I understand that in the 2025 versions that we are forced to lock out the system to copy company or create a snapshot, which creates a "safe" version.  However, this is creating a very large issue when trying to assist our customers in troubleshooting production issues.We frequently use the copy company to troubleshoot customer's issues without having to make changes directly into production at the time the issue arises.  It is not practical for us to request that customers log out of the system each time we need to create a copy, so now we cannot troubleshoot issues as effective or efficiently as before.  We cannot realistically ask our customers to have all of their users log out and we cannot ask our technicians to only work on troubleshooting after hours.Is there a way to copy company or create a "not safe" snapshot purely for troubleshooting purposes?  We need to be able to assist our customers in real time without forcing them to shut down the system and some issues require copyi

Hello experts, I was looking to create a Generic Inquiry for Aging category of production order , I found this Generic inquiry for reference can anyone suggest me is it fine for the reference but still i am confused is it possible can we  show the aging category in this GI Report ? 

I was trying to test out the new capabilities of sending multiple documents in one email and it created multiple emails instead of one.  I didn’t have an email template so that might be the issue, however I get an error when I created and attached a template. After attaching the template, I get an error “There is no active notification source to process the operation”.I had both check boxes clicked, Send documents in One Email and Combine Into One file.  I looked at enable/disable features and I didn’t see anything that specifically said Print/Email Sales (or Project) Quotes form.  I also noticed the date range doesn't do anything. I didn’t see invoices and quotes on any of the same screens so not sure how this works entirely.  The release notes states “Good news for sales and project managers: You no longer need to send multiple invoices, quotes, and orders one by one to a customer or prospect. In Acumatica ERP 2025 R2, you can attach multiple documents to one email for each customer—

I am setting up a daily email for tracking information on Invoices that have been released and have a date of “today”.  My GI is working, the Business event runs manually, but I setup the schedule and it is not running.  It sends but sits in the “Pending Processing” and as soon as I open the BE, the emails pop into my email (I’m testing all of them to my email for now).  Any answers?  

I checked the data for the date I filtered, and it has records. However, when I try to filter by parameter, nothing shows up.

Hi all,I recently created 2 separate Generic Inquiries for my company. One is Inventory with Sales/Margin/Margin % info. The other is inventory with units by location by warehouse.My goal is to combine these 2 GIs into one master GI to avoid having to switch between different reports when viewing sales and inventory information.Below are the data sources for the FIRST Generic Inquiry: Inventory Units & Cost by Warehouse.When I use this GI as a data source for a new GI, NO fields show up even after selecting them in the results field. I have not joined anything to this in the new GI yet, so I doubt it’s a data relation mapping issue.Conversely, when I use the other GI - Inventory by Sales/Margin/Margin % - as a data source, all records populate when I show them in the results field. Both individual data source tabs are shown below.thanks all!Joseph

We have several companies in one tenant, and we want to send batch payment remittances to different suppliers across these companies. Each company should have its own email template and sender. I tried overriding the Mailing settings for one supplier, but it didn’t work. Is it possible to send remittance email to multiple supplier with different email templates all-in-one go, and how can we set this up?

Every few days, our Outlook add in stops working for all users. In Outlook, you click on the ribbon and the add in does nothing and the sidebar is blank. The only way we’ve found to fix this is to uninstall then reinstall the add in. The add in is managed at a admin/company wide level and it can take a number of hours for the uninstall/reinstall process to work. 

I have a simple screen with line details where an inventory item can be selected. The form works fine in the normal UI. As of Jan 1, 2025, SHOP will now act as a Marketplace that collects and remits tax on behalf of the vendor - seems similar to how Amazon works.   How will this flow through the native Acumatica Shopify Connector to Acumatica and then through the Avalara Connector to AvaTax?   How is the transaction identified as a SHOP transaction?  Are there parameters that need to be set up so that the vendor does not double pay the tax? 

Hello!I currently have a report to show all orders entered for the prior date, and this is how it currently looks.This works fine but on Monday’s this will try and pull orders on Sunday (our company is closed on Saturday and Sunday). What would I need to add in this section to have this report skip the weekend and show me Friday orders on Monday? Thank you!

We are trying to set up reminders in Acumatica and the help documentation shows there is (or was) a notification bell icon in the Info Area that would bring up the Reminders Dialog Box. We have gone through support to enable reminders and they’re working but I don’t see the bell icon. We are using 2025R2.  

If I understand correctly, in a SaaS environment, I cannot use a backup I download from the Backup Access Service to restore my production tenant.  I need to pay separately to have Acumatica restore from backup?

 Hello Everyone,I am trying to clean up some tax issues that arose on the last payroll paybatch we ran after a recent upgrade. Specifically there are a few taxes that have appeared on a recent payroll payrun that were not there before the upgrade. In one case I had the NV ER SUTA SC show up. We caught it on the payroll liabilities bills run. In another case I have New Mexico Workers Comp showing up as a tax on a few employees paychecks as well. We upgraded to 2021R2 21.213.0038.What is the fool-proof way to make sure they do not appear on the paychecks next time? Is it to de-select all the “required” checkboxes and set the rates to 0.00 on the right panel? Then update/assign taxes to employees?Why would New Mexico Workers Comp show up as a tax? Is there a setting in Deduction Codes or Workers Comp Codes?  

Is there any reason the Application Period would not be the same month as the Application Date on checks? On Prepare Payments screen the Application Period matches the Application Date (users do not manually change this field) but once processed it changes in some cases

Hi, a lot of our prospects and customers use FieldWire for the Field operations and especially for Plan management. The application is pretty advanced and I don’t think that we have an ISV that could replace it and most of them want to keep the application. Am I wrong does Acumatica have an ISV that can compete with FieldWire ?  If not, does any has any experience with integration FieldWire to Acumatica ?

How can I change the selector in the Customer Number field so that it searches by Customer CD, Customer Name, and Telephone number as well? How can I do this?

Hi, how can I assign a cost to an item that is sold by the sales team on a sales order but is not purchased through our purchasing process?For example, we resell an employee’s day rate when they work on-site at a customer location. Currently, because there is no associated purchase transaction, the system records the sale as 100% profit, which is not an accurate reflection of the true margin.Could you advise on the correct approach to ensure the cost is properly captured and reflected in margin reporting?

Hey guys, I found a place to assign a vendor specific PO report. however the dropdown list is not showing my custom report that i uploaded via Report designer. Also overrride box is greyed out. how do I solve this?  

Hello,We have a customer that uses ‘locations’ to ship to the various stores under the main customer umbrella. We noticed that the sales person would need to be added to each individual location for them to be attached to it. However, when we do this, it duplicates the customer in its entirety. I have seen in my research about duplication verification, but that is not on my enable / disable list.  I’ve also read that this may not be possible yet (i may have been looking at an old post.) Has anyone else experienced this issue and possibly know a fix?
