HI I am unable to login to Acumatica Report Designer. I am using my local host and login credentials but it shows me error “Unable to connect to remote server” . Can anyone help me please  

Hello team, We have a customer that requires us use the report: AP622500.rpx[AP Payment Register] to print payment remittance emails, so we have used the email settings to adjust the subject and the body. Previously they were using an email template which copied files from the email to the Checks and Payments form.  We can see that the payment remittance went out with the attached report. But the actual record does not have the file.  Is there a way to add the file, when processing records from batch payment . 

When using the option to monitoring incoming email and create a new Lead, we are receiving an error as shown below.  The country is a mandatory field for a new lead, however I don’t see the country field as an option on the Lead Class form.  Is there a way to either default the country field for new Leads of a certain class, or make it optional (preferably without a customization)?  Any thoughts?Thanks, Laura

Does Acumatica have any option to substitute the Component material in production?

Hello community, We are getting an error when we release materials on a production order and not all of the BOM components are showing up on the Materials Wizard 2.I'm able to do a partial release on materials that prompt up, when I attempt to release the remainder of the parts on the bill of materials components, the release materials are blank, it is now showing the rest of the materials that need to be allocated to the production order.I made a change on the test environment to change the “Data Entry Settings” to “Do Not Allow” for Under Issue Materials and tried to do the move; we receive an error that not all materials are issued to the production order, so we were unable to close the move, but when we tried to release the rest of the materials, the page blank.

Hey Everyone, I know I have the command <Action: Create Shipment> from the Sales Order screen under Order Summary. This in turn generates a dialogue box with two options (Shipment Date and the Warehouse ID).The Warehouse ID will auto-fill properly, but I need to access Shipment Date in the dialogue box as it always picks “today”, which isn’t overly helpful in this scenario. The only options I have for Dialogue boxes seem to be the “OK” and “Cancel” options in the import scenario. Anyone know if/how I can access the date fields through the Dialogue Box before generating the shipment? Thanks in advance,

My client has multi tier pricing structure where essentially a customer can have more than one customer price class. So how it would work is Customer A, Item A could have Tier 1 = $100, Tier 2 = $90. The sales price would be the minimum price so the system should automatically select 90. I’ve tried using Sales price worksheet but no luck because a customer can only have customer price class and I’ve tried using the alternate ID as a tier category but it errors out because of the same active date range. Any ideas?

We have two warehouses that we buy material directly to. Occasionally, there are cases where we want to transfer items from one warehouse to another to fulfill the demand. Can you set up MRP so it flags you to transfer from warehouse A to warehouse B to satisfy the demand? Currently our system will always tell us to buy additional units for Warehouse B despite having available stock in other warehouse?

Hi there, newbie to Acumatica here and I hope someone can help.I have a workflow where my users (field services) will complete an FSAppointment and upload image files to support the work. The customer will then sign that the work was done. There are three files I can see uploaded in Files, two with a prefix “image_” and one with a prefix “signature_”. I want to add the photos and signature to the appointment report with the photos of the work and the customer signature on each report..I have tried to display using =[FSAppointment.NoteFiles] but the first image is displayed.How can I specifiy the signature and/or the uploaded files?ThanksMilan

I think I am missing something. I will admit we a running 2019 R2 with 2023 R2 being launched next week. When we order stock items, we change our current cost on the PO#. When we create a PO receipt why doesn’t Acumatica change our current cost?  Is their a solution for this?

Client sells and receives tons of waste products.  We’ve setup a GL account for Tons-In (95010) and Tons-Out (95020) and are wondering how to update these accounts from a release of a sales invoice.  The sales invoice and payables invoices have a value on them relating to the number of tons.  QTY 10 / UOM TON / $20.00 ton = $200.00 invoice.How can we get an automated process to update the statistical ledger based on an AR invoice or from a Sales Order Invoice.  The only solution I can think of is a Business Event that is triggered by the release of a sales invoice and have it create a Statistical JE to Debit 95010 for XX tons that are on the sales invoice.  There is likely more than one line on a sales invoice as well to add to the complication.Looking for ideas.Thank you,Mike

I am upgrading a customer to 2022 R2.There is a customization (not written by me) that I am bringing forward as part of that.This customization extends a graph called: EPEventEnqWhich seems to be in the using PX.Objects.EP namespace.It referenced a screen ID: EP404100 which looks like this:The issue is none of this seems to be available in 2022 R2. Does anyone know where this got moved to? Or did it just get removed?  

Hello Community, Here is a scenario for doing this multi-step importing of data. Our client has a spreadsheet with Invoice data and payment data in same file, we need to import this into Acumatica as AR Invoice and then apply the payment towards the invoice in one shot or in one scenario itself. Is this possible? If we don’t do it in one scenario, then the auto-generated Invoice number will not be known to us for us to import payments and refer that Reference nbr, hence I’m thinking we need one scenario to import both Invoice data + Payment data. Any suggestions or anybody has tried this before, would love to hear.

Is there a way to assign a weight (possibly at the time the PO Receipt is entered) to a lot/Serial #?  We would like to have a way to show the weight on an item on the shipment confirmation.  We use lot tracked inventory items for a wide variety of special order items so it wouldn’t be possible for us to assign the weight to an Inventory ID.Thanks 

I can not get my Item costs(Avg cost) to report on the stock items GI table. They all report as zero.

We recently started scanning production tickets from operation to operation, in doing so we had some users who were incorrectly scanning operations in multiple times.ie. A production ticket called for 100 on operation 10 and 20 but say they scanned 500 in for operation 10 and 100 for operation 20 which would then complete the production ticket but also cause a variance (We are backflushing labor/overhead and materials and also Standard Cost on items) We’ve been running cycle counts to correct the raw materials but not sure what else we can do to fix this.We now have a very high balance in our WIP Variance Account which I believe is overstating our cost of goods. I can’t think of a way in the system to correct this since all of these production tickets are closed.I’m no financial guru so I may be thinking about this incorrectly. But our cost of goods the last 2 months have been extremely high. Looking for any help to sort this out. Thanks!
