Since we have Single-Sign On, we would like to know how to remove the sign-in fields/button. This will cut down on the weekly tickets from new hires that they cannot login since they do not remember to just click the “SSO” button. We had this working in our sandbox for a while, but it failed in production so we rolled it back.We tried http://blog.acumatica.com.sg/2019/07/acumatica-sso-hiding-login-options-from.html, but not sure it works with 2021R2 or what may have caused it to fail.

Is there a way in Acumatica to know what an Engineering BOM would look like when it gets turned into a Production Order BOM before the production order gets created?

Is there a way to get the current user role or type in a code then assign it to a variable?

Hi -I have created the following import scenario for creating a purchase receipt - transfer receipt.  When running the import I get the following error which is very vague. “The system failed to commit the openOrders row.”  When walking it through manually it works fine though.  This is import is built on 23.115. Does anyone have any idea why.  I have attached my xml as well.

How do we set up Big Commerce to sync the correct salesperson bidirectionally? If the salesperson is changed on either platform, we need them to mirror each other. I can’t find it in the sync mapping, and it doesn’t seem to do it on it’s own through the customer syncing.

We began importing our labor costs and hours into our projects through Journal Entries from our external payroll system and didn’t realize for the firs 5/6 weeks that if we do not have a UOM in the Journal Entry it doesn’t populate the hours into the Actual Quantity column in the cost budget on the Project. Journal Entry TransactionProject Cost Budget LineDoes anyone have suggestions on the best way to populate the projects with the hours without duplicating the journal entries since the journal entries do show the quantity when you look at the project transactions?  I don’t want to end up having the amounts duplicated if the Actual Quantity field would change and populate with any units that are shown on the project transactions.Project Transactions List from the Project Cost BudgetAs a note, I did try and use the Recalculate Project Balance operation under the … [More] menu and that did not resolve the issue.

Hello -  We most recently upgraded to 2023R1 update 11 and noticed that we now no longer have the option of setting up a new carrier native within Acumatica.  This was a feature that we have full access to prior to the upgrade that has no gone away.  Do note - we do have the shipping carrier integration as part of our license. Here is what I see whenever I try to go in and setup a new carrier:  Luckily, I am able to still use my existing carriers that I set up prior to the upgrade, but when it comes to setting up the new REST API’s or a new carrier, I’m out of luck.Is this an issue with this particular version of Acumatica or is this an issue with the configuration on our upgrade?

Is there a setting somewhere that would prevent Safety stock from displaying in the stock item screen under inventory planning.  This is opening the screen and not having an item class selected yet.  So it is for a new stock item with nothing selected.

I have a user that personalized a dashboard and wants to share it with other users. Since the Allow Users to Personalize box is checked, is creating a new dashboard and adding the same widgets the only way to share? I haven't found another way.

HI TeamWe have a requirement where we want to override the ChangeID button in customer screen and need to update the CustomerID value through code. We also want to do it at the time of Customer sync from Bigcommerce to Acumatica.Could someone be able to assist me with this? I would greatly appreciate any help.

Hi,I am completing the financial training for Acumatica and I am thoroughly confused by the refund process. According to the training manual, this is the general flow: So, according to this, when you release a refund it increases cash and increases AR?  I do not understand this at all.  Refunds decrease cash.  I have no idea why an AR account is involved.  You now have:an entry increasing cash that will not be reflected in the bank statements and will be impossible to reconcile An entry increasing AR when no invoice was issued.  This would impact your cash audit trail, distort AR and cash balances, mess up your reconciliations, and possibly circumvent cash controls.   They’d all have to be needlessly restated or reclassified in the ledger to correct them.In addition,  when you apply it to a prepayment (the second red box), it reduces customer deposits, assuming it’s properly classified as a liability, and decreases cash?  Why?  Normal sales refunds have nothing to do with customer depo

How do I crteate a GI that tells me if an account has an email address or not? I am in the Customer record (AR.30.30.00) and under ADDITIONAL ACCOUNT INFO there is an ACCOUNT EMAIL. Sometimes this is blank, and we need to know which accounts we need to contact to get the ACCOUNT EMAIL. We will then want to sort and filter this by SALESPERSON.

Hi Acumatica Community,I'm encountering an issue with installing PX.Templates in my Visual Studio 2019 environment. My goal is to access templates such as FormDetail, FormTab, FormView, ListView, TabDetail, and TabView directly within Visual Studio.Unfortunately, I've encountered some difficulties in this process. I would greatly appreciate any guidance or assistance you could provide to help me successfully install these templates. Thank you very much for your time and support. I install it with my Acumatica Framework 19.121.0006Here is the template I want to install.

