Hello!I am required to get selected the Credit Term on the Sales Order based on the Customer Location or the Order Type, but currently it only provides the option to maintain the term for customer.Is there any way that I can alter this credit term selection?Best Regards 

When exporting a Generic Inquiry (GI) to Excel, the Debit/Credit column is showing Count in the Excel status bar instead of Sum, even though the values appear numeric. This happens because Excel interprets the exported data as text, not numbers.Details:Acumatica Version: 2025 R1 GI Column Expression:   =Round(IIf([GLTranR.DebitAmt] <> 0, [GLTranR.DebitAmt], -[GLTranR.CreditAmt]), 2) GIDespite using CDec() and numeric formatting, the exported Excel file still treats the column as text. This results in:Excel status bar showing Count only. Long trailing zeros in the values (e.g., 5273651.000000000000000000)Is this behavior expected in 2025 R1? Is there a way to force Acumatica to export calculated GI columns as numeric without post-processing in Excel? Any best practices for handling this in GIs? 

We are using the “entity/Manufacturing/23.200.001/MoveEntry/ReleaseMoveEntry” REST API Endpoint to release the move entry at the end of the process.  We get a 202 Accepted response even when the release was unsuccessful.  A couple of reasons for the release being unsuccessful is duplicate serial numbers being received and backflush not being setup properly in the BOM.  In both of these scenarios, we still receive the 202 Accepted response with no body.  How can we “trap” these errors so we can report them to users to make the corrections?  Is there a different API call to use?  Any thoughts would be appreciated.Thank you in advance.

Hi! For the calendar board in field services, is there a way to easily block off certain time slots for field service employees? The example is I have an employee that needs to block off 2 hours in the calendar board because they have a personal appointment.

HelloI’m having an issue in Canadian payroll setup, and I’m wondering if anyone else has run into this and has any suggestions.We have set up a deduction and benefit codes for paying vacation at 4% of total earnings to one of our employee groups. It is a payable benefit, and on the Employer Contribution tab, I have indicated that it should be included in Box 14 for Federal Reporting. According to government websites, we should see that vac amount populated in boxes 14, 24 and 26.On the CAN Tax Setting tab, I have CN at Source selected in the Code Type box.When I process pay it calculates properly, shows on the pay stubs nicely and looks correct, but when we look at the T4, we do not see the amount added in to Box 14 as we would have expected.Appreciate any advice anyone has as documentation is limited. We’re experiencing a consistent issue where printing documents screens that typically shows the actual document (invoice, statement, remittance, payment register) are sometimes routing the user to a “Process Report” screen and requires manually re-entering parameters (document type, reference number) and clicking Run Report.Same user sometimes gets it right, sometimes gets this screen. 

Building a GI where I need to get the most recent “Effective Date” for all inventory items that are a “STAFF” price code. The ways I’ve seen to get the most recent record in GI’s won’t work here because the effective date only lives on the ARPriceWorksheet table and not on the ARPriceWorksheetDetails table where the inventory item, price code, and pending price are. Thanks for the help!

I’ve imported HTML descriptions, but they are not displaying correctly in a report. They are displaying correctly on the stock items screen - just not the report where it is needed.If I go to the stock items screen and make one small change, Acumatica will rewrite the HTML and it will then display correctly in a report. Anybody have any ideas for updating these descriptions so that Acumatica will rewrite the description HTML. Should I put a ticket in for a SQL script? Image1mine is 2024 R2 , i would like to know how to setup home screen as first homepage to all user ? i already navigate to site preference and set homepage there, but after i login as user, what they will see as first page was acumatica default welcome screen as showned below:Image 2after i click home button then only showned as “Image 1” . And then i tested by assigning “Wiki Author” role to any user ID which that role provides access rights for creating Wiki articles, then only that user with “Wiki Author” role can see the homepage article i published earlier on wiki. Can somebody help me ? I need to know how to configure this so that users can access my ‘homepage’ in view-only mode, without assigning any roles that allow them to edit the Wiki content. How can we configure the system so that the first page displayed to users upon login is the homepage containing my Wiki article? Thank you.

