Hi, E-invoicing (Peppol) represents a new evolution in accounting and is likely to significantly impact existing systems and processes. Countries such as Singapore and the UAE have already announced mandatory timelines, requiring businesses to upgrade their systems to meet compliance requirements.My question is from a product perspective: are there any plans from Acumatica / MYOB Acumatica to extend or enhance e-invoicing functionality to support countries beyond Australia? Would really appreciate if anyone share their experience of exploring the option to integrate with MYOB Accumatica ? 

We have a large number of existing customizations built for Classic UI, including ASPX changes, JavaScript, PXControls, grid customizations, actions, and screen extensions.When the same screen is converted to Modern UI, which types of customizations typically require complete redevelopment rather than minor modifications?

We have drop ship products on our Shopify site - if purchased, the order will sync to Acumatica, a drop ship PO will be created, and then a drop ship receipt once the vendor has confirmed the order has shipped.Is there a way natively to mark these orders as fulfilled in Shopify? This happens automatically for orders with product we stock and can ship from our own warehouse; a shipment is created and confirmed and the order is marked as fulfilled in Shopify. However, because the drop ship process uses a receipt instead of a shipment document, and there is no place to enter tracking # information in a receipt, we cannot see a way to mark the order as fulfilled in Shopify.We are currently on 21R1, in the process of upgrading to 23R1; perhaps this has changed in the latest release?

Hi Community,I'm trying to enable the Upload button on the Bank Deposits (CA305000) screen. Here's what I have done so far: Set AllowUpload = true for the grid (DepositPayments). Added the [PXImport(typeof(CADepositDetail))] attribute to the DepositPayments view. However, the Upload button is still not enabled on the screen.Is there any additional steps I need to take to make the Upload button functional here?Any guidance or insight would be greatly appreciated!Thanks in advance. 😊

I upgraded to Acumatica 26R1 from 25R1. Executing the installer, if required us to make sure RabbitMQ is up and running and that I have an account which I can provide the installer with to authenticate. This post describes the problems I had and how I eventually had the messaging configured, Upgrading from 2025 R1 to 2026 R1 - RabbitMQ - Assistance Setting-up or Connecting to Existing Instance | Community. A consensus directs me to comment out RabbitMQ for messaging which I did.  When I follow these steps locally, my Acumatica instance starts and functions, but the messaging is failing: Page is not availableTo use the Business Events form, install MSMQ on the server and set the EnablePushNotifications key to true in the appSettings section of the web.config file of the application. Questions:What is the Acumatica 26R1 direction (and supported) for messaging? Is it MSMQ or RabbitMQ? We do have RabbitMQ up and running on our application server.

I'm using Acumatica from my Local host for the mobile application, and I'm getting an error when I'm trying to save expense receipt and also when I'm trying to add Activity under Contacts, the error is - Server Protocol Error - ERROR 404 - requested URL or resource not found. 

I’m trying to add a column to my customer’s P&L that will show the % of Sales for each row on the report (e.g., Sales = 100.0%, COGS = 36.2%, etc.). I can add calculations between columns (e.g., (F-E)/E), but not within the same column. Is this possible with the standard financial reports?

Hi All,I have a dashboard with 20 widgets. It's causing the dashboard to load slowly (approx 30 secs).We have already done SQL optimizations on the GIs, and also added Refresh Widget intervals — this helps with caching on repeat loads, but not the initial load.Our remaining bottleneck is browser connection queuing: all ~20 widgets fire simultaneously on page load, and since browsers cap concurrent connections per host, later widgets queue behind earlier ones — this accounted for more total load time than the SQL cost did.Also aware that Acumatica suggests a max of 10 widgets per dashboard, but this isn't a hard stop.Questions:Does Acumatica's Dashboard framework support lazy-loading widgets (only fetching data when scrolled into view), a "load on demand" setting (as opposed to loading everything on page open), or parallel/staggered loading? Is there a supported way to stagger initial widget load requests on page render, rather than all firing at once?Or any other way to help make the d

I have a working import scenario that imports purchase receipt, but when there are multiple receipts for the same PO line number with different lot numbers then only the last receipt for that line is imported.Any ideas?

