Hello
Roles are custom from company to company, so I can’t name a role.
You need a Role with access to Preferences → Account Groups in Projects or in Construction (depending on your Acumatica Edition).
Any Role with Access Rights = Edit, Insert, or Delete will work for you:
what if I want to set in a specific employee only?
Change a role that only 1 employee has.
Add a new Role and add only 1 employee to the new role.
In Acumatica, we assign rights to Roles only, not directly to employees.
