missed?When I click Create and Review, or Create, a pop-up window asks whether I want to override settings on the contacts tab.  Whether I answer Yes or No, the Operation completes, and yet no new Service Order or Appointment appears. I verified that the customer attached to my test project has all fields completed in the Service Management area of the Billing tab in the Customer profile. The project itself has a Billing Rule. The trace contains different messages depending on whether I try to create an Appointment (see below 4:29:05 pm) or a Service Order (see below 3:58:29): Thank you!

We have a GI that provides PO Receipt Information. We would like the GI to exclude Returns and associated PO lines (hide them). Is there a function similar to VLookup that can be used? Below screen shot is one of the examples we are using.  We tried the below formula but that is not working.   I have attached a xml file of the GI. Any suggestions would be helpful, thank you!

We are currently trying to change the scrap percentage of a component which exists in thousands of parts, and it looks like the Mass Change function in Bills Of Materials work space is limited to only replace one part for another.  I was hoping there would be something that we could make a change to any field that exists in the BOM for a component and be able to reload to Acumatica.

Accidentally closed a production order before all material issues were done.We really need the lot/serial information of this material to be recorded on the production order.Since you can’t re-open a production order, how can these skipped issues be corrected?

We copied the out of box project task report and made some tweaks for our field to use it as their billing list. We are wanting only the revenue budget lines to pull, and even though I have it coded as [PMRevenueBudget.ProjectTaskID], both revenue and cost budget tasks are pulling to the report. Because we have our cost task set to always be 00, I was able to put in a condition to hide the cost budget lines task =IIF([PMRevenueBudget.ProjectTaskID]>0,[PMRevenueBudget.ProjectTaskID],''). However, the hidden lines are leaving gaps in between the group header and where the revenue lines start, see below. All the wasted space is making the report several pages longer than it needs to be. Any ideas on how I can adjust the coding or add additional conditions or variables where the cost lines don’t show and there aren’t big gaps in the report?  

FYI, self taught, have a lot of python backgfround and now trying to learn C# with Acumatica. So I have a a PXFilter View and I have populated it with some data from the T100 Acumatica local installation. When I debug I can the information is in it but one row of data is under the Current folder and the rest of the rows are in the Inserted folder. Here is a screenshot. For some reason when I pass it to the FormGrid on the UI only the row from the Current folder shows. See here.  Here is a screenshot of the Customization showing I have the CombinedView set as the datamember for the grid.  Does anyone know what I am doing wrong and why the rest of the rows are not populating? --UPDATE--I just found a different spot in the View that has the same Current folder with same data. I am not sure what this is used for as it is outside of the cache. 

We’d like to be able to link shipping boxes (Sales Orders-->Preferences) to shipping box stock items so we can track when we need to re-order shipping boxes.  Other than kitting, any ideas?

How can apply a Customer prepayment  to a refund?

When pulling a Inventory Valuation report the “QTY on Hand” appears on the report but when exporting that to Excel the QTY is missing.  Anyone have a trick to make the QTY on Hand appear on the exported version?

Good day, we are doing a project to move data from QB.  The vendor uses snapshots has development as move forward in the process from one tenant to another.  The process has caused a major space issue.  Does anyone have any advice.  We have started to delete old snapshots; this frees up some space but it is ongoing issue.Thank you

Hello, I want to display a pop up message when the quantity is entered on a sales order line if a condition is met. I enter a sales order and the message appears.  The problem is that the message also appears when a Sales Quote as converted to a Sales Order.This makes sense since the SOOrderEntry is used to perform the convertion. Is there any way to check whether the UI is being used to enter the sales order, or to check which graph has called the SOOrderEntry graph? Thanks

Hello,Sometimes it is found that material already issued to a production order is not good.It needs to be moved out of WIP and off of the production order into an inspection warehouse or location.It needs to be inspected at this point to determine if it will be returned to vendor, credit requested, or it can somehow be used.What transaction will allow us to to return this specific material into inventory, not to the original location but to a new inspection warehouse or location?If it is found to be defective, how do we return it to the vendor since the original PO receipt is complete?Thanks!
