We recently upgraded to 2026 R1 and started seeing an issue with credit card pre-authorizations.When a pre-authorization fails, Acumatica still marks the Prepayment Requirement as Satisfied, which allows the order to move forward to shipping.Before the upgrade, failed pre-auth orders stayed in Awaiting Payment status and did not proceed to shipment.We use REPAY, and they confirmed that this appears to be an Acumatica issue.Has anyone experienced this after upgrading to 2026 R1?

Hi! We have a customized table that holds historical sales order data. The goal is to create a GI that displays the historical SO data and current live SO data, where the doc id will show in the same column. Is this something possible to create? I’ve tried joining the DAC with business account ID field, but because the document number on the historical table is ‘DocID,’ and on the SOOrder it’s ‘orderNbr.’ the two fields show up in two different columns instead in the same column.Any suggestions/ideas on if this can be done? Hi all,Does anyone know how to display custom fields from the Classic UI after converting a screen to Modern UI in Acumatica 2026 R1?I have existing custom fields that were working correctly in the Classic UI. After converting the screen to Modern UI, the custom fields are no longer displayed.I have tried several approaches, including Screen Configuration, but I still cannot get all of the custom fields to appear.Has anyone faced this issue in Acumatica 2026 R1 and can advise on the correct way to migrate/expose existing Classic UI custom fields in Modern UI?Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.Regards,Lalith

We have some items which we can stock ourselves or drop-ship to customers. When these items are drop-shipped, we would like to be able to change the Sales and COGS accounts to our drop shipping accounts. While we can change the sales account on the Sales Order for these items, we cannot find a location to overwrite the COGS account from the Purchase Order side of the process. It seems entirely driven by the Stock Items’ Posting Class, which is set to be the usual accounts as drop ship orders for these items are uncommon.Is there a way to specify the account of items on a Purchase Order/Receipt like there is on a Sales Order?

Hi All,I need assistance with below:For one our clients, with regards to subaccount restrictions, we have already set and implemented the GL Account to subaccount pairing restrictions (through the GL Account Access) screen, and that works fine.Our subaccounts string are designed in such manner that they include ‘department’ segment specifications (as can be seen below first screenshot for the ENGINEERING department). So, now we want to restrict further using the ‘department segment’ in the subaccount string, such that when a User selects a DEPARTEMNT in the Requests screen (see 2nd screenshot), then on the subaccount column in the detail line, only subaccounts with the ‘ENG’ (Engineering) should show for the user to choose among them (i.e., automatically filter the subaccounts on the line by the department selected at the top). Is it possible to configure such restriction groups without using the GL Account itself/ the users themselves, through standard acumatica configuration?I have b

I'm setting up my first import scenario for cash transactions (CS.20.40.00). While I've successfully set up the provider and provider object, I'm encountering issues in the mapping section. The test import file prepares the lines perfectly, but the actual import returns multiple errors—here's the latest one. Could someone please share a screenshot of their scenario so I can compare and see where I am going wrong? 

Hi,I have a custom List screen with a grid and a LinkCommand that opens a document in another graph.I currently use:throw new PXRedirectRequiredException(graph, "Document"){ Mode = PXBaseRedirectException.WindowMode.Same};The document opens correctly, but the original List screen is replaced, so the user cannot easily navigate back.WindowMode.NewWindow opens the document in a new tab, which is also not what I want.What is the recommended Acumatica approach to open a document from a List/Grid screen while keeping the ability to navigate back to the original List screen?Thanks!

I am unable to export the Purchase Order Print Form. I logged in as the affected user and verified that the option is grayed out. I attempted to update the access rights, but the issue still persists.Could anyone please provide the steps required to enable the highlighted options shown in the second screenshot?

When the popup is opened in the Classic UI, the grid applies specific row and cell colors based on the data.Currently, this coloring is handled in the graph using the `Page_Load` event. Wondering if anyone is successfully using Bank feeds in Canada? Looking for strategies that work.  The client banks at BMO and BNC and we’ve had a hard time making connections to either. We’ve tried both Plaid and MX with no real success.  We did have a connection to BMO but using a bank card instead of normal account credentials but that has since stopped working. And at one point we were able to connect successfully using MX but the Refresh did not return any transactions on accounts that definitely had transactions.  Very frustrating!

When using Inter-Branch Accounting, the Due to/from entries don’t post until release. Then, the debits and credits are totalled for each branch pair and posted to the Balance Sheet. Is there any way to have the Due To/From for each individual line affected by the Inter-Branch Mapping?I’ve tried Detail/Summary posting on the COA with no success.

Is it possible to use product configurator in Disassembly production order. I tried to do it but system is not displaying the configurator information to that we have configurator for this item and I am able to create normal Production order with the configurator.

We have a situation where we agree to credit and refund a customer for a faulty item but we don’t ask for the item back.For reporting purposes we want to process this through sales orders rather than in AR as we want to track the stock items, quantities & values of these.Is there a way to process such a return that does not generate a stock receipt transaction ? Does anyone else have this kind of process to deal with and if so how do you handle it ?Many thanks !

Hi, I need to set up a fuel levy (fuel surcharge) per carton amount ($0.20) to auto apply on purchase orders to a specific supplier and then $0.30 to auto apply to customers when ordering products from this same supplier? How do I do this?

Once cross-sell suggestions have been generated and then approved on the Manage Cross-Sell Suggestion form, is there a way to un-approve this suggestion.  The related item can be deleted from the Stock Items Related Items tab, but would be helpful if there was a way to do this on a process screen instead of individually.
