Hello!It is able to change the details of the sales order though it is in the open status, especially the quantity and the price. Is there is a way to prevent making changes to an order which is in the open status?Amanda

We are looking to have the gl posting happen for a specific service order type to a specific gl account irrespective of the Stock or Non Stock items that was utilized to complete the service order. I have some attributes that I have set up and added to a particular Contact Class. Of the 5 attributes on that Contact Class I want to make it so that three of them are read only for my Support Representatives. I am struggling to find the field level attribute location that will allow me to set it to read only. I noticed in a previous post related to attributes in Item Classes that the Item Class had an attribute section and I can find a similar thing the access tree for Contact Class but I can’t find a listing of the specific attribute that I want to set the permission level on. Any help on this query would be greatly appreciated.

I dont think this is possible but worth asking. Hello Acumatica users, We recently switched to Acumatica from Sage 300 where we could e-file 1099s via Aatrix. What is the best way to file 1099s using Acumatica for INT, NEC, and Misc? @khowe86

When an order is Will Call, the tax calculated should be either the branch or the warehouse. Using an external tax provided and the Common Carrier Checkbox (cleared) on the ship via, it seems to works correctly picking up the warehouse address. However, if we are using Acumatica sales tax, what is the correct configuration for the sales tax zone to be changed to the branch of the sales order when Will Call is checked?

Hi, we just implemented the Payroll into our system and now when we run the invoice for customer it generated the labor hours from both time card (PM) and Payroll (PR). Hello Community,I have created a new GI and have a question on it.  It is pulling information how I wanted, but then noticed that it is missing information.  This is a copy of the Account Details report, but I added the Reason Code column.This is the report results:For the Reason Code column, the SCRAP result should continue down the report as it is all the same record.I have tried different relationship set ups, but the SCRAP is not coming through for the rest of the items.These are the relationships that I currently have set up:GLTranR left join to INTranGLTranR left join to GLTranGLTran left join to BatchAny ideas/feedback is welcome!Thank you,Trisha

Good morning,We would possibly like to add some intermediate steps/transitions to those "out of the box" of the workflow of the Appointment FS300200 form(For the moment I was using attributes, but we are starting to reach the end of what the attribute can do ).Having never played with workflows, I listened to several tutorials and did some reading. Before to jump I have somes questions :Do you have any pros and cons for editing workflows? Should I avoid getting into workflows? Do you have any Do’s and Don’t’s do for workflows customization? Considering that I am adding intermediate steps, am I correct in thinking that this will not have an impact on "closely related" workflows such as the "Service Order"? Something that escapes me, can we assign a workflow for a service order type? If yes, how?THANKS! 😎

Hi There,I accidently uploaded opening prepayment to a wrong company under migration mode. I tried to void the wrong prepayment item by voiding the payment. However, It was voided under wrong date. So I have the open prepayment item sitting in my open AR aging report. Could you advice I can I delete the wrong open prepayment from the system? Thank you.  

Our client bases the Service Contract on number of visits.  Sometimes they cannot be complete in the period that was covered.  Is it possible to set up Service Contracts based on the number of visits?

Hi Community,I am trying to add One Line item in Appointment Details tab having Line type as "Non-Stock Item" through Acumatica.RESTApi using PutEntityAync from C#. But when I try to insert any value for ActualQty field I am getting an error as "exceptionMessage": "An error occurred during processing of the field Qty: Specified cast is not valid.." But the datatype of that field is decimal and I am trying to insert same as Decimal.If I keep ActualQty as Null then the remaining fields are inserting as expected.And while updating any Non-Stock Item if I give ActualQty any input then I am getting same error.Here if I keep ActualQty as Null then I am getting "exceptionMessage": "Nullable object must have a value". But If I remove ActualQty filed from the request, then the update is working fine.Remaining Decimal type fields are updating but facing this issue with ActualQty.Also while adding a new line in details, I’m unable to insert AcutalQty thorugh Postman or API PUT call.If I pass Actu

The display of “actual amount” is confusing to my PM’s when they’re billing. I’d like to change the name of the header to say total completed and stored to date. How can I go about doing that?

Are you able to set up push notifications on failed/errors during Import Scenarios? We are looking to automatically import BOMs through an import scenario but need a way of identifying and tracking errors that occur. 

Hi,I am looking at the “Bills and Adjustments” transaction summary under section “Payable”. There is a column call “Project” but not information show in it, even though the project data have been entered for each bills. We may have 150 to 300 employees every month in construction.  On site workers may be on a project for 2 weeks or 6 months.  They may be off for 3 months or take vacations etc.Time Cards in Acumatica (I made an import scenario from their excel timesheets) forces every entry to the next week regardless of the week that is attempted to be entered.Does anyone know a way to ‘miss weeks’?  It’s ridiculous to track a large amount of people that may not have worked for 1 or 12 weeks and when they return we have to enter a pile of zero time cards to fill the blanks.

When trying to create Receipt Purchase Order, our PM created several receipts in error. What is the best way to solve this error. I have the screenshot below. Currently we have 5 receipts that need to be fixed so that the purchase order can be properly closed. Thank you for help in advance.
