Send Button Missing in Customer Statement PDF

Hello, We’re experiencing an issue in Acumatica...When i go to Receivables > Customer Statements > Run Report., the PDF toolbar used to show Print, Send, and Export buttons. But now the Send button is missing. Has anyone else run into this or know a quick way to fix this? Been trying to figure this out for hours

We have the same issue. I have the same report but in different versions the 2024R2 report has a SEND button however in our 2025R1 instance doesn’t have send button. I have tried to setup the email preferences in 2025 and exported the Email Templates from 2024r2 to 2025r1 but still the send button in 2025r1 is missing.
