  1. when I adjusted quantity + , the adjust value go to received not adjusted column

I completed a quick test in Sales Demo version 2023 R2 and my results match yours:  Positive and Negative entries via inventory Adjustments screen are combined with Received and Issued columns.

I checked the Help:  The definitions for Issued and Received indicate that positive and negative adjustments will be included in these columns.  The definition for Adjusted column is missing, so we cannot know the purpose/need for Adjusted column.
