I created a button on the customer page called last transaction. it takes you to the customer last trans page and filters for that customers record. the last trans. now, on that last transaction record, there’s a reference number that if you click on it,you are taken to that transactions invoice. I want to make a button on the customer page that goes straight to the customer’s last trans invoice. so far, the invoice button just goes to the invoice page and pulls up a blank invoice. how can i go about this? the invoice button should basically do what pressing on the reference number on the Customer Last Trans page does. 

Hello all,I have been wondering if it is possible to add an attribute column in the Inventory ID lookup dialogue box. So i would like to display the attribute values and be able to search the inventory ID if I search for the value of that attribute. So if multiple attribute values are there for the Inventory items, then it should display all the values of the attributes in one line but the user upon search any one of those values the search result should show up that particular inventory item in this lookup box. Thanks in advance.

We have a dashboard that is used to communicate daily tasks and information to our warehouse operations teammates.  We would like to add a widget to the dashboard that would allow our Operations Director to type notes into Acumatica that can display on a widget on this dashboard.  What is the best way to accomplish this goal?  We are running 23 R1.  Thank you.

Hello,       Can I have more materials or guide on the mechanism of publishing/unpublishing of customization projects in multiple tenants environment?       Sometimes, I did get confused.       Sometimes, I published a project in tenant A, it does effect on tenant B, even if I did not publish in tenant b and I did not choose publish to multiple tenants selection.       Sometimes, I have to choose the publish to multiple tenants selection or the publishing won’t work on other tenants.          Can I know more about the inside mechanism .

Hello, We’ve recently activated an additional processing node in our instance, but every generic inquiry I try to run shows this error if the results have more than 1000 records. I tried running the same GI’s in the original node, and they work just fine.The biggest reason we wanted to have this additional node was for running larger reports/GI’s and being able to export them without taking processing power away from the rest of the work. Any ideas why this is happening?   

Hi, I’m trying to do a PNL report with actual vs budget with variance amt and % columns. I have set the formula in the column set like this: However, the result doesn’t seem to be consistent. Like this highlighted value: The result doesn’t seem to match with the formula I have set. In fact, I’m confused about how it arrived at that amount. But the one in the 3rd row is correct. There seems to be inconsistency. Does anybody knows about this?

hello all,I would like to know if there’s any report or GI in acumatica that would display the failed login attempts by users. I tried but didn’t find any. If its not there how can build up a GI for the same? Thanks in advance.

The problem began when we made a new website and connected it to existed database. it worked well for some hoursbut after some time it slows down to the point that no one could work on it. so we restarted the database server and the iis then it worked.but from this point, it works for maybe 4 hours or so, then it begins to slowdown again, and we have to restart the iis to let it work againthe memory is not full nor the utilization of any resource.any insight on how to solve this problem?

I am trying to import historical service orders along with multiple activities for each service order.  However, there doesn’t appear to be a place in the import scenario profile for activities.  Am I missing something?  Has anyone else encountered this issue?Best,David Eichner, CPA

Hello,I want to add 2 new actions to the more menu on the shipping screen.My intention is to have these print Label “a” or Label “b” which i will write with the report developer.My issue right now is simply adding these 2 new actions to the more menu.In the customization screen, there is an “ADD CONTROLS” tab.  However, I can’t get it to do anything.  I tried double clicking on “button”, dragging “button” to tree on the left of the screen shot, etc. Is “button” the proper control to add here?  Is it just a drag and drop or am I over-simplifying this.Any suggestions are appreciated

Does anyone know why the “Sign in as user” function is greyed out and unavailable on the user screen (SM201010). This functionality is usually available, but every once in awhile it will be greyed out. Screenshot below. Thanks!   

Community,I am writing a GI to show number of days between Production Date and Shipping Date.I am currently using this formula, and it is pulling in the information correctly.=CInt(DateDiff('d' ,[AMProdItem.ProdDate] , [SOOrder.RequestDate])) It is pulling in correctly with the results, but when I try the filter, it does not allow me to sort by greater/less than.This is the report results. I do not have any parameters set up, I do have a few conditions set, those are round what type of status to bring in.  What can I do to set it up so that the end user can sort that Date Difference column using the greater/less than function?Thank you,Trisha

We are transitioning to using Outlook PWA and have found the Acumatica Add-In won’t load. We’ve been using it from the desktop app but when we convert a user to PWA it doesn’t show up. We tried delring and reinstalling it, we also tried loading it from the admin portal and still nothing. Has anyone encountered this issue and found a way to resolve it? 

We are importing material directly into BOMs through an import scenario - with only 1 operation. The operation is backflush OFF by default.There are certain items that we are importing that we would like to get marked as Backflush ON during the import. There are attributes on these items indicating whether they should be Backflush ON or OFF.Is there any way during the import scenario that the line can reference the attribute within the inventory item to say something like Backfush → IIF(InventoryID.AttributeBACKFLUSH=True, True, False).Don’t seem to be able to look at the data within the inventory item that I’m adding to use in my IIF condition above.  

I'm in need of the Report Designer and other tools for Acumatica 2020 R2. I've been searching through the Acumatica Tools Download Page at this link: http://acumatica-builds.s3.amazonaws.com/index.html?prefix, but I've noticed there's no tools folder available for the 2020 R2 version.Can anyone guide me to a download link for these tools, or provide any insights on where else I might find them? These tools are crucial for my current work, and any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

How can I add a parameter to the sales order generic inquiry and not have it break the mobile app?  I am trying to add a checkbox parameter to the sales order generic inquiry and it works fine on the desktop, but it creates an error on the mobile app.  As soon as I add the parameter, I get an error “SiteMap description doesn’t contain primary container” whenever I try to open the sales order lookup on the mobile app.  I have tried adding a Selection container and then adding the parameter as a field.  That didn’t do anything.

Hope you are all doing well!I have a a production order which is completed but still has some material that has not been released.I am unable to release it now and the late assignment is not doing anything.The inventory is also showing up on allocation details as Production demand, wanted to clean this out before we start using MRP.Allocation DetailsCan someone please help in understanding how to fix this. Also, to avoid this in future, if I select do not allow in the following setting, this will not allow users to complete the production order until the material is issued/allocated to the production order correct?  

I made a button in actions that goes from the customers to ‘Customers Last Trans’. Is it possible to use unique (manually entered) lot serial numbers with the “When Issued” assignment method when creating an inventory issue? 

We want to install a computer/monitor in our warehouse for the employees who are picking orders to see all the orders that are available to pick and where the orders are in the picking process.  We have created a Dashboard to display the orders but the user account is logged off after our specified timeout settings at the server level.  Is it possible to have a “task” user set to never be logged off of Acumatica so the Dashboard can be utilized without the need to refresh the screen every X hours?
