I am trying to filter the Project ID drop down. Basically I only want to see the projects that are part of the current branch.I am after any pointers to make this happen. Where do I make the change in the Customization Project. Is it on the Screen (where) or the Data Access?Is this a good place to start:I need to know how to reference the current branch and how to filter the projects so it is only the ones for that branch. many thanks everyone.

I have a scenario were in an environment were the exchange rate changes on a daily basis, how best can I have a pop up message that appears either on the dashboard or on screen notifying the user that there have to change the exchange rate?

I have seen that Acumatica budgets require distribution and this is done monthly, can I have a budget which I track annually over the financial year instead of the period?

Hi,I have setup password for my user in Live tenant as xxx. Same password is for user in Test tenant.When I update the password in Live Tenant to abc, the test tenant password is still the previous one i.e xxx.Is there a way or setting which can help me with password update across all tenants for my user? Thanks.

Hello,I am trying to take a little bit of a shortcut here to see if anyone has had success or could refer me to how they made a workaround to run import scenarios in sequence. For instance- new BOM/item- I have a multi-tab spreadsheet- first tab is the mfg item, second is the components, and the third is the bom itself. Right now you must run them separately.I figure between business events and perhaps customization that there has to be a way to do this with relatively low effort. Rather than reinventing the wheel, seeing if I can get some ideas. 

I’m trying to build an import scenario to be able to re-sync only certain items to Shopify. Rather than doing a full preparation and sync. I’m having trouble with the mapping. Has anyone done this?

I have a need to update all of my inventory and customers for the incoming integration of Avalara. I can do this either via an Import Scenario or using the General Inquiry feature Update All.What are the advantages / disadvantages of doing one over the other?Import Scenario may have better error reporting for any that may fail.Generic Inquiry: Update All advantage would be a much quicker and easier solution, not having to build the import scenarios or export all of the needed data to use with the import scenario.Currently using Acumatica 2022 R2, for reference.

Hey folks,Working on the B2B integration of Acumatica and Shopify. While uploading Sales Prices (Price Lists), getting this error:At least one GraphQL error has occurred. Error: Input size greater than 250.Any ideas how to overcome this? I have a suspicion, that the issue is that I have customers / companies uploaded already, and the quantity of those companies who use this specific price list is larger than 250.I uploaded a dozen other price lists without an issue, but they are used by less than 250 customers each.@KarthikGajendran , @smarenich , @josh.fischer , any thoughts?

Hi allIs there a way how to set up a special discount for a certain unit of measure,  but it should only give that discount for a particular customer price class, also even if that customer is part of a that price group class ,if that particular customer get a standard invoice discount of let's say 20 percent it should not give that unit of measure discount I don't want the customer to double dip or for example if a certain customer has a special promotion running for a certain date period even though he is part of that price group he still shouldn't get that unit of measure discountis that a  possibility Thanks

Hello Team, I have a question for Sales orders (SO301000) When adding the line items using the (+) add row function the price comes in naturally. But when using the “Add items” function on the details tab the item’s Unit price comes in at 0. with the warning message “Minimum gross profit is not satisfied”Sales order preferences Price settings: Validate min. Markup = Warning  

On our Shipment Confirmation form we provide our lot numbers on stock items but on a service or non-stock item I want to hide the Lot # field to not show that doesn’t have a lot code. See below. I tried using =IIF(StkItem = FALSE, FALSE,TRUE) in the text box visual expression behavior but it does not work. Can someone let me know if I need to add something to the schema to make this work? 

Setting up import scenario similar to out of the box ACU Import BOM. But I can’t seem to add the Operation ID → Operation ID line without it adding the <Key: OperationCD> field. I need the <Line Number> = -1 field, same as ACU Import BOM. What am I doing wrong here? I want to add lines for these operations, not key on them to add materials. ACU Import BOM - Out of the Box Me - unable to add Operation ID line without the Key line above. 

My Mass Update is greyed out in my GI regardless of the Entry Screen I set. I am using APTran and trying to mass update the 1099 Box form on all of them. When I go to select an entry screen, I only get Bills and Adjustments as the “PL” screen, not the actual entry screen. Using the PL screen still renders all my options as greyed out.  I assume I’m missing something obvious, so any help is greatly appreciated.

The MRP whitepaper (which is excellent by the way) has the following diagramBut the paper doesn’t address which calendar is used for counting days. From my testing, it appears that MRP uses (regular) calendar days when looking at consolidating production orders. When looking at consolidating production orders:is that correct should it use the manufacturing calendar instead?

After all setup is done for connecting to Azure Accounts, application created in azure and added to the users account, the admin doesn’t enter an azure account password for the user. There is a test button on the users profile, do they have to go there to “activate” the account? And if so what are the minimum rights to make the test button thing work for a typical user (I put this in the wrong place and can’t move) 

According to the help the BUCKET DAYS in the MRP Preferences and the DAYS OF SUPPLY in the stock item are doing exactly the same, even if they have different labels.If I only use the MRP Preferences (without overriding the days of supply in the item) nothing is consolidated!Only if I override the “days of supply” on the stock item, the demand of this item will be consolidated.Is there any purpose behind the “bucket days” in the MRP Preferences?My assumption was that this is the general set up for all “MRP-Items” & the field on the stock item is for overriding the set up for this specific item. 

Hello!Unsure if this is possible, but hoping someone has an answer or an idea that would help.Our customers have been utilizing the Acumatica adjacent customer portal to view their statements, past orders, and place online orders. Is there a way to set a default pricing for one of our customers so that they only see the pricing as $1 for all of our products, but on our end, we have another price class (the true price class) that has the “correct” pricing that we can select so that the SO that the customer created or that the SO we create will reflect the correct/updated pricing? Or would we just have to manually enter the correct price as they submit their online orders, etc.?  

Hi!I am getting started with 2023R1 and its early offering of Modern UI development under Aurelia and TypeScript.After a fresh install of the Site, I open the FrontendSources folder in VSCode and then from its Terminal tabI execute the following 3 commands: npm install --save-devnpm run getmodulesnpm run build The first 2 commands appear to run just fine.The 3rd command shows error:  TS2307: Cannot find module 'client-controls' or its corresponding type declarations.I am fairly new to VSCode so I may be overlooking something, but how do I overcome this build error?Files such as SO301000.ts show ‘client-controls’ with red squiggly error indication.
