I may face the Automation schedule issue…

When I went to the Automation Schedule Statuses, I found this error:

Hello @jwang1 ,

When I search the text of your error on this community, at least 10 articles are found with the same text, in different screens, reports, and versions of Acumatica. An Acumatica support ticket with your VAR or with Acumatica may be needed.

Some questions for your consideration:

What changed since this report/schedule last worked successfully?

If your report changed recently, you could try rolling back the changes.

Does the error occur when the same report is printed manually? (This will help us identify if the problem is in the records on the report, the report itself, or if problem is related to schedule.)

Was a change made to the screens that ‘feed’ records onto your report? For example, if your report lists invoices and was a customization was introduced recently to the invoice screen?

Is there any more information in Tools-Trace?

If your system is customized, does the report/schedule produce the same error when customizations are temporarily unpublished?
