Hi,We are using the Receive and Put Away function in Acumatica.When we scan in the Regular Acumatica Application (on our desktop), there are three distinct sounds for:Correctly scanned barcode Scanning error Release actionProblemWhen we scan in the Acumatica mobile app, there is only sound for correctly scanned barcodes. There is no sound at all for the other two (scanning error and Release action). Is there a setting in the Acumatica mobile app to enable these two sounds?

I’m attempting to add a parameter to a Dashboard for the Branch.  I will then use that parameter in the widgets for that dashboard.  (Goal is to get a branch-specific dashboard.) When I went to add the parameter, I’m not sure which Schema Object to use to find a field for the branch to use in the parameter.  Ideally, I’d like to have the parameter populated with a value for the Current Branch. Any ideas on this would be greatly appreciated!

I have the multicurrency accounting enabled. My loan account is in USD, but the funds went into my CAD account. I have exchange rates going into the system daily. It will not let me post to my CAD bank account. Or any other bank account.  I need help on a Sunday of course. I’m hoping someone sees this and can answer me.  I attached a screenshot 

I am trying to create a dashboard widget for unassigned opportunities from the Opportunities generic inquiry.The filter would be:    Opportunities having a status of open or new    Owner ID is empty.However when creating this filter, there is no option under the Ownder ID for ‘Is Empty’. Nether is there one for assignment date. Whe creating a chart using the AI Assistant on the above criteria, I see on the filter for the widget, the filter shows as follows:How does one replicate this on a widget such as the one I have tried to create form a dsshboard?

Hello all,I have been trying to fetch the GIs from Acumatica and push to Power BI. I installed the Power BI desktop version, created a new API user in Acumatica with admin and OData roles assigned.Selected Get Data → OData option in Power BI:  Entered in the URL:https://Application site domain/odataFYI, Its a multi tenant site. and then clicked on connect, after entering in the password:I tried to login using the “Basic” menu in the left pane also, but triggers the same error. Can anyone guide me on this how can I get this connected?The PowerBI username being used here is of UserType=API in Acumatica.Thanks.

First, I’m not even sure what I want here is possible, but seems like if it is this is the place.I’ve got a completely custom form that shows information about a linked products record. I’d like to have a grid that lists the notes, but have an option for a split screen that shows the detail of one field (aka the content of the note) adjacent to it and is displaying the note content for the selected row.Is this a possible thing? Desired content detail would display in the box with the arrow. 

I’ve got a custom field that is Int64. It’s holding a key value from another application. It’s correctly stored in the DB as 16 digits, but the UI only displays 14. This was the same in Classic UI, but I could force it to use display as a string and all was well (it’s rarely if ever entered by anything than the integration code or an Admin, so digit checking not important.)I was *hoping* that modern UI would ditch the 14 char limits, but seems like no. How do I make modern UI display all the digits?Thanks in Advance!

We’re using Pacejet with pack and ship in Acumatica. I’m wondering if anyone is having speed issues like I’m having. It takes about 45 seconds to confirm an order.

In a Sales Order, add the linked Purchase Order in the Sales Order line for each SO line item.  (SOline.PurchaseOrderNbr). If the PO Nbr was added in the SOLine DAC, you could have a Sales Order Generic Inquiry that listed Sales Orders with the associated PO for each line item in the Sales Order, thus enableing you to quickly check on Purchase Order when a customer calls to inquiry about a Sales Orders. Often, a Sales Order is assoicated with more than one Purchase Order and you would have the ability to display the associated PO with each line item on the SO.  

Does anyone have an example of an import scenario that will update the Lot Size and Min Order Qty for Supplier Inventory?  There are many items where multiple suppliers can supply the same stock item so it needs to be specific.

Hey, Gang - running into an odd result when creating an access role.  I need to have the Stock Items screen ONLY display the CROSS REFERENCE tab.  As it stands, revoking everything but the Cross Reference tab and a handful of other fields somehow still allows the GENERAL and RELATED ITEMS tabs to be visible - I ONLY want the Cross Reference tab.  Here’s what I didCreated a new role (IN X REF) and only gave access rights to the Stock Items screen in Inventory Next, I gave let the Cross-Reference container inherit the rights of the screen and gave the Inventory Item container the Delete access (this could easily have been View Only, but I had already tested that).   Then I revoked essentially everything in the Inventory Item container with the exception of a handful of fields. ​​​​​​​However, the General tab is still visible because of the Auto-Incremental Value field. Hi All, I want to give stock item count (Inventory summary) view only access for users (Storekeepers).A storekeeper has access to his branch only, but he should be able to see stock summary of other branches and warehouses. Is there a way to do this without giving branch access?Please give your ideas/suggestions to setup this… Thanks in advance.

What field defines the default Unit Price for a STOCK ITEM on a 2-STEP Transfer? Doing international transfers and customs needs to know a value. It’s not a price worksheet (this is a warehouse, not a customer) and “Default Price” doesn’t seem to come over when making a new Sales Order of type TR.I can code around this (if price = 0, then get Default Price from Stock item), but if something already exists, I’d like to leverage that instead of attaching my Mickey Mouse code to the report. Thanks Everyone!

In 2026R1 I am looking at ScreenId=SO3010PL . Normally I should be able to right-click a cell and see “Filter by this cell value” in order to quickly filter the results.It appears that this menu is now disallowed.I just see a browser menu, not the Acumatica menu within this Primary List.“Filter by This Cell Value” missing :( Seems like this corresponds with the Modern UI. Is there any way to get this usability back?Thank you to ​@jturcottesti for testing with me :)Arline 

We just converted to Acumatica 25R2 and some of our Generic Inquiries are failing with error: Conversion failed when converting date and/or time from character stringAn example GI is set to use the following parameters and condition based on those : ParametersConditionsEV1STINVDT is defined as a DateTime in the Attributes:Attribute DefinitionIf I click From Schema I can choose dates as usual and it filters by them.  If I add the field itself to the Results when I click on the heading to filter there it gives me the expected Date range selections.It seems for some reason it is not being recognised as a date for only the conditions section when using parameters based on the attribute field. This worked fine before the upgrade.  Is there any way to get these working again? I have tried all I can think of but there seems no way for me to resolve this. Thanks for any advice/help, Phil

Hi,The aim of this case is to figure out how to save a field in the endpoint so that, when I import the customization project, this new field will be available for use. I need to add OrderNbr for PurchaseReceipt.After I added the field to the endpoint, I pressed Validate Entity. Then, in the customization project, I selected my package and pressed Reload from Database.After that, I selected Publish with Cleanup and exported my customization package.During testing, I imported my customization project, but the OrderNbr field was not available in the endpoint.Acumatica 2026R1. I tried without reloading from the database and publishing with cleanup, but result remains the same

We upgraded from 25R1 to 25R2 and the add-in for classic Outlook 365 stopped working.  I reviewed help and it seems there are some updated steps for registering the Acumatica instance in Entra.  Under the Expose an API section, we need to add an Application ID in the format of api://<fully-qualified-domain-name>/<app-id>.  We are on SaaS - what do we use as the fully-qualified-domain-name?  Entra does not accept mycompany.acumatica.com since its not verified.  I can’t verify it since I can’t add it to my DNS.  Any insight?

Hi all,I’d love to be able to see a widget or GI column that displays historical info about our customers. Specifically, I’d like to see the last time that a Customer’s status was “Credit Hold” and a count of how many times they’ve been on Credit Hold. I can’t seem to crack this. I know how to enable field level audit history, and I know the field is Customer.Status. However, I can’t figure out how to display the audit history of this field per customer without digging into the audit history page. Thanks in advance,Nathan