As far as I know, Acumatica only allows you to PUT one entity at a time. Is there any way to do a bulk upload of entites (eg. Stock Items, Journal Transactions etc)?If it’s not possible to do it within Acumatica, can it be done with a custom API or a wrapper and what would that look like?

We currently are using the Distribution Management Software. At the time we started that software, we weren't doing much “Production”. We are now doing a lot more but not enough to validate moving to the Manufacturing Software.Any suggestions on a light production module that doesn’t cost an arm and a leg to run? We don't need a lot of the “Bells & Whistles” that a lot of add-ons offer. I understand the cost for installation and training. I’ve seen a few topics related to this and no clean solution presented for this. I’ve solutioned this completely different based on the unique needs of each client. Surely there’s a better way…  Does anybody know what the cleanest solution is to track warranty costs within Field Service?  Scenario: Run a normal service order (standard service order type) - we don’t know what would be covered under warranty yet as the repair needs to be executed first  Tech completes appointment - identifies that the part is not covered under warranty Labor/Travel > bill to the customer as normal  Parts (Inventory Items) - need to be expensed to COGS - Warranty instead of COGS - Materials Billed at $0 (marked Free Item)  The inventory issue is going to hit COGS - Materials based on the Inventory Item defaults… I see no way in Field Service or other Acumatica settings to change the COGS posting for inventory items. Hi All, We are the option of adjusting the Unit Price for a Sales Order after a Shipment was created and/or completed. In Sales Order status language in the Status of Shipping/Back Order/Complete.The Invoice won’t be created yet. And the goal is to have the Order and Invoice match up in case of Error on original Price Entry and it going through Approval without being caught. I tried Workflow Adjustments and Graph Extension on the SOOrderEntry Graph but wasn’t able to Enable the Unit Price field. I tried both Cury Unit Price and Unit Price. Any ideas on how to achieve this or is this something that Acumatica just doesn’t allow due to being too risky/invasive?

We are trying to return stocks from a Project related sales order , but the system won’t allow it because we don’t have an invoice associated to that sales order-shipment. Is there a way to return it in inventory without needing to do it manually ?

I am trying to add the inventory item table into the view for a new screen twice for two different fields. i want to pull the status of the 2 different inventory items that are on the below screen. I found a couple of articles that i tried, but when i add the table a second time with an alias, it is pulling all of the inventoryitems instead of just the one on the line item. I tried adding .fromCurrent in there and it didnt duplicate, but it didnt pull the information either. Hello,          I am trying to write a GI to get the customer’s sold since information like the below screen.          You can find my share in the below post:     My solution almost works fine, but I find it difficult to get the “last sale qty” and “last sale price” by item using GI.     The last sales date can be got because the default aggregation is MAX, the max date is exactly the last date.      However, the max(orderqty) is not the last order qty, and also the max(unit price) is not the last unit price.     so currently, I am using the AVG unit price and Sum Order qty as a workaround, and it can be accepted by user.     But still, I am eager to learn how can I get the data using a single GI?   Thank you. 

Hello!I have a Parameter set up as @SiteID. I am attempting to make a cell on my report designer only visible if @SiteID parameter is null. Can this be done?    Maybe to explain a bit further. At the top; I’d like this to show up only when @SiteID is usedI’d then like the “warehouse” and “Waukegan” below it on the right column to only show when @SiteID IsNull I’ve looked online and done a bunch of AI chats and i only seem to error out every iteration i use. 

Has anyone developed a system where the move transaction can be done in batches similar to how the materials wizard functions? We release materials when a production order is completed in house so we do the materials and move transaction one right after the other. The materials wizard allows us to release materials for dozens of production orders if needed, but now we need that same functionality but for the move transactions.
