It would greatly improve the ease of getting all costs onto our service orders if we could link an AP bill directly to a service order.  We do use the PO system for most of this, but still have expenses come in that we have to manually add to our service orders because there is not currently a way to link the bill in AP to the service order where we want the cost to show.

Hi Team,I have noticed that in sales price worksheets once it is released, we are not able to make adjustments to it. However, when we click on ignore automatic line discount (Which is selectable though the worksheet is released) the entire worksheet is put back on hold for edits. Can anyone please explain to me what the intended functionality of this check box? I have tested with this and if we delete the worksheet and it doesn't remove the released prices in the sales prices form but this seems problematic for traceability. Thank you in advance on any thoughts. Warm regards,Yasali

Hello,I have a scenario where when the user navigates to Customers » Print statement and click on ‘send’ the email activity pop up is generated with the default email template configured in the Report designer Template ID.  However when the user clicks on select template » replacing email body the fields mentioned with ((XXX.XXX)) such as ((CustomerDefaultBillingContact.EMail)) in the email template is not getting populated.  This is the header of the email template the user selects when changing the default template to the custom one  however, only the text is appearing on the email  I had tried to add this template to the report designer to see if the fields are populating and they do appear properly. it doesn't work only when the template is changed. Appreciate if anyone could help me in identifying the issue here and how to resolve it.  Thank you so much in advance.

All, I have an issue/question very similar to the one below, posted a few years back: As it stands now, any sales or cs rep can view any note or email activity attached to a business account or customer. This is a good thing as reps will often fill in for others when they’re afk or on vacation etc.But we now have a particular Business Account that’s being developed by our C suite where sensitive information is being shared. We could take this off channel, so to speak, but it’s easier to track by keeping it in Acumatica. But as it stands now, any sales or cs rep could view the activities attached to the BAccount. We would like (for now) to have this limited to only our CEO, COO and CFO.Is there way to lock this down? Once the BAccount is converted to a full Customer it won’t be an issue. As it stands now we would like to have some sort of role-based viewing but I don’t think it would be possible without heavy customization. Thanks!

We recently upgraded to 2025 R2, and I attempted to export data to Excel. Although the system indicates that the operation completed successfully, the downloaded file does not appear on the screen. I also checked my Downloads folder, but the file is not there.

I’m new to Acumatica; we just converted on 12/1 from Quickbooks.  How can I show an invoice marked as paid for my customers?  They ask for a paid invoice all the time for their records.  We sell high end products that many people need this for insurance purposes. Sometimes a customer will make a partial payment.  Example, a customer has an invoice for $100,000 worth of goods for which he paid $80,000.  I need the invoice to show: Total:  $100,000Amount Paid: $80,000Balance Due: $20,000 Or if it’s paid in full, it would be marked as such and balance due would be zero.  How can I do this?

Hi, I have a field to display PO#, and I’m trying to make its size dynamic, but despite trying all possible properties, it still only displays as much as fits in the original field size.I tried CanGrow first, then also ticked WordWrap, CanSplit, and Multiline, and as a last attempt, I also ticked CanShrink—none of them worked.The Report Designer version matches the Acumatica version, and the text field is not inside any other panel.I know I can manually increase the field size, but I’m trying to understand if these properties are actually functional. Any insights?Thanks!

