Hello,I am trying to create order with payment details, but I am getting error “Inserting 'AR Payment' record raised at least one error. Please review the errors.\nCashAccountID: 'Cash Account' cannot be empty” even I am sending payment method to my payload. In my acumatica, I have two branches- BLASTLINE and STANIOS. For blasline, I didnt get any error when I am passing payment details. But when I am changing the branch with Stanios, it start giving me above error. Please help me in that. order creation payload- Thank you RegardsNamrata

Hello Acumatica community 😀I'd like to know the best practice for creating a custom field on screens (Customer Payments and Supplier Payments).I need a boolean value that can be modified even after a payment has been closed.However, a custom field on the corresponding tables doesn't allow modification once it's closed.What's the best practice? Should I create a new extension table with the same key as the payments table?Or is there another solution?Thank you for your feedback.Have a good day everyone 😁

Has anyone been able to create a generic inquiry that can include both actual and budget numbers by period, account, and sub account? I can’t seem to find the right combination of relationships to get this to work properly.

I'm trying to download JournalTransaction data. I'm following the documentation to Retrieve the List of Records in Batches, using the $top and $skip parameters. I've tried different values for those.But I can see that as the $skip parameter grows each request take increasingly longer to finish.Finally, after ~1 hour of processing, it fails with a ReadTimeout. Even if I retry, after 60 secs or more, it keeps failing with ReadTimeout. It is not a session expiration issue: I tried with logout/login.Besides it is not consistent. For example with a $size of 500 it typically fails on $skip=115500. But sometimes I get up to the next page ($skip=116000) until it fails.And I can't get over that.Any ideas?

i.m currently on an older version of Acumatica, testing in the sandbox for version 2024R1. I am using the Construction module and crated an invoice for a project. The invoice appears in all of the modules correctly, however, the issue i am having is with the Project WIP Report and Project WIP Detail Report. The Project WIP Report headings Revenue Recognized and Billings in Excess of Costs is showing the correct amount but the Period Billings and Billings to Period are showing credit amounts.In the two test scenario billings created and posted for the two projects, there were no debit or credit memos to cause a credit balance. It appears the credit balance is equal to the tax amount on each billing. In reading through the notes this is a known problem after the 2023R1 release. The proposed solution to run Recalculate Project Balances doesn’t seem to be working.Any ideas as to whatelse i could try?

Our company typically has 1,000 projects open at any time.  We also have over 1,000 stock items at our warehouses.  Any of these stock items can be used on a project.  How do we issue a stock item to a project where the inventory at the warehouse is relieved and the item quantity and cost are captured on the project?  This seems like a very basic scenario that is difficult in Acumatica.  Thanks for your comments.

I have a problem in Modern UI. In Classic UI I have 2 grids inside SmartPanel: Top grid: BZItemQuantityInq Bottom grid: BZItemLotInq When I click any row in the top grid, the bottom grid refreshes automatically and shows related data. I intend to add custom fields to the Payment Summary section of the AR302000 screen. These two custom fields are intended to appear specifically when the View is set to "Document." However, it seems that despite having implemented the code, the changes are not taking effect. Where might the issue lie?

Good day,See the attached GI.  I want to set up the Navigation to open the Subject/Email associated with the subject on the Customer Activity tabs.  (Trying to avoid having to open the Customer Profile).I can get the hyperlink on the field, but it does not open the email. See example.Any ideas?  I had to publish today but I want to add this feature so the user can review the Note on the generic inquiry.Thank you.  

Hello all,I have been trying to work on Shared Column Configuration, but it is not getting applied. Kindly let me know if i am following the correct steps:Setting up the list of the columns, to be displayed, using Column Configurator → Selecting Shared Column Configuration.I am looking to hide the Currency field for all the users except for admin. And there would be some other fields too that will be made visible/invisible on regular basis.Moving them  to the list of Available columns:Selecting the table under Shared Column Configuration:And at last selecting the users for whom the columns shouldn’t be displayed:And clicking on Finish.The columns are getting invisible but after logging into the bernia’s account, I am able to change my columns:How can I restrict the user to not be able to add it again.Thanks in advance.

Is there a way to display qty on hand on the PO line for stock items by warehouse?  This way the user can decide how they would like the product shipped to them based on inventory available.  I am thinking it will be an enhancement but what would be the best approach here to make it seamless.  Thanks!

The client has a large number of non stock kits with stock components. They require allocation before the shipment is created. I was wondering if this was a setting in Acumatica itself, or if it requires customization to achieve.

This is what I’ve been able to build but I want to make section that gives me a final number of how many I can build. Not have it show me what the lowest number in stock that I have. I want to see a section that says I can only build 6. 

Our process is Engineering creates BOM, Production Planning creates the Production Order under the Project, and the BOM is linked to the Production Order to generate material demand. Purchasing then procures material based on that demand.Our challenge is with ECO driven BOM revisions. If the Production order is still in Planning status, we can update the order with the new BOM revision and regenerate the demand successfully. However, after the Production Order is Released and material has been Issued, the status moves to In-Process, and we are no longer able to update the Production Order with the latest BOM revision.In this situation, the only option we currently see is to reverse the material issues, delete the existing Production Order, recreate a new Production order with the updated BOM revision, and then proceed again. This is operationally heavy and inefficient.I would like to know whether Acumatica provides any standard functionality, recommended process, or best practice for h

Invoice, click print.  There is a green email button.  For some users it is greyed out.  Where is the security setting for that button?

Hello, I have a user that needs access to the Side Bar in Sales orders. See Here. She needs access to the ‘Invoices and Memos’ button. I was pretty sure they were run by GIs but I’ve given permissions to the invoices one and that didn’t help. Any ideas?Thanks!

In Modern UI Trying to save a new card in the Sales Order with the Prepament option. But card entering option is non editable. Does anyone experienced this issue.
