I wonder if I could reject just one line of an employee time card, instead of the whole card, as there’s only one small error in one line. Anyone happen to know if it’s possible? Thanks!

Currently, you can not reject just one line. It needs to be the entire time card.
You could make this a suggestion for a future release to Acumatica though.

+12The only way to reject a single line would be if you are using the projects module and are utilizing the “approval” feature which requires each individual time activity to be approved by a project manager. There are some restrictions around this
- only one approver can be specified for project task. It defaults to the project manager, but you can have different approvers for each task (and some tasks that do not require an approval).
- This can hold up approval of the overall time card as the any time card approval cannot be done until all time activities are approved.