Hello Everyone, so I want to release the Translation Worksheet and there is an error“Inserting 'GL Transaction' record raised at least one error. Please review the errors. The currency assigned to the denominated GL account (112001) is different from the transaction currency”. I know the error because I set the currency on Chart of Account (COA) because the COA was uses to set up Cash Account. The Chart of Accounts (COA) entry we configured for the Cash Account requires a currency setting; is there a way to set up a cash account without specifying a currency?So we can remove the currency in the COA?Please help me to solve this, I have been explored and try to create use AMR for the reporting, but it doesn’t work because when entering the formula, I can't directly pull the rate from Currencies Rate.Our Base Currency is IDR and we want to Conversion to USD.If you guys have any suggestion or advice, that would be very useful, I really appreciate you kindness. Good,The issue is that when you create a quote with the same item number, say three times with different costs and then create the project the items are aggregated on one line.  (Operations has set a reduction protocol that reduces the the rate based on the amount of tools runs; 1st run at full price, 2nd run at half off, etc.)  I know I can make additional items numbers based on the protocol or make a discount code based on the rate.  We have over 10 different types of tools. The quote is provided to the customer based on the number runs.  This might change when the project begins either adding of deleting some. Questions,  How do I make the conversion to quote keep all the duplicate items on separate lines?  I don’t want them to aggregate.  Is this a billing rule?  Or Allocation update.  I am sort at a loss who to make Project Quote to Project conversion keep the lines separate without aggregating them.Thank you for your assistance.Evan

Hi, I created a GI to show approval maps (XML attached). How do I set the sorting of Steps and Rules in ascending? Note that sorting of Rule description to ‘ascending’ won’t work. Hi All, we have an old setup of 20231R1 which is highly customised with lots of GI’s, business events  and APIs and due to our heavy usage we have a lot of performance issues and bugs.  Recently we have decided with the help from MYOB Support to upgrade in the coming months straight from 2023R1 to 2026R1 sequentially.  My concern here is, how can I make sure each of our customisation will work and not break.  Or has anyone done this and face any major dramas between the  version which they then had to change their customisation?  One thing I have already pickup is the API authentication protocol between the two version is big reduced as 2026R1 does not support URL encoded anymore.

Hello everyone, so one of my clients they have transactions using other currency. We already set up module currency management, rate transaction, etc, but why there is no menu for Financials Statement or budget report using other currency. Do we need to add customization report in Acumatica to display the menu?Our base currency is IDR and the other currency we want to added for the report is USD.Please help me to solve this, I really appreciate, thank you. 

I did have an import scenario that worked and then the upgrade to 2026 R1 appears to have broken it.

Hi All, we have our inhouse application integrated via API to  MYOB Acumatica where we create customer payment method and MYOB returns a GUID for each payment method.  I am trying to find out is it possible to display this GUID in a GI screen with MYOB user interface all?  If so, which table and column I need to integrate.  Is this explained somewhere, appreciate the help in advance.

Checking whether the printer is online isn't always enough, since a printer can accept a job while still having issues such as faded text, missing colors, streaks, or alignment problems.For example, if a printer has recently had an ink or toner change, paper jam, or maintenance, I'd prefer to run a simple test print first rather than discovering the problem after several Acumatica documents have already been printed.Does anyone here use a printer test or verification step before running important Acumatica print jobs?I'm particularly interested in whether people rely on DeviceHub/printer status alone, or whether you also use a physical test page to check the actual output.What has worked well for you without adding too much extra work to t

We created a system email account for the user.We assigned it to the user on the Email Accounts Screen as shown. The reply address was populated as well on this screen.When I log in as this user, and email a sales order, PO, etc.  the email says it is from the default email account in email preferences.  We want it to say it was emailed from this user’s email address. 

I’ve been asked to provide a sidepanel on a few screens that will display the Remit To address of the vendor on the current screen.  That part is pretty easy and I’ve already provided that to the users.But the sidepanel is displaying the results of a GI (the Sidepanel technically points to a Dashboard that has a Data Table widget on it that displays the GI results).  The results are displayed horizontally, and since it’s displaying 5 fields, the results are kinda squished.  I’d love to display the results vertically, like:Addr 1: 123 Main StreetAddr 2: Box 17City:  AnytownState: PAPostal Code: 12345I’ve tried a pivot table but that’s not really what pivot tables are designed for.The only solution I can think of is developing a custom form screen and tying the sidepanel to that.  That kind of form screen is pretty simple...but I feel like I’m going down a rabbit hole for something that doesn’t justify that much work.

On the customer statement you see the invoices, and a total, and if a payment was applied the total is decreased, but the payment is not listed.  Is there a way to expose/show/display the payments that took place in the statement period?
