We are receiving an error ‘location ‘MAIN’ cannot be found in system’ occasionally.
Any guidance on how to resolve the error will be appreciated.

Hi
You can try the workaround below, it may resolve the error:
1. Put the sales order on hold
2. Clear the customer location field and press Ctrl + Enter to commit an empty value
3. Select customer location with a selector again and save the order
And then try to ship the order.
