I have a working import scenario that imports purchase receipt, but when there are multiple receipts for the same PO line number with different lot numbers then only the last receipt for that line is imported.
Any ideas?

In your statement, you are referencing that you are doing multiple receipts against the same PO line but if you are importing a receipt, the line reference is to the receipt and should be different. You may need to reference the PO line and the receipt line so the import scenario sees there is a 1 to many relationship