In 24R1, we had the Workspaces drop down list in all Generic Inquiries (GIs).  After upgrading to 26R1, this is missing and it’s affecting GI behavior.  Is this something that needs to be configured now?

Hi community,I need to configure a custom role (Fact Viewer) that should have Read-Only access to Invoices and Memos (AR301000) and Shipments (SO302000).The issue is that even though the screen access is set to View Only, when users open an existing invoice, certain Action buttons (like Pay, Void, etc.) in the toolbar are still visible and enabled.When I try to restrict these actions specifically in Access Rights by Role (SM201025), expanding the AR301000 node does not display the individual Action members to set them to Revoked. User has no other overlapping roles. Setting screen permissions to View Only didn't hide toolbar actions driven by the underlying workflow. What is the recommended way to fully hide or disable toolbar actions for a read-only role without breaking the screen workflow? Is this achievable via standard security configuration or required through a Workflow customization / Graph extension?Thanks in advance!

Environment: Acumatica 2025 R1, Distribution edition with Advanced Kitting (Acumatica Labs Program). We’ve been live since July 1, 2026 so we're still new to Acumatica.Before realizing there was a Bill Separately checkbox, a consolidated invoice was created for a customer covering many sales orders in July. Because each SO has its own PO, the customer requires separate invoices. Normally this would not be a big deal to cancel and recreate separate invoices, but in this case every line on those orders was a non-stock digital item that doesn't require physical shipment. Attempting to Cancel or Correct the invoice generates the error:"The invoice ###### cannot be canceled because it includes line or lines linked to an order that does not require shipping."(This thread confirms the same constraint for Correct Invoice, but with no remedy: unable-to-correct-invoice-25053) With both actions unavailable, in August I created a credit memo manually in AR301000 for the full amount, released it, a

Hi, In the Cash Account details in Acumatica version 2024 R2, I used to be able to clear all cash accounts without using the checkboxes; simply clicking "Clear" would check the "Cleared" boxes for all of them. However, in Acumatica version 2026 R1, this is no longer possible—I have to select the checkboxes first and then click "Clear". Is there a change like this, or is it actually a bug?

I was trying to test out the new capabilities of sending multiple documents in one email and it created multiple emails instead of one.  I didn’t have an email template so that might be the issue, however I get an error when I created and attached a template. After attaching the template, I get an error “There is no active notification source to process the operation”.I had both check boxes clicked, Send documents in One Email and Combine Into One file.  I looked at enable/disable features and I didn’t see anything that specifically said Print/Email Sales (or Project) Quotes form.  I also noticed the date range doesn't do anything. I didn’t see invoices and quotes on any of the same screens so not sure how this works entirely.  The release notes states “Good news for sales and project managers: You no longer need to send multiple invoices, quotes, and orders one by one to a customer or prospect. Our client is using CRM for quoting and then they convert to a Sales order.  Wondering if anyone knows how to define the relations on the SALES ORDER RPX to get the CRM Quote number to appear on the document. I am able to link to the BAccount but not the specific sales order number, using the CRRelations 

Hi AllI have a PCS Deployment of Acumatica currently on 25R1.Recently we have implemented MS Purview Data Sensitivity Labels within our company. We set documents labelled Internal and higher to be encrypted. The issue now comes when trying to upload data from an Excel to Acumatica, if the document is labelled as internal, an error shows saying Acumatica cannot read this file. If the label is changed to public which has no encyption applied, it uploads fine.Has anyone ever encountered this? Is there a possibiltiy for a solution, please?ThanksAmit

When trying to import Expense Receipts, I keep getting this error message but I’m not sure what is erroring. Looking at the import scenario, it looks like its pulling the information correctly but it doesn't like something about the claimdetails. Any advice? 

Hi CommunityI have a customer who requires all assets to be disposed. Thre are a few left that I am unable to dispose as the need to be reconciled. However, there are no entires to reconcile in the “Covert Purchases to Assets” screen and the are no unreconciled entries on the actual asset.Can anyone tell me how to reconcile these assets?Thanks in advanceRegardsBarbara
