I am looking to have the option to bring invoices in through AP Document recognition and have one line on the detail instead of multiple lines.  Can someone help me with this?

We are new to Acumatica and are using Time & Expense for our Expense Vouchers.  We have employees that drive fleet vehicles.  Is there an easy way for the Fleet drivers to record their business miles driven along with any personal miles driven?

Hello all,I have been able to add an image as a watermark, Acumatica logo, to the Sales Invoice form, which shows in the HTML view as seen below. However, when I switch to the PDF view the watermark disappears as seen below. Also, exporting to PDF or emailing, via the SEND action from this screen the resulting PDF file does not show the watermark. What do I need to do make the watermark appear in the in both the views and on the PDF files? Below is the setting I have used in the Report Designer.

I need a help creating an import scenario for service contracts. We have a custom screen where attributes are defined in Table 1. I want to upload corresponding records into Table 2, which is dependent on Table 1.For example: Table 1 contains groups such as Group 1, Group 2, Group 3. Table 2 contains equipment entries such as Equipment 1, Equipment 2, Equipment 3. The requirement is to upload data into Table 2 using an import scenario so that: When Group 1 is selected in Table 1, Equipment 2 details are displayed in Table 2. When Group 2 is selected, Equipment 1 details are shown, and so on. Please help me design an import scenario to achieve this setup.

I’m implementing an integration between Acumatica and a Next.js application. The goal is to automatically create a Project, Project Task, and multiple Project Budget records based on data stored in the Next.js app.The challenge I’m facing is related to the large volume of budget lines — each project can have thousands of budget items. Using the built-in REST API would require sending thousands of individual requests (one per budget line), which is both inefficient and prone to network or timeout issues. Missing even a few budget items is not acceptable in this scenario.To address this, I’m exploring a solution that allows batch creation of multiple Project Budget records in a single operation (or at least in smaller batches). My plan is to build a customization project in Acumatica that exposes a custom endpoint designed specifically for this use case.This endpoint would accept a list of budget items (via JSON) and create them all in one go using a PXGraph or a similar mechanism within

Hi all,I’ve been using Marketing Lists lately and running into some strange behavior, specifically two things:I have a dynamic marketing list containing two contacts that are unsubscribed. When I set filter on “Subscribed” field to False, it shows no contacts (screenshot below), but there are in fact two unsubscribed. Thoughts?   When I use the list in a campaign, it includes the unsubscribed contacts as members of the campaign. When I send a mass email from the campaign, it generates emails for these two contacts. Seems like it should exclude them?

How to make the quantity in the printed form blank when the quantity in transaction is 0 and show qty if transaction has quantity? Currently, it is not visible. If I make it visible, it is going to show quantity for all transactions even with quantity 0.00.Can someone please guide me? Below is my expression: Sample transaction ran from Project Billing: 

Is there a way to ensure that sequential Business Events both trigger?I have 1 Business Event that creates an Issue document (when a Transfer is released), then when the Issue is released, a Business Event creates a Receipt document.The issue I’m having is that they both work when run on their own, but when I try to get them to run sequentially, the 2nd Business Event does not trigger.

We recently upgraded from 23R1 to 25R1.  A sidepanel added in 24R1 is something we’ve been looking forward to--the new “Related Return Documents” in Sales Orders.Unfortunately only our Admin role seems to have access to the sidepanel.  When I look at roles like our SO Clerk and drill down to Sales Orders, Sales Orders, Sales Order (where the sidepanel security lives), it shows that security is inherited.  If I open a user in that role in the “Access Rights by User” screen and drill down, the specific security listed for that sidepanel is “Edit”.  My guess is that either the change from implied Granted security (which was the way 23R1 worked) to Implied Revoked security is causing this, or there may be an actual “Related Return Documents” screen (like with the Stock Items sidepanels) that I need to grant access to.  I’m hoping to grant everyone in the company access to this sidepanel--all of our users have at least View access to the Sales Orders screen.

I’m looking for a way to easily show which user picked and packed a shipment--ideally without enabling Audit History for non-administrator user roles.We’d like to track both who picked and packed each shipment. Is there a way to expose that information through a GI or report, perhaps by referencing system fields or tables that store user IDs tied to those actions?If anyone has done this (or knows which tables or fields contain that data), I’d really appreciate any pointers.

I’m trying to create a GI that will show all five lines of a Sales Order using joins based on line numbers. However, Line Numbers (or Sort Order) don’t follow a sequential order, so I can’t filter based on 1,2,3,ect. I tried the following join, but this only results in the first value working correctly, and the rest being the same part repeated over and over again (and its not even the second part in the list.) Is there some way to fix these joins so that they work correctly? (See attached GI)

I’m trying to create an import scenario to amend customer default payment method. I’ve tried using the billing tab and amending there as well as on the payment methods tab but neither working. Can anyone assist please?The payment method does already exist. 

I prepared statements for the date of 10/31/2025 and successfully sent those statements, however Acumatica is still showing the “Last Statement Date” of 4/30/2025. Why is this date not showing as 10/31/2025 since that was in fact the most recent date statements were generated?

Hello,Looking to initiate approval maps for AP and PO’s under certain conditions.Documentation indicates that a notification will be sent, but I don’t see how I link the notification template to the approval rule?   Do I set up a notification template like this then Acumatica sends an email every time any document is created that needs approval? 

I am trying to install Acumatica 2025 R2 (also tried R1) on to a fresh Windows 2022 server in AWS with a MySQL 8.0.43 RDS instance for the DB. When I deploy a new instance the installer starts then the dialog just disappears. I have verified MySQL is accessible to the EC2 instance. Is there (will there be) a customization package for Docusign/E-Sign functionality for Acumatica 25R1? The last available package is from a few months ago and errors out if you attempt to publish it to a 25R1 temporary sandbox. Thanks in advance if someone can direct me further on this. We have several clients using the functionality that want to migrate.

Our sales department is required to visit all their customers every quarter to check on how they are doing and see if they need anything. The salesperson creates a trip report on who he or she visited, what topics were discussed, any quotes or orders, and if there are any other changes for the customer.We currently don’t use Acumatica for any of this process but would like to implement so there is internal tracking on when a visit is due, the details of the trip, and quotes or other opportunities the on-site visit might have achieved. We need show up as a required event for all customers and to reoccur every quarter. This is not a contract, just something we want our salespeople to practice as a routine.Is there a way already designed to set up a recurring task and to track when these are due/overdue throughout the year, every year?I’ve been trying to read up on activities, tasks, leads, and opportunities, but I didn’t notice anywhere that I could select that the event never ends.

I’m trying to add existing contacts to customers, my initial scenario created the contacts but didn’t assign them in the customer screen. I’m getting an error that lastname is required so it looks like the scenario is trying to create a new contact rather than add an existing one. Any advise please?
