I am having trouble getting a user access to Generate a customer statement with Generate on Demand.The user has multiple roles. Only one of these roles should have access to run the report.In access rights by screen → Receivables→ Customers → Customer → Generate on Demand I have given the “Edit” to the role which should have that right.When a user has multiple roles does Acumatica prioritize the most restrictive role? If that is the case, I suppose the role without access to Generate on Demand is preventing access?I have dozens of unique situations like this, and am hoping I don’t have to create a unique role for each.

Hi all, I am trying to build a generic inquiry to show all the inventory items regardless if it has transaction history however I am getting multiple result by inventory ID but when I tried grouping it with inventoryID I am losing inventoryID that do not have transaction history. The ff are my main DAC I used:PX.Objects.IN.INItemSitePX.Objects.IN.INItemSiteHistDayPX.Objects.IN.INSiteStatusPX.Objects.AR.ARTran I have also attached the extracted GI incase anyone of you have any input how to make the inventory ID unique in the result. I am trying to add a column to the GI for the Inventory Issues screen. I just want to  add the Project ID so that I can filter on it. I have tried adding what I have thought was the correct table, but it is not pulling the information. I have a GI that is pulling another GI in as a data source.  Both GIs have a similar Formulated field that is just the code for the month.“=Year([SOOrder.OrderDate]) * 100 + Month([SOOrder.OrderDate])” which should return something like this: 202506  meaning 06 2025 (June). And they both do this on their own correctly.  But when I try to bring the other GI in as a data source, the formulated field is not an option in the relations tab which I believe is normal, so I re-enter the expression into the active relations:=Year([SOOrder.OrderDate]) * 100 + Month([SOOrder.OrderDate])   equals  =Year([AMBatch.CreatedDateTime]) * 100 + Month([AMBatch.CreatedDateTime]) But for some reason, the system can’t find [AMBatch.CreatedDateTime] as an actual field? Which doesn’t make any sense because I can pick the [AMBatch.CreatedDateTime] as a field by itself, but when it’s in this expression it cannot find it?  The idea for this is, I want to have a simple GI that is grouped by month, with a column fo

I am attempting to debug some base Acumatica code, but I am receiving a message that the breakpoint won’t be hit because “the current source code is different from the version built into PX.Objects.dll”,. I have seen similar posts for 23r1 versions of Acumatica, but I am on 2023R2 (Build 23.211.0017).I have copied the PDB files from Files/Bin to my instance folder but without success. Furthermore, if I disable the option to “Require source files to exactly match the original version”, while the breakpoint is hit, I cannot step through the code and the lines do not appear to match (i.e. variables are not present in the “Locals” tab nor available for watching when they should be).What might the issue be?

Acumatica RQRequisition.Status defines Closed status as… Closed: Reflects that the requisition was fulfilled and the requested items were received. The requisition gets this status if the order quantity is zero for all items in the requisition. However, my test requisition is still in Released status even after receiving the purchase order that is linked. I went as far as creating the Bill and Releasing it. I also made sure that the linked Sales Order is shipped, created Invoice, and Release AR Invoice. I feel like I’m missing something, does anyone have any ideas?

I have a client with multiple companies in one tenant.  While you can pull an ARM report for Company A while you are in Company B, the header information displayed is still for Company B.  What is the correct formula to display the selected Company Id instead of the current Company you are in?  The default formula is:=Report.GetDefUI('RowCompanyBAccount.AcctName')

We had to backdate a payment to our customer’s account.  After posting, we realized we had entered the amount incorrectly (the handwriting was difficult to read) so the payment was voided.  Unfortunately, the payment was posted in May but the void was posted in June.  As a result, the May statement balance is not correct.  Is there a way to correct this?  

We add one custom column call “Brand” in stock and non stock item.InventoryItemExt.UsrBrand is the extended DAC (free text field). In Details tab of Appointment screen (Screen ID: FS300200)  we have a selector for Inventory Item.I wants to add Brand column in above popup box.I try with “PXCustomizeSelectorColumns” and “PXSelector” but it replace all column.I wants to keep all columns as it is and append one more column as brand.I check code and found that “InventoryIDByLineType” attribute is used. But I cannot get how can we add one more column in it. And I cannot get original logic for all above columns otherwise I can copy paste and change. 

Is it normal that we do not have any verification or notice when we create manually an equipment for a service call (serial number already exist… change the owner...already exist with another description or code, continue)?As example, we create a new equipment manually with serial number, but this equipment already exist for same owner or was register with previous owner. and system let us create the same equipment twice without any notice or verification.Is there any option that could be activate to have any kind of notice?
