Good dayI have created a production order in my main tenant and on trying to release the Material transaction I am getting this error message “Error: Inserting 'IN Transaction' record raised at least one error. Please review the errors. Error: 'Reason Code' cannot be empty.”The reason codes are defined and set under the Inventory Preferences, how do I resolve this issue?

If a per diem is for reimbursed expenses, what should the reporting type be for the earnings code set up?  It appears the only option is to mark it as PR-12 Reimbursed Expenses, but as long as the per diem is within federal guidelines, I don’t believe anything should be reported on the W-2 but you can’t leave the “Reporting Type” blank.  If it places the full amount paid in Box 12 under Code L, this would be wrong, but it shouldn’t be included in Normal wages either.  If I understand the IRS guidelines correctly, if the per diem is non-taxable the only amount that should be reported in Box 12 would be the difference in the per diem paid and the federal per diem rate if the amount paid is higher than the federal rate.  I’m no where close to a payroll tax expert, but there has to be a way to pay per diem through payroll without it impacting the employee’s W-2.

I’m trying to do a very simple Attribute Import. I created a Data Provider with an Excel doc that has 2 columns:Inventory ID INSZINPLNTINSZINPLNT is the Attribute ID. I am trying to test import just 1 Item (Inventory ID = FIHYW2). I want the Attribute Value to = ‘2’   2 does exist as an Attribute Value and the Attribute has a Control Type = Combo. I confirmed that I added this attribute to the Item Class for this item. Below is what the Import Scenario looks like. I’ve read all the community articles and help articles on this topic and believe I set it up consistently.  When I try to Import the Import Scenario, I get the following error: Field: Value, Value: 2, Error: The 406 class does not have the INSZINPLNT attribute. Make sure the attribute name is correct or consider adding the attribute to the class.I thought I accounted for the Item Class. Is it another class that I’m missing? 

Hello,     We have 2 tenants. Let’s say, if we switch from tenant A to tenant B on some (means not all) primary list screens, like “Bills and adjustments”, the system would prompt a warning, read “undefined: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'length')”.     Normally, this is not serious. We just click the OK button. and reload/refresh the screen, everything is OK.     But today, a user claims even if she reload the screen, the error stays.     So can someone tell me how is this error coming from?  How can we solve/avoid it? 

Error occurred when “RUN PROJECT BILLING” states that “An error occurred during processing of the field ProjectID value 39 Task Type is not valid.” We went into all the parameter's and we do not have a task 39.  Any solution would be appreciated as we cannot run the Project Billing

I need to replace the Projects SimpleScreen in mobile app with the Projects primary list (HubFolder).  Adding the Projects primary list worked, but SimpleScreen still shows up in the “Other” workspace, even if I uncheck the visible checkbox in Project workspace (where it originally was). How can I hide the SimpleScreen? Attached is a screenshot of what I’m seeing in mobile. Below is screenshot of published customization code to remove PM301000, followed by code to add PM3010PL (same customization project). Stuck on where to go from here since removing didn’t work as hoped. Thanks in advance :)    

Is it possible to have a flag in the import file, to change the Activation status on file import? Lets say I have a master spreadsheet of Employees (or users) and everytime before importing it I would select which ones are Active and which ones are not. In this case I wont need to manipulate the data on the Import scenario screen. Thanks.

I only use one table INItemSiteHistDay Before I group by InventoryID and SiteID: I expect to only show one line as below, but when I group by inventory ID and siteID, then I select the max Date, but Qty Beg and Ending are sum up, the Qty In or Out is correct. I do not know how to take two values from 2 rows: qty beginning of date from and ending qty of date to.After grouping My parameter:If you have any idea, pls advise me how to achieve it.Thanks, in advanced.

I’m trying to automate the monthly revaluation of GL accounts in foreign currency. Screenshot below is what I came up with for the filter. What I’m not sure about is the financial period. I’d like it to be relative like the date, but my understanding is that checkbox only works for date fields. Anyone know if there’s a way to make it default to current period so it doesn’t have to be manually changed every time?

This should be simple.  I have a custom dialog with some data fields, and an OK button.  I want the OK button to perform a save of the fields as well as other processing.  I’ve tried many things, but so far, my OK button doesn’t perform my associated code.  I defined a new dialog within the page editor.  I added an action button that appears on the menu, and it opens my dialog just fine via button command delegate method and the AskExt() method of the view.  But my OK button just closes the dialog and seemingly does nothing else.  I have tried setting breakpoints after the OK is returned:if (view.AskExt("viewPanel", true) == WebDialogResult.OK){ // other code here, with a breakpoint}else{ // other code here, with a breakpoint{and no breakpoints are hit.  I also set the dialog button’s AutoCallback command to a custom method with a breakpoint.  I tried a method signature of both protected void <method>() that matches a button action delegate and a public IEnumerable <meth

Hello all,I would like to know apart from the Projects screen, where is the PROJECT segmented keys being used in Acumatica? Recently I tried to import some of the project records but some of them weren’t imported. Upon analysing, i found out that the Project ID that I had been trying to import is of 11 characters whereas under the segmented keys form it is only set to 10. Now I deleted the project records and tried to change the character length to 11, but it throws the following error:  

I have created an import scenario to create employee time activities for an excel spreadsheet.  The spreadsheet contains the employee ID, the from and until weeks for the header (this is contained on each line, so the detail knows which employee and week the record should be created under) and then the date, project, project task, labor item, hours,  and description for the activity itself.  When trying to import multiple records, it only creates one activity and errors on the others, or it doesn’t create the activity, but doesn’t error.  If you go one by one and activate and import one line at a time it correctly creates all the activities.  What am I missing to allow all the lines to get created with one import as opposed to importing each line separately?

I have a generic inquiry that looks at all sales orders. My goal is to send an email to required receipients when a ship date changes. Here is the trigger conditions:and the fields to track: The Business Event history is empty. Ship dates are being changed.Any ideas why it is not triggering? Is it a problem with the BE or GI? 

Situation - a business has a long term loan, a mortgage loan, where the monthly payment is fixed and the split between principal and interest varies each month based on the mortgage amortization schedule. The monthly loan payments to the lender are set up to be made via PAD direct from the company bank account.I can create the first monthly mortgage payment as a journal transaction and then create a recurring transaction from the journal transaction.  Generate recurring transactions will create the monthly payment journal transactions, but only the 1st payment will be correct. The finance user will need to edit the 2nd and future journal transactions and correct the principal and interest distribution amounts manually, according to the amounts from the amortization schedule.Is there a better way to configure this?I suppose the Balanced 1st journal transaction could be exported to Excel and the future monthly payment transactions be added into the Excel sheet with the correct split betw
