Hello, Is there a way to have Acumatica field service orders respect the discount structures in Acumatica the way a sales order would. The scenario is this:
We have setup a discount structure for customer price class and item price class. This of course works in sales order. But it seems that service management does not respect discounts on stocking item.
Does anyone know of a work around?

Hi
Automatic application of Discounts on Service Orders will flow through to the Invoice, but they will not show on the Service Orders screen.
To see the Discount on the Service Orders screen, the discount can be added manually to the line item.

Customer discounts will show up once the customer Invoice is created. It does not show up on appointments.
We would like to do the same. To get around it for now we have each item with a specified price for that price class. It does then show in the appointment itself. Nightmare to maintain but we need the prices to appear.
