I created a new screen that has workflow code on it. i followed the T270 series to make it. I am having issues with disabling an action conditionally. I want the “Remove Hold” button to be disabled whenever a line item is added that has a “Stock Replenishment Type” of “Manufacture” and the Bar ID is null. Hi Team,how I can display Project Id, if the payemnt is created without “PayByLine” in Check and Payments screen. I know if the payments are created using “PayByLine” it will display the Project details. I could see the ProjectID field in Payments screen is linked backed APTran table which is the source for Bills.Kindly help me on this.  Regards,Ramya Krishna

Using an instance of 25.200.0020 (clean install), I need to customise screen AP303000 to add some fields (specifically AddressLine3), but on opening the Modern UI Editor from the Customization Project Editor for that screen, I get the error message: In HTML extension “C:\..\FrontendSources\screen\src\screens\AP303000\extensions\AP303000_PersonalDataPrivacy.html” for screen ‘AP303000’ child node ‘QP-FIELDSET’ has AFTER attribute with ‘#groupAccountAddress’ but screen HTML doesn’t contain any elements that satisfies such querySelector.I can work around this locally by renaming the source files AP303000_PersonalDataPrivacy.html and .ts (adding a suffix of .x). But I’m concerned that the same hack won’t be possible in production. 

I’m trying to setup new bank feeds for WF commercial accounts but cannot find the right institution in Plaid or MX. An article from last year mentioned using the MX Bank Feed Type… but Wells Fargo CEO is not an option. Not sure if something changed on the MX side of things or I need to search for it a different way, I tried just about all I could think of. Using the Wells Fargo institution with my credentials does not work since the sign in page is different for commercial accounts.  

Is there a way to run a report for this on all service orders. Would like to be able to get a full list instead of having to narrow down to individuals.

Issue: When creating a new dynamic marketing list based on a custom Generic Inquiry, the qualifying lead does not appear in the MarketingListMember table.Context:Goal: Create an export of leads/contacts that is filtered on their “subscribe” status that can be imported into SendGrid. Approach: Using dynamic lists tied to a Generic Inquiry. Problem: The expected lead qualifies in the inquiry but is missing from the marketing list membership table.Question: Has anyone experienced this? Is there a step or sync process required to populate MarketingListMember for dynamic lists?

We are investigating the Intercompany Module, and we would like to see an interbranch post (using interbranch mapping GL accounts) to take place.  In our Test Environment this is not happening, and it might be because of this setting:  It seems that the setting can’t be changed now, is there a way around this?  We only need the balancing going forward, not on historical transactions.

I have a dialog window with a date field. When I manually type a date and immediately click the OK button, the value is passed as null, because at the moment I click OK, the focus is still on the Transaction Date field. However, if I select the date using the calendar picker, everything works correctly.CommitChanges = True.

Hello there,We can add side panels to Entry screens now, and that’s awesome!  However, I can’t figure out a way to add a side panel, that would be filtered according to the selection on the SO Line.  I have created a couple GIs, added them onto a Dashboard that uses InventoryCD as a parameter.  Now, I would like to be able to add this Dashboard as a side panel to Sales Orders screen, and filter data based on what line item is selected on the sales order.Any ideas?  Thank you!

I would like to be able to add the current contact record hyperlink to the email template I am creating. We are trying to send an internal email with the link for an action in another system. I cannot find how we can do this. 

Hello Community,  Has anyone has any luck adding a Total Cost to the Sales Order screen? This would be the “Ext Cost” column aggregated.  I added this field below, “SalesCostTotal” but its always 0.00. Even when you create the issue the cost is still 0.00.  We just need to take the Extend Cost column and summarize it for the entire order as the Estimated Total Cost.

When an invoice is generated from FS501300 (Service Contract Billing) an invoice is generated using items that are listed in FSContractPeriodDet (Services Per Period tab on the Service Contracts Screen)After the invoice is generated, there is no way to tie the invoice line (ARTran) back to a specific service/item which is IDed through the ContractPeriodDetID field.It appears to me that the ARTran table should have a ContractPeriodDetID field so that we can link back to the correct service contract line. There are no noteID or line nbr fields in FSContractPeriodDet table. The only unique identifier seems to be ContractPeriodDetID.Am I missing something or is this an oversight in the table design?We need to link back to the equipment number defined in the FSContractPeriodDet table, but there appears to be no way to do so. 

I’m trying to find a method to configure Acumatica Payroll to withhold a flat dollar amount for Federal Withholding for a specific employee.Consider the scenario: the employee is an owner of the company, and has other streams of income. The owner’s/employee’s tax accountant has told her that she needs to withhold $38,000 in federal tax this year to avoid a penalty. So, on the bi-weekly check, she needs $1462 of federal tax withheld. How can this be configured in Acumatica?

I have one Bill of amount 10,000 (Post Period December) and have a debit adjustment of amount 40 (post period : October) .  Both Bill and Debit adjustment is for the same vendor. Both Bill and Debit Adjustment status is ‘Open’ I went to the Debit Adjustment and clicked ‘Apply’ , this to me to the below screen .I tried to find the Bill , but Bill does not appear .Did I miss something ? or am I not doing it in the correct way ?
