When multiple approvers are assigned to one step and any of the approvers can fully approve that step, then one of the approvers approves that step, the other approvers are typically unaware this has happened. If they also try to approve the same step, they receive a fairly cryptic message about being “not authorized”. It would be much better if the message returned told them the workflow step had already been approved. As is, it leads them to believe there is a permissions issue or some type of error happening.Has anyone found a good workaround for this? Obviously over time we can train the approvers to recognize the cryptic message and understand why they are getting it, but it would be better if the message was more clear/informative.Any other thoughts on this?Thanks,Mike

I created a GI that monitors SO Lines for items that are “Explodable” which are designated via an item attribute. I’m new to creating business events but I want an import scenario to run when new records are added to this GI. When the items are exploded the “Explodable” item is deleted from the sales order, thus not returning to the GI that monitors sales order lines. Do I have my business event set up correctly? I can’t seem to get it to fire.  XML AttachedThe import scenario itself operates as expected.

Wondering if anyone is successfully using Bank feeds in Canada? Looking for strategies that work.  The client banks at BMO and BNC and we’ve had a hard time making connections to either. We’ve tried both Plaid and MX with no real success.  We did have a connection to BMO but using a bank card instead of normal account credentials but that has since stopped working. And at one point we were able to connect successfully using MX but the Refresh did not return any transactions on accounts that definitely had transactions.  Very frustrating!

Hey, gang - I’m not able to link an Employee to a user and for the life of me I can’t figure out why.   The Employee is not selectable in the Linked Entity  The emails between the Employee profile and User profile are identical There is NO contact that the employee or user is linked to. There are other employees that have similar configuration (Class, Branch, Department, etc.) that have no issues linking. There IS a business account and vendor set up for this employee, but there is no meaningful link between the BA/Vendor and Employee other than the name.Any ideas on where else I need to look?  

I work in a furniture business and looking at ways to reduce manual entry of Sales Orders. We have many small sized customers who do not have advance tech ability and often send their order either as a PDF attachment or in the body of an Email.  They are not too interested in EDI.  I’m looking for a system can read these PDF/emails as they are the same format each time and automatically import and create a SO.  Currently only found Artsyl but I’d like to review a few.Does anyone use a system like this already?  I am very interested in you experiences and suggestions.Thanks

I’ve used some of the samples for conditional formatting based on values, and I think I’m missing some small bit.I’ve added the code below.On the first field, referencing the custom field, it will always return “false”. That field is in the extended “CROpportunityHeader” which is the class for the view “Opportunity”. Hi Everyone,I'm facing an issue while trying to import a snapshot in Acumatica.Environment:Acumatica Version: 25.101.0153 Deployment: Local IISIssue:When I navigate to SM203520 (Tenants) → Snapshots → Import Snapshot, select the snapshot file, and click Upload/Import, I immediately receive the following error:Error: The file is not found, or you don't have enough rights to see the file.I've attached a screenshot of the error.What I've checked so far:Running as an administrator. Verified that the snapshot file exists. Confirmed that the user has administrator privileges in Acumatica. Restarted IIS and the application.However, the same error still occurs.Any suggestions or guidance would be greatly appreciated.Thank you!

We set up a prepayment terms ID with the settings to require %100 prepayments for an order to be processed. When using integrated credit card processing for payments, such as Authrize.net, we find that the system will recognize transactions that have only been autrhorized (not captured) as paid and apply it towards the order.See the screenshot of such a payment in the sales order.  Is there a way to overwrite it and it should recognize it only when it’s captured? Below is a screenshot of the terms set up. 

Does anyone know of a way to generate production tickets from MRP for the total quantities that are in demand for an item.  Currently it is showing the same item multiple times and if you generate tickets it will create one by one instead of a sum of the quantity.  If we manually sum the qty and create a work order for that quantity, mrp still shows the demand one by one until it’s complete.  Quite cumbersome to keep on track.  Any suggestions?

Hey team, did anybody found a way to change Service Order type after its created (even after appointment is created) without the need to cancel and re-create everything from scratch? This feature would be super helpfull!

