Big Commerce Salesperson Syncing

How do we set up Big Commerce to sync the correct salesperson bidirectionally? If the salesperson is changed on either platform, we need them to mirror each other. I can’t find it in the sync mapping, and it doesn’t seem to do it on it’s own through the customer syncing.

@courtneyb , thanks for sharing the screenshot. Apparently, you’re using the B2B edition, which means you are using Acumatica connector with a customization installed. That customization changes the way your sync works. As far as I’m aware, what you want to sync is not implemented. You can modify the customization to make that happen. Do you have internal resources for Acumatica customizations development? Or do you have a VAR that can do that dev work for you?

@Yuri Karpenko We were hoping to use the base functionality of sales staff so all the accounts in Acumatica would also be assigned to the right rep in Big Commerce too.

@Yuri Karpenko Thank you for the feedback. I figured since it wasn’t so obvious that something like this wasn’t base functionality. Although, it does seem odd to me that salesreps would not sync back and forth for B2B. We do have an internal team I can talk to about possibly customizing.
