We have a number of customers that require a discount to be applied at time of payment. The system has a settlement disocunt but its linked to a prompt payment date which is not how our customers pay their bills - the current agreement is that they will take up the settlement discount regardless of a due date. Has anyone else encountered this and how can we handle it in the system? Thanks!

I need to set up an approval map where the first step is the employee’s supervisor, when the supervisor approves the document it should then go to the Supervisors boss if over their approval amount.  I am having a hard time finding the Approvers’ supervisor as an option.   I can do it through steps and list all the employees but that is a lot to maintain.

Hello all,I have been trying to run an allocation rule that should generate a Project trxn of the type PM. The allocation rule is to run whenever an Expense Claim is released for the particular project. But at the moment it is directly creating a project trxn of type AP and also creating an AP Bill. What i would want is I would first like to run the allocation rule to the unbilled part/WIP and then generate an AP Bill. How to achieve this?    So here, before the Project trxn of AP is generated I would like to generate of the type PM. And it should not effect any of the Debit/Credit parts.How can i get this done?Thanks in advance.

Is it better to stay signed-in, or to sign-out between each transaction? Anything we should be considering in determining this?

Hi, I am creating a new processing screen and have created the DataView below to grab the data I need for the processing grid. public PXProcessingJoin<ARInvoice, InnerJoin<Customer, On<ARInvoice.customerID, Equal<Customer.bAccountID>>>, Where<ARInvoice.customerID, IsNotNull>, OrderBy<Asc<ARInvoice.customerID>>> Invoices; At the moment it is returning multiple rows for the same customer, as it is returning each invoice, but I would like the query to group on ARInvoice.CustomerID so that I can see which customers have overdue invoices.The reason for this is I want the processing screen to send email reminders for overdue invoices, and I only want one email sent per customer, rather than an email per invoice.Is there a way I can include this clause into the above query? Let me know if you need any other information. Kind regards,Andrew

A large number of activities were imported to Customers in Open status. They want all of them completed. I’m trying to craft an import for this action, but getting an error on Summary field. I thought all I would need is the ID (noteID field) since that’s the primary key in CRActivity. Tried adding summary field though, and still getting the error. These are existing activities, so ID and Summary are from a file I exported out of Acumatica. Thoughts anyone?   

We set up Customer Access groups so that salespeople can only see their own. This works and limits access to Opportunities related to their customers, for example. But in the mobile app they can still see all Opportunities. Can the security be extended to mobile or is there some other way?I’ve looked for documentation on this without success. Thanks in advance for any help.

Hi All,I have manufactured parts that are already in stock and ready to be sold.  I am sending them out for a finishing process so I’m not going to be running them thru production as I don’t need to have “extra inventory.”  Does anyone know a way to get this outside processing cost onto the cost of the part without doing a landed cost?

I am getting the following error when trying to Correct a Shipment already confirmed but not invoiced, “The line cannot be deleted because it is linked to a purchase order”. This error is new to the upgrade however I upgraded 2023 R1 and R2  at the same time so not sure which may have caused this.  Items are not marked for PO or anything that makes sense. 

Please assist, I am trying to use the switch formula on the report design, but i get an error when validating the formula. I don't know what i am missing.   

Is there a list somewhere of fixes and/or added functionality going from 2022R2 to 2023R2?
