Hello,I am creating my first subreport and have a very basic question.  My subreport works.  I have no selection criteria or parameters.  It just spits out all the data in the table.  Only a few records in it.However, I want the subreport to only show records relevent to the main report when I place it on there.Specifically, this is to print relevant discounts in ARInvoiceDiscountDetail when printing an invoice.So I assume I have to create a parameter on my subreport, and pass the invoice ID to it from the main report so I only get the discount records associated with the invoice being printed.Like I said, this is my first one using the reporting tool, so I’d appreciate it if someone could provide detailed instructions on this?  I have viewed videos etc and they seem to skip over this basic linkage.Thanks!

One of our clients has changed internet providers.  The new company has asked us:“We will need the public IP of the site where the Accountig software is.  We will have to create a connector to accept connections from that IP.”The original internet provider set things up fine and never asked for this.Where do we get this?Thanks.

Is there a standard report that would allow me to see all Purchase Orders that have been linked to a particular project number? 

We have an issue where non-stock kits put on Batch worksheet/picklists will not let a picker stage the pick to a “Sorting” location.  I get an error saying “The given key was not present in the dictionary.” There is no issue if the kits are put on Wave worksheets/picklists.  I have tried to allow production/assembly in our picking and sorting locations and toggling requires shipment on the kit.  Is there anything else I can try to allow the non-stock kits to be batch picked? My warehouse likes to pick all of the single line orders first on batches instead of waves.  

Under Sales Order Preferences>Sales Profitability Settings there is the option “Cost Calculation Basis for Non-Stock Kits” which we have set to ‘Non-Stock Kit Standard Cost Plus Stock Component Cost’   The documentation seems really clear about it’s functionality:Cost Calculation Basis for Non-Stock Kits The cost the system should use for non-stock kits in sales profitability reports. Select one of the following options: Stock Component Cost: The system uses the sum of the costs of the kit’s stock components. For some reason, I am required to pass the AttributeID when updating the value for a StockItem attribute. I’m using this URL:https://site.com/entity/Default/22.200.001/StockItem For example, when I want to update “Color”, I have to pass this in the JSON body    "Attributes": [        {            "AttributeID": {                "value": "A372"            },            "Value": {                "value": "Black"            }        }    ],Instead of finding all the IDs, I want to be able to just pass this:    "Attributes": [        {            "Attribute": {                "value": "Color"            },            "Value": {                "value": "Black"            }        }    ],Does anyone know how to do this?

Has anyone found a way to allow customers to schedule their own service tickets (or request for work) inside of Acumatica? I know they can create CRM cases and those cases can be used to create appointments. My client is specifically looking for a way to allow customers to select a day and a time for a technician to perform work. Those days/times are based upon open availability of technicians. 

The Requests and Requisitions forms do not have a project and task column in the detail grid. How do I create a request or requisition that’s for a specific project and task such that, when the purchase requisition is converted into a PO, the project and task values are automatically included on the PO?Thanks!

Hi @everyone,Can't receive transfer order. It shows in-transit, but when I go to the receipt page it doesn't find the TO number. We need 100% of units received. I started to create a receipt for this TO, and then aborted to confirm something. Now the TO can't be found from the receipt screen, so I imagine I screwed it up when I aborted.  

I added a custom field to the Bills and Adjustments screen Details grid.The users want to be able to lookup the project id by filtering on the Task ID.  They KNOW the task ID, but they don’t know the Project and the Project lookup only lists the projects.My custom lookup pulls from the PMTasks table and is joined to the PMProjects DAC. I’ve updated the “Item Lookup” graph to add a new field called ‘Abv’. In Acumatica I can enter a warehouse and product, my custom Abv field appears and contains data. I want to get this field onto the Mobile App. I check the service definition for this page and I can see that my Abv field is present within the “Item” type, along with the other fields.  I’ve updated the mobile layout with the following code, and published. When I check the results on the phone app I get the following error.If I remove my abv field from the layout, the app works fine, and the purchase unit and sales unit both appear. So my abv field is the problem, but I don’t know what to try next. Can anyone assist? 

I am working on creating a dashboard chart to show top 10 customers we billed this year vs. last year. The underlying GI is simply using the ARInvoice table to pull out all invoices with positive number and credit memos with negative numbers without grouping. I then added a new column using the Year () formula with DocDate to get the Year field. However, when I put the “year” as series, I got error. Can someone help me with it?I also tried to link the ARInvoice table with MasterFinPeriod table to use FinYear field, but I got the same error for the dashboard chart.

We are preparing our system for go live and would like to upload some sales figures from this year into the Generate Forecasts form to predict next years (2024) demand. I have extracted the figures from our current system and am preparing an upload into the screen below. The upload will be a list of items c/w begin and end dates and quantities. My question is; do I enter the begin and end dates for each month as historical (e.g. between 01/05/23 & 31/05/23 we sold 35 of a particular item) or predicted (e.g. between 01/05/24 & 31/05/24 we think we are going to sell 35 of a particular item based on last years’ sales)?

Okay FRIENDS,So I have a client who has pinpointed a discrepancy between their GL and their bank rec.   In a prior period somehow a check ran through payables and paid off a bill but does not have a GL batch associated with the entry.   Not sure if this is data corruption or perhaps was accidently triggered using migration mode.  Anyways, long story short, my bank recs are good by my GL bank balance is overstated.   I need to post a GL entry to bring the GL balance back in line with the bank reconciliations.  How do I accomplish this without impacting the banking module.  Can we do this or do we need ACU support to assist? RoperMan ! 

I have a simple SelectFrom where I am getting all of the AMBomMatl items (joining them with the Operation and BomItem tables) who’s ItemClassID equals ‘811’, but for some reason I am not getting any results. When I look through the var object results I only noticethe ‘Single row was requested’ error which to be honest I don’t know what it means.I have been following this documentation but with no luck. I have done other SelectFrom’s before with success but not this for some reason. Any ideas? 

Hi All, I am currently experimenting with related Items.When selecting the Required Checkbox of Cross-Sell, I would expect that I cannot process the Sales Order without adding the Required Related Item.This does not seem to be true. Can somebody let me know what the intended functionality is if not requiring a User to add those Items?

Hello - We have an AP payment that was erroneously applied with a date of 06/29/2028 in the post period 06/2023. I know there is an option under the Payment Methods screen to allow “default void date to document date” for AR, but what would the solution be for AP?  

I am trying to add a grid to store values to my custom DAC on Projects screen. But I am not able to add a new row. When I try to add new row the row is added momentarily and then just vanishes. I checked the trace and it is showing this exception. I have a simple import scenario that I am using as a test that is being used to populate customer contact records. In the import scenario I am using the =PadLeft([PostalCode],5,’0’) to pad out any of postal codes that have a leading zero so that they will pass validation. When I run the import scenario it looks like the code isn’t even running. I am not sure if I am doing something wrong or if I am missing a small detail that is preventing the code from running. The code passes the validation test so I don’t think it is a syntax issue. I have attached the data provider, the excel spreadsheet and the import scenario. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
