What is the best practice for sending mass emails from Acumatica while staying compliant with email regulations?
For example, if we want to notify several hundred customers about a new product launch or upcoming price changes, what approach do you typically use? As far as I can see, Acumatica’s built-in mass email functionality does not support an unsubscribe link.
How do you usually handle this? Do you manage opt-in / opt-out preferences inside Acumatica, add a custom unsubscribe mechanism, or send those communications through an external email platform (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.) integrated with Acumatica?
Would appreciate hearing how others are handling this.
