Looking for a way to show a list of Sales Orders where the Production Orders tied to it all have a Status of completed. Does anyone have a suggestion on how to group/sort this? 

I want to list the roles for a specific user. I have modified the webservice endpoints to include “Roles: ContactRoles” under Users.I am able to get the user information, but I am unable to get the Roles. I have tried the $expand in the URL. 1) Setup for endpoint.Acumatica Setup2) Call in POSTMANPostman Call

Hello,I am trying to access OData to eventually pipe data to Excel but I cannot get my credentials to work.  I am using the URL http://<application site domain>/odata/We only have one company so there is nothing to add after ‘odata/’, although I’ve tried that as well.I am then prompted for credentials and I enter my Acumatica username and password, and the credentials are invalid.  I have checked the box for OData4 User for my username.What am I missing here?Thanks!

I’m using the default out-of-the-box AP bills import scenario. When I try to import more than 1 record, the first record imports successfully, but the next one fails with this error:If i import 1 at a time, it works. I have the key fields mapped.I have attached the import scenario. What change needs to be made to import more than 1 at a time? Thank you in advance for your help!

We are using several user defined fields with the combo control type. We just came across an issue where a value from the dropdown was incorrectly selected. We are able select another option in the dropdown, but cannot remove the data to change the field back to blank/empty. The weird thing is we have one UDF set up the same as all the others, that allows us to highlight and remove the data, but it’s the only one out of several. Has anyone else had this issue, or know what might be causing it and how to fix?

My local development with Acumatica ERP 23R1 (any version) does not display Trace detailsin the improved Trace window when opened on a page via the Tools » Trace option.It shows No records found.Has anyone else encountered this issue?The Improved Trace works fine on our development server, but not under localhost/iis. 

I’m creating testing in the TestSDK and one of my operations runs over 12 to 15 minutes.  I’m getting a timeout error:WaitTimeoutException: Timed out waiting for the WaitForLongOperationToComplete condition within the specified timeout: 360000msIf I only run the process for a few records, it works fine so it is not a problem with the actual code in my project.  Is there any way I can change this timeout limit or is this a “selenium” limitation?

My customize code working fine but when we use software more a week, this block of code stop working. But if we restart IIS service, it start working gain. Could you advice how to do it

Hello, I would like to create a processing screen which will check a group of invoices, if an invoice has a file attached then the files will be added to a zip file. The user will download the zip file. I’ve found a document which explains how to use zip files in Acumatica, link below:https://www.acumatica.com/blog/zipped-up-acumatica-manipulating-files-part-1-zip/It suggests using an object called ZipArchive in the following way using (ZipArchive zip = ZipArchive.CreateFrom(zipStream, false)){ using (MemoryStream fileStream = new MemoryStream()) { fileStream.Seek(0, SeekOrigin.Begin); file.Write(fileStream); fileStream.Seek(0, SeekOrigin.Begin); zip.AddFile(fileName, fileStream.ToArray()); }}I cannot find the ZipArchive type, does anyone know which references and/or ‘using’ statements is required?The article suggests using PX.Common.Std, I have a reference to this file but I still cannot access ZipArchive.Thanks

I’m creating a business event that will notify our Payroll Department every time a job is marked certified, however I’m running into an issue getting the correct information in the “To” line of the email template. I created the GI with all the information that is needed, but there isn’t a field I can reference where the correct email address would pull from as it will always need to go to the same email address.I saw a video the other day where an extra column was added to the GI for the email address and set with a fixed result.  I’ve added this to my GI, but when I test, the email is not going through, and now I can’t find the video to troubleshoot. It would be great if I could just enter the email address itself into the “To” line, but from my understanding that is not possible. Any suggestions? Thanks for your help! 

Client is using Project / Construction.  Orders material and sets type to Project drop ship.  Issues is the commitment shows the order with Taxes.  But when receive the material it only adds the Item costs to the project and then writes the Tax portion off to an expense account.  How do you get the tax to get added to the cost of the project during receipt or Bill processing?

Happy New Year!!An incorrect AP invoice (status: closed) was posted in September but I tried reversing it with a debit adjustment (status: closed) posted in October.  I now try to reverse the incorrect debit adjustment with a credit adjustment (status: open).  Any ideas on how to close the credit adjustment, correct the AP invoice in September and correct the debit adjustment in October?Any help is greatly appreciated!Thank you!

I see some old article which is referring to product configurator and some rules, however in 2023R1, I don't see these type of rules available to link attributes.Example :Attribute 1 (Brand) = TOYOTA , HONDAAttribute 2 (Model) = Camry, Highlander, GR86, CR-V, Accord, PilotWhen Attribute 1 is chosen by the user as Toyota for the Attribute 2 user should only see relevant model of Toyota and not Honda models.Thanks,Hari 

Hi There, Is there a way to bulk update the external ID that connects Acumatica items and Shopify items? I see that there is an option to enter the external ID in the Sync History, but I cannot find this field at the product level.

Is this enough to keep updated with Acumatica ? or is there any other source of information I am missing to keep myself updated with Acumatica ?

Is there a purpose for the selected checkbox on the Cost Roll Process screen? I thought this would be what to check or uncheck for the parts that I want to update the pending cost on, but this does not work that way. All stock items listed get the pending cost imported when I select the “Update Pending” whether or not the check box next to the item is marked.
