What am I doing wrong here? I have an inquiry screen with custom grid row colors depending on Production Order Status. The style is being applied, but there is no more slight color change to indicate the current focus/selected row/cell. We are receiving an error when attempting to publish any customization in a SaaS 2025 R2 sandbox.  We were able to publish these same customizations successfully in this environment a few days earlier, and nothing has changed as far as I’m aware.  I have already tried clearing cache and a front end Application Restart, as well as unpublishing and republishing.  The customizations validate successfully - the error occurs during the publication process. Has anyone else seen this error, and what is the solution in a SaaS environment?

I am new to Service Management, so thanks a lot whoever can help Tried to create an appointment to replace a component which is Serial Tracked. The setup for tracking requires to manually input the serial number on Usage.However, when i try to complete the appointment, the system is generating an error due to the fact that it requires the Serial Number. Tried to key it on the appointment, but the system is telling me Serial number is not found and won’t let me to continue.How should i record such instance? ThanksAngelo

I am running into a scenario where I could really use the ability to segment approvals by a particular subaccount segment. 6 years ago Acumatica marked this idea as ‘unlikely’ to implement’. (see: “Approval maps: when subaccount is used as a condition, allow user to specify a segment value, not just the whole subaccount.”)I tried masking the segments with question marks and blanks, but the bill wouldn’t read either one. ‘???-???-100’ and  ‘   -   -100’To accomplish what I need to do, I would have to hardcode almost 75 different subaccounts into the conditions. (will import, but still - not very nice for long term maintenance).Is there a limit to the number of conditions in a particular rule of an approval map?

Hello! Is it possible to still mass process orders that were on backorder status but now have enough qty for shipments? Currently, ‘process order’ screen is used to mass create shipments for orders in the system. Shipping rule is to allow back order, so when items have insufficient qty, those orders go on back order status. The issue is when those items are restocked, and now have qty for shipments to be created, users have to go find these orders individually in the system and create shipment. It would be nice if these backorder status orders could also show up in the process order screen so users can mass process all the orders that are in backorder status but now have enough qty. Any thoughts? Wondering if anyone is successfully using Bank feeds in Canada? Looking for strategies that work.  The client banks at BMO and BNC and we’ve had a hard time making connections to either. We’ve tried both Plaid and MX with no real success.  We did have a connection to BMO but using a bank card instead of normal account credentials but that has since stopped working. And at one point we were able to connect successfully using MX but the Refresh did not return any transactions on accounts that definitely had transactions.  Very frustrating!

Is there a way to have audit tracking on when changes are made to the Enable/Disable Features screen? I think this is important for proper tracking and error checking, in the event there are any bugs that come up.

We have recently upgraded from 2024 R2 to 2025 R2. Users reported that the same Dashboard loads much faster than before. Is this due to actual optimizations made to the underlying platform mechanism?

Hi All,I am currently setting up a QR code that can link directly to a Fixed Asset ID.At the moment, the QR code works when I use the fixed screen link only, and I can access the FA screen successfully. However, when I concatenate the FA ID field into the link, the QR code no longer works.Could you please advise if there is any specific configuration required for this? I'm migrating my Acumatica customizations from Classic UI to Modern UI and stuck on one critical part: extending the radio button list in the "Calculate Pending Prices" dialog of the Sales Price Worksheets screen (AR202000). In Classic UI, I added 2 custom radio options (Last Cost + Amount / Avg./Std. Cost + Amount) to the "Price Basis" list in the "Calculate Pending Prices" dialog, and it works fine.After switching to Modern UI, the new options don't show up in the dialog. How can I make my custom radio options appear in the Modern UI dialog?Thanks! 

I made customizations to the Shipment and SOShipLineSplit screens in Classic UI. I have a requirement for the SO302000 (Shipment) screen. In Classic UI, I added a read-only display field at the top of the SOShipLineSplit (Line Details) popup to show the total quantity of all split lines.This field does NOT need to be stored in the database — it's just a simple display label for user reference.I have issues when migrating it from classic UI, but there is no need to migrate, if I can develop it directly in Modern UI.How can I implement this in Modern UI? I just need to show a calculated total qty field on the popup header.

Is it possible to have two different Numbering Sequences to for Vendors based on the Vendor Class? For context, standard vendors have the auto-Number Sequence of V###### and our Customer vendors have alpha-numeric coding based on another internal system. We’ve historically just created the Customer with a manual Numbering Sequence then extended them to a vendor, then used an generic import to get the payment method on the Vendor.We’re trying to integrate the two systems so that when a customer is created in our internal system with the elected payment method then a new Customer Class vendor will be created with the payment information then a workflow will extend it to a Customer. Hello! We are looking to create an automation schedule for the create pick list screen. The problem we are running into is “Overall number of totes should be at least as many as number of shipments.” This error occurs when we specify a value in the Max Tote Per Picker field, and if there are more shipments in the que than the value specified in the field, we would run into this error. Our issue is that there will ALWAYS be more shipments in the que than what we specify. Our max needs to be 12, is there a way for the automation schedule to only process 12 records at a time? Meaning that only put 12 records on the picking worksheet, and then generate another picking worksheet for the next 12 records?We tried making the max number of pickers really large, which would solve the error message, but in this case ALL records in the que will be created in the same picking worksheet at the time automation is generated. We only want max of 12 records in one picking worksheet.  Open to any suggest

I have a requirement to disbale access on the complete order action on the Sales Order form for some users. I tried to set the access as Revoke on the Access Right By screen form. The path I followed is Access Right by screen > Sales Orders > Sales Orders > Sales Order > Compelete Order.Howver, Once I save the changes it will go back to the Inhertied status without revoking. How can I update this. TIA. 

We recently purchased a piece of equipment that came with three separate bill (for its different components). However, for accounting purposes, these need to be recorded as one asset. When we try to use Reconciliation Addition to combine the costs, the system only updates the current cost value. The Orig. Acquisition Cost remains stuck at the value of the first bill, which doesn't reflect the true total cost of the asset on our reports. We need the final Asset ID to show an Orig. Acquisition Cost that equals the sum of all three bill.How can we set up for this?
