Hello, I’m trying to create a GI that shows when the quantity of an item ordered is more than available for the item. What we currently have set up looks at individual line items and compares the line items to the qty available. However, we have noticed that one stock item will be used for a 12 pack and a 6 pack non stock item, for example. If someone orders both the 12 pack and the 6 pack, those show up as two separate lines items. We just experienced a situation where the whole order total should have been put on Back order, because there wasn’t enough of the single stock item, but it did not show up on this GI because neither line item by itself was more than the qty available. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get this condition to look at the whole order, but still specific items? Thanks!

Hi I have some code in supplier screen which is approving new suppliers and updates bank details, the code works but clicking update banking details twice only triggers the proper execution, I believe this is related to a caching issue?Please let me know possible fixes for this issue.Thank you!

Would like to add the ability to search for a Customer by address when selecting the search icon in the Customer ID Field. When selecting the search icon a new window pops up to search for a customer. The customer address is not available in this window. How do I add it as a searchable column? 

What solutions have you implemented for costing equipment to projects at non-hourly rates? For example e a company owned jobsite trailer is on the project and they’d like that to cost to the project at a monthly rate for so long as it is onsite. Other equipment gets costed weekly or on daily basis. They’d like to assign the equipment and have it allocate automatically, not relying on equipment timecard entries.  I have a couple ideas but interested in hearing what has worked for others.

Hi guys. Does anyone know how I can get text to wrap in excel, after designing a report in Acumatica Report Designer, It wraps when I export to pdf, but not in excel. All relevant settings such as “Wrap Text” is set to true, but the lines wont break in excel, it appears as one straight line. Does anyone know how to assist please?

Hi All,The reason I want to import is so that from one Service Order, the system can automatically create multiple appointments, allowing staff to see their calendars for the scheduled period.I’m trying to import appointments from a Service Order. I am trying to set up my Carrier Labels for both UPS and FedEx integrations. I have verified UPS and FedEx have a ZPL label format file type chosen.Do I have to go to Report Designer for the Carrier Label form and build a label from scratch? I assumed Acumatica, via its connections built in for UPS, would have a UPS label file already built.

The custom table includes the NoteID column.  It is available for users to populate manually on the custom form, however I don’t see the “Note Text” field as an option on the import scenario list of fields.Thanks in advance!

Hi! I need help pulling some information from the customer account in Acumatica.  I need the bill-to address and bill-to info found under the billing tab of the customer profile.  I also need the customer’s shipping account information when we ship using the customer’s carrier and account coming from the ship via field on the shipping tab of the customer profile and the carrier account also found in the shipping tab of the customer profile.If someone could send me screenshots of how to set it up as I don’t completely understand how to find and pull the information from tables it would be really appreciated.  Otherwise, I would have to go through accounts one by one and and manually fill this information in.Thanks! 

I have a customer who uses EDI.They will send me an order for items and a display case.I want to invoice the items via EDI, but NOT the Display Case; that case has to be manually invoiced to the customer’s platform.Is there a nice way to do this? I’m trying to avoid asking them for 2 orders, but I can’t think of a better way to isolate these Display Cases. THANK YOU!

We work with hundreds of vendors, some with whom we can drop-ship and some we cannot.  Is there a mechanism by which we can prevent a user from creating a drop-ship PO on a certain items or with certain vendors?

i am getting error when i process sales order with in-store pickup option. I have Laval already mapped to my Ship Via. Each time I process the order, it creates a new field as pointed with a red arrow. Can you help me fix this? Thank you!

Hello. Is it possible to create the Active directory user via API or Import scenario. The import doesn't create the user, even though it completes the import. Failing on the API side as well - I can create the native user but not API

I have a list of customer ID that I need to filter. Instead of entering them one by one in the Condition tab, is there a way to upload or write the list of Customer ID in a formula so that the result of my GI would only show from the list? Is in condition does not seem to be working for me or am I doing something wrong? Thank you for your help.  

Hello,When creating sales quotes from opportunities the window keep the "Set New Quote as Primary” tick box selected by default for all the quotes created.  Is there a way to keep this ticked off for any subsequent quote created after the first quote? Thanks,Dulanjana

Hi,I am modify a pre-build payroll report called Employee Detail Data (MPPP4075). I’ve created my changes with the “Edit Pivot Table” button, and “Saved As” a new pivot for this report.For one of the Rows, if there is no value, I would like for nothing to be returned in that cell, i.e. a blank cell. But unfortunately, the system is returning the words “Is Empty”.The setting is currently set as per screen shot, with nothing entered into this setting.Can anyone help to make this cell blank??

I am fairly new to ACM and would like some help on editing my purchase orders GI. Just as the GI shows the Order qty and the Open qty, I need to be able to see the "total qty on receipts".Additionally, I need a condition where it only displays the purchase orders where the "total qty on receipts" is not equal to the Order qty.Can anyone give me the steps to do this?