Hi,I have a requirement to restrict users from viewing Workgroup Approval records.Although the My Approvals filter is selected by default, users can still switch the filter to All Records and view Workgroup Approval records that they should not have access to.Is there a standard way to prevent users from selecting All Records, or otherwise restrict them so they can only view their own approvals (or the approvals they are authorized to see)?TIA.

I’m fairly certain that this will require a customization, but I wanted to run it past brighter people than myself to confirm.We want to limit the STOCK ITEMS a customer can see and order in the self service customer portal.  I am aware we can set up restiction groups, but they are based on actually adding individual USER IDs to the restrictions group.  We want to be able to establish these restrictions on a number of attributes in the CUSTOMER.Fake examples of attributes in the customer record:Certified?Insured?Trustworthy?There will be about 10 attributes on the CUSTOMER, and they may have multiple attributes checked as “yes”.The standard restriction group requires that you enter users here rather than being able to read an attribute on the customer record.Is there a way to do this without a customization? 

Hi, I created 2 sales orders for the same customer and created 1 shipment and added those 2 SOs. Now, the shipment contains 2 different SO numbers (SO0001 and SO0002). It splits the items up between the 2 orders but fails to reference which items belongs to the SO.I’ve added a group called groupOrderNbr to show the SO number and customer order number above the detail section. However, I am a bit stuck on making it only visible if there are different SOs in 1 shipment.I can easily add a column to add the Customer Order No and SO number in the details section, but it looks ugly showing those information on each line item. Do you have any other suggestions or maybe adding the correct visible expression? I’ve attached the rpx. Feel free to modify and play around it.

Looking for a suggestion on what’s the best way to handle service orders that require multiple appointments spanning across multiple days especially when there is material involved that is marked for purchase order. It is not always necessarily the same tech. If we add the material to the service order, cloning the appointment will also clone the material.  Any suggestions on how to proceed with scheduling these appointments and where the materials should be marked for PO for the most efficient workflow?

Hello, I checked, on Account receivable preferences , customer classes , customer it self, all mailing setting on invoice is using AR641000When  I print the invoice on Print/Email AR documents, ScreenId=AR508000, it is fine.But when I try to email the invoice on this same screen, it is attached PDF generated from SO643000 instead.The reason I can tell the difference is I made a little trick, on SO643000  the price won’t show this customer,on AR64100 it will always show price.My need describes here:Print and Send Email in Different Invoice Formats (Price Hidden)? | CommunityMy rpx is attached, please help. I have analytical report I created in the finance module.  There are several rows where I don’t want the last column to print.  It seems like this can be done through View conditions under column group.  However I can’t  figure out where I can define the column group to setup which columns I want to print for that row.   It doesn’t seem to take a  column range.   I searched beacon and this website and the documentation but I wasn’t able to find out where to set up the column range.  

I ran into a scenario today where an SO was created after I had created a PO.  When the SO was linked the PO, the SO it showed all of that particular line item was allocated to that SO even though the amount on the SO was less than the amount on the PO.  That in turn makes it look like that item is in need of ordering again when it is not.Is there a fix for this or a setting that we might not have thought of?

We have some customers who use third-party delivery companies. Our usual practice is to ship the goods with a paper invoice attached. The customer signs the invoice, and the driver brings it back to us.We don't want the third-party driver to see our prices, so we want to hide prices on the invoices for these customers and show only quantities.This itself is not hard to do. I can set a flag on the Customer record, and based on that flag, control the visibility of the price in Report Designer.However, we also need to send a PDF version of the invoice (with prices included) to the customer via email.I found that the email and print functions actually call the same RPX file, meaning the visibility settings I configured for hiding prices will also take effect when emailing.I have an idea — could you help me see if there's a better approach?Modify the original RPX and set the visibility so that the operator doesn't need to do anything special. We have set up an attribute on the Customer record to indicate whether to show prices or not. We want to automatically send the AR Invoice (AR641000) to customers where this attribute is true.Correct me if I am wrong, but I checked, and neither the Business Event on AR301000 nor AR508000 supports filtering by a customer's attribute. Therefore, the best approach I can think of is to create a Generic Inquiry as the data source to retrieve only invoices where the customer's attribute is true, the date is today, and the status is Open, and then use a Business Event to send them on a daily schedule.Is there a better way to do this?