I'm encountering an email related issue  with two users who have identical permissions. Both users have access to the Sales Order module (and all other permissions match) and are attempting to send emails from the Sales Order screen using the "Send Email" button. However, the behavior differs between the two users. One user, upon clicking the "Send Email" button, is presented with a popup containing an email template where they can edit sender information, recipient details, and compose a message. Meanwhile, the other user experiences no response upon clicking the same button, even after ensuring that pop-up blockers are disabled. To investigate further, I logged in as both users on my machine, and indeed, observed the discrepancy in interaction behavior. Additionally, I have reviewed all email settings to ensure that neither user has automated emails configured.Lastly we are working in 2023 R2 currently for an upgrade. This is one of the last remaining issues we have to figure out befor

I have a Batch Size that is pulling the total order quantity and resizing calculating it down to the formula amount of 180 kg batch size. I have set up a parameter for Batch Size as an option to add a custom batch size and I need help on the logic; if no Batch Size is entered into the Run Report Page then calculate the normal formula batch size. But if we add a custom batch, let's say 160 kg, then it should calculate the ingredients based upon 160 kg. I'm having a problem finding the correct operator on the IIF expression for the custom batch size.

Hello Community! I am looking to find a way to view which Sales Orders in a time frame (next 30/60/90 days, or a set timeframe, etc) have line items that do not have sufficient inventory in stock at time the report is generated. For example, if I have 100 pieces of Item A in inventory, and each of the next three weeks has a Sales Order with 50 pieces scheduled to ship, I want to be able to look at “Next 30 days SO without Inventory” and see that third SO show up as lacking inventory. Basically, I’m looking for a quick summarized way to remind us to schedule certain production orders.Currently, this is done manually in a couple ways, firstly by noting at time of SO creation whether there is sufficient inventory and flagging items that require production, and secondly by periodically reviewing the Inventory Allocation Details report for high-volume parts to ensure multiple at-the-time-stocked items don’t get added to multiple Sales Orders leaving us short on some.We are building up to a

We use non-stock items to create bundle items such as a lamp and shade. We are tracking inventory of these items by running a report to generate quantities and importing those quantities into an attribute. I would like to use this attribute to update the inventory level of the non-stock item in BigCommerce and I have mapped it to do so in the entity settings. However the numbers do not update in BigCommerce and remain as zero. I was wondering if anyone has any insight on why this might be the case or if they have another solution they are using that works. I could just map the attribute into a custom field, but I would rather that these stock and non-stock items are handled in the same way to prevent confusion. Mapping of attribute to inventory level on Entity screen I can see in event logging that Acumatica is sending the request to update the inventory level to the number stored in that attribute, but it remains 0 in BigCommerce.\"inventory_level\":40Stock quantity remains 0 in BigCom

Hello, we are trying to run a service order profitability report and are having issues with the sub reports not populating. The for the sub report is FS631500 and the parameters are SOType & SONum. Any ideas on what would be causing this? (Yellow where they should be)

We frequently create and consume Serial # tracked items into other production orders. I have looked around and can’t find any way to find out if an Serial # has been consumed into another Parent Serial #. I figured out how to see if an order has a consumed Serial # with the Lot/Serial Hierarchy report but I need to go the other way. Ideally a GI of Serial #s and there matching Parent Serial # if applicable.

HI All,I want to set up that when the user change status of PO from Hold to Open, the system will require approval from the manager. But I can't find the condition Status. Is there any way we can do it? Please advise

HiI have a challenge with reason codes in stock issue screen. My customer is a farming concern and have several sub accounts which need to absorb stock issue cost being fertilizer or chemicals, etc.Why can one not choose an account and sub account on this graph. We now have to create hundreds of reason codes representing account and subaccount combinations. its not practical. when you in the issue screen on the reason code field and one start typing for a quick search suggestion, the only value that it runs on is the reason code itself, not the description and not the account and not the subaccount either. If the suggestive search could run on description it can help already.I will appreciate some advice on this please. thank you

Hi All,Just to give details about the Problem I am facing here, the process my customer is using is that they receipt inventory and store inventory. They distribute this inventory  to different internal warehouses. Each inventory is consumed so an IN ISSUE is raised for this when the goods are consumed. We have different posting classes assigned to each inventory classes which in turn has the COGS account.I have noticed when I raise an issue it uses reason code “ISSUE” GL account code when a GL batch is created. I can create different reason codes for each item class but then user will need to select the right reason code based on each line item and its associated reason code linking account which makes it difficult double entry. Can anyone suggest a better alternative please?can we force the system to use posting class when an ISSUE is raised.Happy to have a discussion and provide more details if necessary. Please see an example below.
