Hello all,I have been trying out to let the system calculate & display the Actual Income section of the Projects before creating an AR Invoices. So I would like to record Unbilled AR and display that figure under Actual Income.I have a Time & Material project, so I create the project transactions , not posted to GL, using the Employee Time Cards.Now I would like an Allocation rule that would post a GL transaction as:                          DR                CRUnbilled AR       800Revenue A/c                         800And then the Actual Income gets updated to 800.And then when we generate the AR Invoice/Run Project Billing then the Unbilled AR should get nullified. How can we get this done?

New user here (and new to the company) -- the CPA entered opening Trial Balance balances into Acumatica for the cash accounts as of 1/31/2023.  However, we did not “go live” with Acumatica until 10/1/2023 - still used QB.  How do I adjust those opening TB balances now?  No bank reconciliations have been completed to date.

Our acumatica system has open periods all the way back to 2015 , is it okay to close multiple periods at a time ? Will there be any system resource issue ?

Is it correct to filter on ARInvoice using a statement like : Where<ARInvoice.status.IsEqual<"Closed">>?

I created an ARM income statement with a unit set. My understanding is that SUMMARY (see below) should sum up the nodes underneath it. When I run the report, there is data in each of the nodes. But when I click SUMMARY it’s empty. I did it this way for another income statement (different site) and it works. Haven’t been able to find any difference in settings, or anything that would cause this. Anyone have an idea?Below is a screenshot of the unit set:  

Hello all,I would like to implement a approval map that comes only to the person who owns the PO does not need to be a manager and only if someone else tires to edit the PO (specifically the PO lines).What would be the best way to set this up I seem to be struggling to get it working properly in the conditions of the approval map. any insight or help would be appreciated.

Hello, I just had a quick question to better understand Companies vs Tenants in Acumatica. I know that Tenants are fully separate legal entities. However, when researching I see that multiple companies under one tenant share at least base currency and chart of accounts. When setting up a multi company user, I also see they share all business accounts, inventory, posting classes, etc… From the looks of it they also share numbering sequences between them. Am I correct in understanding this? Is there a way to have each company use their own numbering sequences for invoices\bills\sales orders\purchase orders? They seem to share the same preferences between the companies so I cannot set it there. Is there a built in way to keep the transaction numbers separate with their own numbering sequences? Sorry if this has been answered before, I was unable to locate anything on this. 

We are working with a client to implement the Mobile App on their scan device.   It seems the Pick, Pack, & Ship function on the mobile device does not Include the @ship function.   Can anyone explain the logic behind why the @SHIP function is not available on the mobile device.   It is available as an option on the web version.  

How is retainage treated?  In D365 F&O, there are two options – full amount and full amount less retainage.  What options are the in Acumatica? Is there functionality to accrue tax differentials?  In D365 F&O, there is a feature for Post Positive Sales Tax Adjustment as Use Tax and when this feature is enabled, SureTax will accrue tax differences.  For example, if vendor charges sales tax of $10 and the tax platform calculates tax of $15, the $10 sales tax is included in the vendor payment and the tax platform will accrue $5 use tax.  Is there similar functionality in Acumatica?

How can I make a field mandatory? For example: I am creating a project quote and a few fields there I want to make them mandatory for everyone. How do I do that?

Is there a way for a user to see all data for all branches when running a particular report regardless of access rights? Scenario: Vendor asks a branch for full remittance details on a check but that branch only has access to there branches information so they can not send. Is there a way for them to pull all info on that check without changing access rights? 

Our company has multiple branches, so it would be nice to be able to upload all branches at the same time (P&L and Balance Sheet).  Has anybody found a simple way to do this?  We also have Velixo, but haven’t tried the writeback capability out of concern of not fully understanding it yet.  Thank you in advance!

Hi All, looking to do a GI where we can see if the customer is an existing customer or new customer when the SO comes in from the web. Was thinking of using the SO GI and compare date customer created vs date SO created. I was able to use the formula “=Concat(CStr(Month([SOOrder.CreatedDateTime])),'/' , CStr(Day(  [SOOrder.CreatedDateTime])),'/',CStr(Year( [SOOrder.CreatedDateTime])))” to show just the dates (looking to show just dates not date and time) however now sure how to put into a IF statement so if the dates match it says “new” and if it doesn't match, it says “existing”.anyone know how to do this.also, if there is an easier way to accomplish this, that would be great.

I’m new to using formulas in Generic inquiries, and I’m struggling find a way to add a field in the result grid of Generic Inquiry SO-SalesOrder that flags an order as ‘Provision’ if any of the stock items in SOLine belong to an item class of IC0004.I would then add a filter to the GI that shows only orders with ‘Provision’ in this column. Would anyone be able to advise how to do this? Any advice very much appreciated. Many Thanks

I’ve created a new business event using generic inquiry AR-Aging Summary by Due Date as seen below:  GI Form  I have set up a test Business event using the following trigger, “For any invoice that has due date less than today” the event can be triggered and will be notified via email.  Business Event and Trigger Conditions I have tested the event and has triggered, however I have not received on the email I used for the subscriber list. I used my personal email for testing and the customer account associated with it. Schedule History showing processed  Ideally I would like to setup triggers for any invoice that has been due for over 3/7 days and the customers to be notified via email.  Please advise If I am using the correct triggers and their conditions. If any can help me with further trigger conditions to set it up for invoices/customer account due for over 3/7 days to be notified. Thanks

Does adding the labor time and activities on the daily field report replace having to enter weekly crew time or an employee time card? Or how will the weekly time activities feed into the daily field report without manually having to add them

In our industry, it is common to provide monthly rebates to customers that meet certain order quantities. We could base this rebate off of monthly order quantities or monthly sales totals. For example: Tier A (0-100K), Tier B (101-250K), Tier C (251-500K), Tier D (501K+). Similar to how Acumatica processes Sales Commissions, we’d like to track sales of stock items so that we can send rebate checks to our customers that qualify for these rebates. Tier A would receive a 2% rebate, Tier B would receive a 4% rebate and so on. I can calculate this in excel, but it would be nice to have the capability built into Acumatica.

Hi Team , Do you know how to modify the original Purchase Order Report to list the items in the order were originally added and not list them alphabetically by Inventory ID? The system currently does it for Sales Order Report but not for Purchase Orders.

Since we have Single-Sign On, we would like to know how to remove the sign-in fields/button. This will cut down on the weekly tickets from new hires that they cannot login since they do not remember to just click the “SSO” button. We had this working in our sandbox for a while, but it failed in production so we rolled it back.We tried http://blog.acumatica.com.sg/2019/07/acumatica-sso-hiding-login-options-from.html, but not sure it works with 2021R2 or what may have caused it to fail.

Is there a way in Acumatica to know what an Engineering BOM would look like when it gets turned into a Production Order BOM before the production order gets created?
