I have a user that personalized a dashboard and wants to share it with other users. Since the Allow Users to Personalize box is checked, is creating a new dashboard and adding the same widgets the only way to share? I haven't found another way.

The best way to share dashboards is through the Dashboards screen found under the Customization workspace. There, you can make it visible on the UI, dictate whether users can personalize it, expose it to the mobile app, and choose who can see it under the “Visible To” tab
