Hello everyone,I have created a tab called fulfillment, I need it to display Normal Purchase Orders  and the corresponding purchase receipts that fulfilled the blanket order. I have tried to find any data or fields I could use to link the tables in order to get the required output. But haven't found enough to enable achievement.could anyone be having an idea on how I go along to achieve this?kindly assist.Any kind of response will be highly appreciated

We have had a payment issue from a third party that sends us orders and payments to import adn we need to create Customer refunds for thousands of Prepayments. I have created a simple import that fills in the necessary Form Elements, but when it tries to add the Prepayment in the Documents to Apply section I et an error saying : “The system failed to commit the Adjustments row.Here is the import: If I have the Documents to Apply section unchecked it will create the document as seen here: I need help getting it to fill in the Adjustments/Documents to apply section with the single prepayment that should be tied to it. Thanks,Harrison

Hello EveryoneWe have a problem with the size of the database due to the emails and attachements.Is there something we can do in order not to save these emails with their attachements ? a setting we missed?  If not a possibility of a purge of the data we don’t need ?Any ideas Thnx;

Hi, I created the following Import scenario to Void and Release the Payment from the Payment and Application Screen(AR302000) but getting error that “Document Status is invalid for processing.”If i exclude the last line to release the Voided Payment then it works fine and it creates the Voided Payment Document with Balance Status. Any idea?Thanks

Hello,I am Trying to find where/how to add a new “ERP Field / Value” to the BC202000 screen. We would like to be able to push an attribute with the “ERP Object => Template Items → Matrix” like we are able to with the “Template Items → attributes”.Or we would like to be able to push a custom field on a matrix item so we can push our UPCs to Shopify. How can I add custom fields to this dropdown?I’ve been looking through the PX.Commerce.Shopify source, but as far as I can find it pulls the values out of the ether.Thanks in advance!

We have a client using MRP forecasts in Build 23.104.0027. Demand Time Fence in MRP settings is set to 30 days. MRP Prefefences, Demand Time Fence set to 30 days. According to help, this is “The number of days within which the system excludes forecast records from demand data; the period starts from the day when MRP is performed. Forecasts are ignored by MRP if they have a start date specified on the Forecast (AM202000) form that is earlier than the MRP run date minus the number of days specified in this box.”MRP was regenerated today, Nov 16, 23.  This is the forecast for one part, 14 per month. Since it is mid November, I would expect MRP to skip the Dec forcast demand since it is within 30 days. But, this is the MRP Detail Inquiry for this part. Anyone know how MRP is actually using that Demand Time Fence number, or how to get MRP to skip forecast demand within 30 days?

I would appreciate any ideas on keeping records on consumables for our manufacturing plant.  Should we record the items as normal inventory items but in a seperate warehouse? 

Hi All,Purpose: the button UPDATE IN on Shipment SO302000 is only displayed or enabled when the Shipment Type = Transfer or Customer Order Nbr = EQ.I have created a condition. And Add that condition into Action UPDATE INI tried it with the option Hidden and Disabled but both options do not work.With the above condition, I have seen the button UPDATE IN for all Shipment Types (Shipment and Transfer)Do you have some idea for this?

As per previous questions I have a query about finding the average unit cost of an item per branch.We have 3 branches in the tenant with 2 currencies.  Within the main branch we have 6 warehouses all one currency.  I am trying to present a GI report / Inquiry that gives the user a view of all stock available to sell across the branch per warehouse with one average cost for the branch.  The INItemCost object does not allow for a siteid but does have a CuryId.I am using the following objects:INItemCost, INItemStats,INLocation,INLocationStatus,INSite,INSiteStatus,InventoryItem. Is there perhaps another costing object that I can use? Thanks

Should user-defined fields be created using a customization project or just adding them directly into Acumatica is fine? I have not setup a customization project before but I have heard that creating customizations within a customization project is recommended since you can apply and unapply with the upgrades. I am trying to consider if there will be any issues with upgrading and user-defined fields.

Group,I started this on a tread that was marked completed, so afraid that it won’t be seen.  That original post had some great information, but I need a bit more. The report that I am working on is GL633500 from out of the box (I believe).I duplicated a section to create a new highlighted area, but it didn’t move it directly under the original section.  How can I move it so that the new one is right below the original section? The red line row is the original section, the blue is the duplicate section. The visible expression I attempted to use to highlight every other section, but it didn’t work.  So that is one area I could use some help with. What options do we have when setting up users to be able to add/view projects? We know we can apply the system admin role to users for this (which I’m not very keen on). Is there a different approach or various different approaches?

Retainage feature applies only to AR Invoices which is fine but what about the SO Invoices? Is there any way to calculate the retainage rate to Invoices coming from Sales Order module?Your comments would be appreciated.

Hi,I am trying to add a new custom checkbox field as a grid column in the Process Shipments screen called UsrRequiresInvoices, and this custom field resides in the BAccountExt DAC. I imagine I would need to create a custom DataView that pulls in this field, but I wasn’t sure if I needed to structure it in a certain way to ensure the Process Shipments screen still functions as expected. The image below shows how the custom field is currently sitting in the Customers screen. The reason for this field is to identify customers that only want the final shipment invoice to be sent to them without receiving a Shipment Confirmation beforehand. If it is possible to add this custom field as a column via a custom DataView, what would be the best way to structure it? Let me know if I can provide any further information on this. Kind regards,Andrew

The client needs to have COGS account on a warranty sales order default to a different account.  However, entering a reason code on the sales order line does not change the account/sub on the line.
