Excel Pulling Data from Acumatica

Hello!

Didn’t seem to see this on the community, so I thought I’d ask. 

Is there a preferred way of connecting an Excel document into Acumatica? My goal is to be able to use the excel file to pull data for data-entry purposes in other forms.

I’ve seen some free excel/acumatica connectors online but wanted to check if there’s a preferred/official way.

I know ODATA links to PowerBi, but not sure if this would enable the same thing.

Excel can get Odata Link too, when you open Excel → go to Data → Get Data → From Other source → From OData Feed and then enter your instance
