Hello all,How can we know the allocation info for items for specific projects in Acumatica? Not able to find any info on the Inventory Allocation Details form.Thanks in advance.

In Sales Order Entry, the header SOOrder.OrderQty is SumCalc by the SOLine.OrderQty. I changed the SOLine.OrderQty in the SOLine_RowUpdated event by:      cache.SetValueExt<SOLine.orderQty>(row, newValue); The line quantity did change to the new value, but the header SOOrder.OrderQty still keep the old value. I added another statement:     PXUnboundFormulaAttribute.CalcAggregate<SOLine.orderQty>(cache, row);But still no change. Am I missing something? Thanks,

Is there a way to release multiple AP or AR invoices on hold at the same time or must you go into each one and release one by one?  We want them to be on hold for safety reasons but we also would like to select multiple invoices and click “Remove Hold” instead of doing it individually. Thanks,

I have a datetime field in Stock Item, this is the last time that I have exported the Stock Item Data to an external system.Is there a way that I can filter StockItem by comparing LastModified with the Exported date?Something like $filter=LastModified ge Exported. There are many examples using datetimeoffset buy in this case, the date to compare is in the stock item. 

Only specific individuals should be able to email invoices from Acumatica.  Is there a way within the user security or if by using the email account access to prevent certain users from emailing invoices?

Hello,I try to create a custom PXSelector reference field in my CRCase (Servicetickets). I want to set a SalesOrder SOOrderEntry as reference field with a selector.Exactly like the green box but as new field with SOOrder to select.currently i created a new string field.every attempt to use a PXSelector with SOOrderEntry fails due to not set references. SOOrderEntry does just not exist in this scope.CRCase simply has no region for SoOrderIDBest case would be an automaticly set reference in the corresponding order aswellhow can I add the reference and region for SoOrderID and what would be the best approach? best regards

Please see the screenshot below of what we see when we try to login to Acumatica.  Please note that the browser in the screenshot above is not Chrome, but Mozilla Firefox. The same error shows up in both Chrome and Microsoft Edge. Because of this issue, when we log in, we are unable to access any part of the system as the icon keeps rolling but never opens up a page. See screenshot below;  We need this resolved immediately as it is impacting our year end closure processes. Expecting your prompt response. Thank you

hiquestion  is there a way in acumatica to set minmum  pricing (or even max pricing ) per unit of measure meaning you cannot go lower then the speicfied minimum price fo that particular unit of measure just to be clear the min max price im asking is not a price that would be given to any customer automaticly it would just be an option that if the salesperson wants to give a special price they would be limited till the min price 

How do I clear out a backordered sales order for a line item we are not going to ship?

Hello,My company and I are having trouble pulling in the sales tax at the document level for the 1099 Year Details (AP654500) report in the Payables Module. Would anyone have any ideas how to pull not only the bill detail amount, but the bill total including tax total. We have tried enabling the pay by line feature on the vendor and vendor class, but that didn’t solve our issue. Thank you, and I would appreciate any insight into this!Example: 

We’ve entered our count and are now reviewing it via the Physical Inventory Review and a GI from the same info. I’m curious as to why we’re not seeing any values in the “Estimated Ext. Variance Cost” field? I can imagine that the “Final” value will populate once it’s completed, but how we get that Estimated Variance in order to review before completing it?   

Hello,I’m a prospective Acumatica customer.I’m wondering how people are finding the functionality for time keeping?  We have lots of staff on hourly payroll and we need a system that will track total hours for the day and time on work orders.Ie. Clock in at 8am, clock in/out of service orders throughout the day, downtime in between, and end of day.I’m finding info on adding time to jobs but less info on overall time management.  We use clock shark today.  It’s easy for employees and managers to see total time per day/week by person and then the details for what was on a job vs. travel and admin.Thank you in advance for your thoughts!Robert Lee

I am aware that Acumatica allows 1099 reporting.  Is there a particular 1099 form number that is best formatted to work with Acumatica?

We have an intercompany vendor that we purchase goods from without any tax impact. The vendor is tax exempt, but when we issue a PO, it is generated with tax. When we generate interco sales order, it is generated without tax. Any idea why the PO would be getting created with tax? The item on the PO is a taxable item as it is taxable to the end customer.  

Working an import scenario for BOM details which include both header BOM information and materials on the BOM within the same Excel. The Excel file is set up which row type 0 including header information and row type 4-8 including the materials on the BOM.   How do I set up the import scenario so I populate the header level information (for example the BOM description) based on information sitting within the row for TYP = 0.  I’ve tried some IF statements but not achieving what I need.

I have several supplier performance GIs that show outstanding items and due dates and would love to be able to set the GI to be extracted as Excel or CSV and emailed to a specific address each day. To be clear, each supplier has their own GI so it is not like i need to filter the GI based on supplier - all results in the GI can go on the same email.

Hey Everyone, If I have a stock item, HHH000BX0001, and there are multiple artwork version created (physically), how can I differentiate those versions in Acumatica while still keeping only 1 ID? I’d like to avoid using the LOT/PO function if possible.  Being able to use only 1 ID will allow to track cost under only 1 ID version having to filter and consolidate multiple ID’s. 

As a newcomer to the Acumatica environment, I'm currently navigating the process of transferring our locally hosted Acumatica Production data to our Test environment. The aim is to refresh the Test environment as part of our preparations for an upcoming upgrade. At present, the data in our Test environment is outdated, and we need to ensure that it aligns with the latest information from Production.While we have customizations in place, I'm seeking a comprehensive, step-by-step guide that can walk me through the backup and deployment procedures. My goal is to gain a clear understanding of the necessary actions to successfully transfer and deploy a fresh copy of data from our Production environment to our Test environment.Any guidance or insights into this process would be immensely appreciated. 

Hi,We have created two custom fields to get invoice numbers. These fields are not visible in the UAT environment but are visible in the production environment.  When I move the field to a different column, this happens.  But these fields remain visible in the Production environment even after we publish this customization project to Production. does anyone know what causes this and how to fix this?Thank you.

Hi All, I was trying to generate Custom Weeks for 2024 Year using the Time and Expenses Preferences Screen.  But when I save the above records, the below error is occurring. After investigating the issue, I found that there are already few records containing weekIDs of 2024 in the database(EPCustomWeek table) for previous year as below.   I suspect that this should be the reason for above mentioned error message. Any idea on this? How can I solve this issue? Thanks
