Is there a way to add the date the invoice was paid in a GI with the invoice number and the date the invoice was generated? I am trying to show in the system the average date an invoice it paid in correlation to the customers terms. Are the customers paying late or on time?

Hi Team,We are experiencing an issue with the AR (Sales) Invoice Report. Whenever there is more than one tax, the total is not displayed. Please see the screenshots belowAs shown in the image below, when only GST is applied, the total is displayed correctly. However, if another tax is added, the total is not shown.Note: The taxes are coming from a sub-report.Could anyone please assist with this?

Hello, I am building a report to information on Qty needed for WO. Everything looks good when i join inventoryitem and Insitestatus. i wanted to get material uasage from AMMTran. the moment i join that all my totals begins to increase to a high figure that is impossible. 

In the past few weeks we’ve had two different users report the same issue.  Of course, we can’t duplicate it.They are reporting that, when they have a sales order with lines marked for PO, and they create the purchase order using the “Create Purchase Order” option/screen, the Vendor location selected for the items is not always the default vendor location for that item.  When it’s not, the system seems to randomly choose a vendor location, sometimes locations that aren’t even set as the default location for any product.Since we can’t reproduce this, I’m leaning toward user error, but I’m curious if anyone else has experienced it.

Can we change the new color-coded statuses for those with color vision deficiency or is this something that would be able to be changed at a later date?

Hello Acumatica Community! We’ve run into a not good experience, issue with the latest Shopify connector for Acumatica (25R1). I’m hoping to get some insights from others who might be experiencing the same or confirm if this is an isolated problem on our end.What we observedBackground: We rely on metafields in Shopify and map another metafield from a Stock Item attribute via the connector.Normal behavior (pre-25R1): If a value existed in Shopify for one metafield, and another metafield was mapped from a Stock Item attribute, the “unmapped” metafield retained its value while the “mapped” metafield was updated as expected. Current issue (25R1): The connector now tries to update each metafield. And if there’s no mapped attribute for a metafield, connector clears it. This results in unintended data loss across the board, not just the mapped fields. Has anyone else experienced metafield data being cleared or reset by the 25R1 Shopify connector?

I am attempting to reprint a check using the same number in 25R1. I follow steps below but it reprints with the next number, not the same. What am I missing?After printing (without releasing), select “Reprint” action on the Release Payments screen, select the payment, and process. Status is changed to Pending Print.  Print / Process the payment again. Next number is assigned instead of the original. If I try to manually change, it errors saying the number already exists. Thanks in advance!

Hey y’all. I’ve been working in Acumatica for 2 years now and have really gotten a handle on GIs, Import/Exports, Reports, Business Events, etc. Now I’m working through the T200 pdf training and my lack of web dev experience is making me have to dig far too deep into every code snippet to fully get it. My background is in Panorama Classic (a dead language) and Python, so I understand the basic structures of a language. However, I find myself constantly going, ‘but why?’ in the training in a way that I know means I’m NEARLY there. Do you know any videos or other tutorials that might help me get up to speed on doing my first solo customizations? Do you have advice for getting through these trainings from nearly zero? -- Lunar

Hi community, I am trying to setup a few financial reports to email weekly out of the system, and I know I need to save the template and then schedule the template. The issue I am running into are the financial period parameters. Is there a way to set a template that dynamically pulls in the current financial period so that I can then put that template on a schedule? Otherwise, I don’t see a way around having to create a template for each period which wouldn’t work in the long run. Thank you,RJ

Hi,We would like to disable the access to the (+) button for manual addition of new lines in Purchase Receipts. All lines should be linked to a PO.However, we do not want to take away the (x) button for deleting lines, since the Purchase Receipt may require amendments after being created from the Purchase Order.I have not been able to disable the (+) button without also disabling the (x) button, as the Delete access right also gives access to creating new lines. Any ideas on how to implement this restriction?

Hi All, I have a scenario where GL journals have to be exported and imported in another ERP system. after the export we would like to mark these lines as being imported so they can be obvious on a GI. I can’t work out how to get the import scenario work using the same key module, batchnumber and line numbers. any hint would be much appreciated. What am I missing here ? error is not telling me muchThank you 

Using an instance of 25.200.0020 (clean install), I need to customise screen AP303000 to add some fields (specifically AddressLine3), but on opening the Modern UI Editor from the Customization Project Editor for that screen, I get the error message: In HTML extension “C:\..\FrontendSources\screen\src\screens\AP303000\extensions\AP303000_PersonalDataPrivacy.html” for screen ‘AP303000’ child node ‘QP-FIELDSET’ has AFTER attribute with ‘#groupAccountAddress’ but screen HTML doesn’t contain any elements that satisfies such querySelector.I can work around this locally by renaming the source files AP303000_PersonalDataPrivacy.html and .ts (adding a suffix of .x). But I’m concerned that the same hack won’t be possible in production. 

Hi, I am trying to update the numbering sequence for the Projects screen, but I am running into the error shown below.  Here is what Segment 1 looks like. Is there anything that jumps out at you to justify why the above error was complaining about the format? Also, if I was to make a change to any of the attributes in the segment grid, I get the error that is shown below. Does this mean that I can’t make changes to this without making changes to the children first?  Let me know if you need any other information. Kind regards,Andrew

In all the Sales Profitability Reports there are two flags to choose: Released Transactions Only and Completed Transactions Only.Released Transactions Only is easy to understand as it will display only released invoices or all invoices regardless they are released.My question is about Completed Transactions Only. What does actually mean completed transactions? I thought it was closed invoices but, based on the testing I did, it does not seem it is that.  

Hi,  I am adding a pop up note in one of the customer.  Should this pop up note can also be displayed when creating project?Currently it does not show the pop up note and wondering if this is just normal not showing up in creating project.  Thanks 

Has anyone successfully used the AI Assistant in 26R1 beta? I obtained a license key for it and am able to access the assistant, but when I ask it questions it just spins. Things I tried:Opened browser console and found this error: Warning: No client method with the name 'usermessagesent' found.Cleared browser cache.Exposed a GI to AI Assistant, then located AI Assistant Data Processing screen (ML503010) to process it. Got the error in screenshot below. Is AI Assistant not intended to work in beta version?  

Hi, I’m trying to create a current time with =Now() and =NowUTC() for the UK time zone but GI gives me the same result for both functions. system not calculate daylight savings.I ran the GI at 11.40 am local time but GI gave 10.40 am for both =Now() and =NowUTC(). Please help to fix this.Thank you.Desh

We are experiencing issues with push notifications firing successfully but not being received on the mobile app. This was first identified when our clients wanted to enable multi-factor authentication, and upon investigating, we found that in our demo environment we could successfully create notifications but we didn’t receive them either. Here is a test notification I created that fires successfully, but no notification is received. We tested with multiple mobile devices, all with the notifications turned on for the Acumatica app, but nothing is received and the system shows no errors??   

I’m trying to pull in the date and time a Sales Order was created for some metrics for my shipping department.  They have a cutoff time, where and order entered before the cut off time should be shipped same day.  When I look at the SOOrder table, it looks like I should be able to use SOORder.CreatedDateTime, but in the GI, I only see the date, not the time.  Is there a way to make the time exposed.  And maybe even better, a way to split the date and time?
