Hey, gang - I put together a business event for a client that triggers an email whenever a Project Quote is approved or rejected.  The client has mentioned that the corresponding email is not being sent for up to 24 hours after the document was approved. I’ve confirmed this below.   The business event triggers based on the Status changing to Approved or Rejected.  The Send and Receive Email process runs every 2 minutes.  The BE is based off of a very simple GI that pulls 4 fields from the PMQuote dac (QuoteNbr, Status, OwnerID, and Subject).    Does this sound like a configuration issue or something I need to escalate as a case?

Hi. I need to add new tab to Daily Field Report document. At this tab must be grid and filter for this grid.Grid must contain “Selector” column, allow Select all (this should trigger the ability to Save the DFR if changed on a record in this grid).There will be no +/- on this grid, it is just showing existing results matching our filters.When we select some lines at this tab, at next tab(new tab) must be fill associated rows from some table. How i can do this? 

Hello, My company has multiple cross references for each product. One is global, one is an ISBN, and another is a Customer/Vendor part number. On my SO report and Invoice report, I need to include the ISBN. I am having trouble writing the logic necessary to say that if the alternate type is GTIN/EAN/UPC/ISBN then pull the alternate ID. If null, nothing. Thanks​​​

I am creating a GI and need to pull for a Date, however the field i need to use is a DATETIME field.  I feel like it should be easy to convert it to a DATE field only but it doesn’t seem to be.  Any hints?  I’ve tried every scenario that i can think of and google...I’ve added things to the Data Field, Schema Field, Style etc.  i can do a LEFT(Start Date,11) but then when i try to add a condition that it pulls @Today, nothing will show.  I am assuming it’s b/c of the timestamp attached to the Date.  

Good day,I have production order that has issue with Planned vs. Actual.  The variance is way out of whack.  The cost correct.  The material amounts are all correct.  The Planned is on target.  The issue is the actual.  How could this happen?  The BOM is on point.  We have used it many times in the past.Any suggestions? Hello - We just set up a new branch in one of our tenants, and we are unable to Reverse, Reverse and Apply, or create a Credit Memo. I have never seen this before and cannot find anything in the configuration or Receivable Preferences that may be causing this. Does anyone know why this would happen?When I Go to reverse the memo, it does create a credit memo, but when I take it off of hold, it creates a new screen and the memo is gone, with no option to save at any stage: This is what happens when I remove hold: Additionally, if I attempt to create a credit memo, it does a similar process. It lets me fill it out, and then when I go to hit save it wipes everything out and then throws me an error message for saving without complete data

I just spent several hours trying to figure out why the ‘Appointments’ screen is broken in 25 R2, only to discover that it’s “not”. Hi All, I know there has to be a bad join, but I have no idea what it might be.  Its a pretty simple packing list I’ve customized.  Small company, so I’ve had to teach myself SQL joins and everything about the Acumatica backend. I recently moved the Line Note to a detail section to fix another issue and had this problem start immediately.  Whatever number of packages are added to the shipment, the line note duplicates that number of times.I’ve uploaded a copy of the RPX file. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hello All, I have created a customization to be able to utilize package pricing to be reflected on a SO(OA)/QT printout. I am having trouble getting the report to translate to the invoicing side of the transaction process.On the SO/QT I was able to get the lines to stop duplicating by taking away the relationship to the SOLine as the fields are not needed - it is reading the custom made fields. Package 1 and 2 filled in, Packages 3 - 6 are empty. However, to get the AR Invoice to read the SO fields, I need to join AR Tran SOOrderNbr to the SO OrderNbr. It is reading this four times. I am sure it is due to the joins, but I have tried every which way I can think of (even attempting to do subreporting) and have had no luck. I have put 4 line items on my SO and processed through invoicing. The report will put out the Package 1 and Package 2 information 4 times. I appreciate any thoughts/ideas to get this report finalized! 

On the print confirmation the lines and qty duplicate. lines nbrs 1 and 3.  

When I try and run this import scenario, I keep running into errors. My upload is only 2 lines but it errors out after importing one line and I have to run it again to complete the second line of import. Any idea on how can I fix this? My XML and import scenario is attached.   

Hi, what is the likely cause of an issue where the “Print” action on an Invoice in the Invoice and Memos screen does not open the invoice as a PDF Preview. Instead, the Invoice/Memo report screen pops up to select an invoice (so not permissions? and not popup blocking). The invoice number is not being passed through with the Print action. This does not affect all users. Clearing cache, different browsers etc not working. Same problem though with similar functions eg printing AP Register Detailed report from an AP Invoice. 

The Vendor Transaction History report (PM706220) / 24R1 is not pulling details properly when there is more than one project on the AP Bill / Invoice.  It only shows the invoice as project XIs there a fix for this ? 

What are the options to have invoice attachments automatically attached to email when sending invoice (version 24R1)?(apologies if this is a dup)  

We are a manufacturing company using 2023R2 and we are trying to find a process where we can pre invoice some of our clients before we ship the product.  

When printing AR Invoice with a project link to it, the system routes me to ProInvoice/Memo (pm641000) form. How do I change the setting to be able to print the regular AR Invoice form (Invoice/Memo - AR641000) for invoices with projects link to it? I have tried going into Mailing & Printing settings of Project Preferences, but the AR Invoice is not available to select. Hi,Currently, users create Expense Receipts, then manually transfer them to Expense Claims, which are submitted for approval. This separation causes confusion and is time consuming.We’re considering a new approach: Add approval to the Receipt. Once approved, use a Business Event to automatically create and submit the Claim. Remove the approval step from the Claim. Has anyone implemented this kind of flow? Is it practical or problematic? We're aiming for a smoother and more user-friendly experience.How do you use the both form with the employees?Thanks

When a user clicks Create Shipment on the Sales Order screen, I want to update each line of the Sales Order with the current date if the line was shipped.I tried 10 different ways to do this.  The easiest way I though of was to use the SOShipLine Row Persisting or Row Persisted method on the Shipments graph extension.  In those methods, I tried to get the SOLine related to the SOShipmentLine being saved to the DB and update the SOLine custom field.  This throws an error the the SOLine is already updated and the update to SOLine is rolled back.My next approach is to override the CreateShipmentIssue method that is called when you click Create Shipment.  I am invoking the method, then trying to update the SOLine after the method has been invoked.After the method has been invoked, I try to get the SOShipLine where the SOLine has the SOShipLine.origOrderNbr, SOShipLine.origLineNbr, and SOShipLine.origOrderType fields.However, the select returns null.  I think this is because the Shipment ha

We changed a stock item's posting class. One year later, it still uses the GL defined in the old one. Why?  The item and posting class Gl accounts are defined with the new accounts.  I’ve looked at the bill of material, the sales order, warehouse, location.  Nothing suggests that the old accounts should be hit.  This is happening for issues out of the warehouse but does not appear to affect receipts.

Hello,Just installed report designer. My first project is to figure out why the PDF file of a report has a data set that the bounced excel file does not. However, I don't understand how the row/column layout works regarding this. From the link i get what the green box shows. but how do multiple data values use the same “excel cell”, but when pushed to excel they’re not actually those values. For example, wouldn’t my ‘warehouse’ value lay on 7,7? that’s where it lies on the excel sheet.I’m trying to get “SOLine.InventoryID_description” to show on excel.
