We are setting up a business event to send an email to customers.  Can someone help us understand what the “Link to Account” does?  See below.  Does it record that we sent this email in the CRM Activities? Or something else? How are Link to Account and Link to Entity differ? We are on Acumatica 202 R2.   

I would like to know if there’s a way to have a different form for a specific invoice type.If we select “Cash Sale” for the invoice type it will print with the custom “Cash Sale” form rather than the default form.Thanks… Darren

We have a report that will show any open replenishment purchase order lines. We are trying to connect this with the shipment table - to only show items that are currently not in stock but are on replenishment purchase orders. When I try to join SOShipLine or SOShipLine Split - the report breaks. I believe I am using all the common fields to join them, but not sure why it breaks. Relationship SchemaCould you please advise what I am missing? I have also attached the rpx file. Is there a way to populate the memo field on an AP check?

In v2022R2, I have set up a custom label that prints fine when the printer is connected to a Windows computer and printing from that same computer.  The printer needs to be located in a space where there are only  MacBook Pros.  When I print the label from the MacBook Pro to the same Zebra printer now connected to the MacBook Pro, it prints fine to preview but when I send it to the printer, the orientation changes on the output.  I’ve connected to the CUPS interface to set the page size defaults, etc., but that does not fix the issue.  Ideas? 

Hello All,We are a trading material company. We buy materials from different countries and sell them in our based country. On the Construction/ Project function, we type Cost Budget as the sourcing country's currency (usually in USD & EUR) but the Invoice must be issued in based currency (VND).When trying to set Project Currency = USD, Billing Currency = VND, the error message from the system shows “Another billing currency is not supported because the project currency USD differs from the base currency VND.”Therefore, we can't use the different currencies on Project Currency & Billing Currency.Really appreciated it if you have any ideas for this case.Thanks all,Yên Chi   

I cannot create a custom screen in 24R1 Preview or 24R1 Beta.  I was attempting to test my application in 2024R1. After HOURS of trying to figure out why, I performed the following steps:Install clean instance of 24R1 Beta (24R1B-24-093-0169)Create customization project "Test"Open Test in project editorCreate new screen IC.11.11.10Publish the project TestOpen Project EditorClick on the screen ID IC11.11.10Click Preview ChangesHere is the error: I tried this in 24R1 Preview with the same results.If I do the exact same process in any version of 23R2, I do not get this error.I will attach the project to this case if you want to try to publish it yourself to see if you can duplicate this error.I submitted a support request yesterday, but in case anyone has figured this out, let me know!  I will post another comment when support gets back to me if no one else can figure this one out.

Hi,Our client has duplicate line items on their budget that have been released. I’m unable to delete one/both of the lines (or the budget) since they have non-zero released amounts. I’m also unable to zero out the amounts and release since I can’t save the budget with duplicate lines. Thus, the client is unable to update the budget.

I understand how to do it from the UI, however is there a way of doing that programmatically, using e.g. a RESTful request or a SBAPI command.(One of the desired product flows I’m exploring entails creating a workspace if needed and then populating it with a couple of GIs)

I am having trouble identifying the issue on a Funds Transfer transaction. We are unable to release the GL transaction after balancing because the Account ‘Cannot be empty’ and the ‘Subaccount Cannot be empty’ The Funds transfer has accounts listed.  

I used to see line numbers with the stack trace but with the new layout of the trace screen, I seem to have lost the line numbers.  I have uploaded my pdb file.My web.config file has <system.web> <compilation debug="True" What else might I be missing?

Hello, I'm facing a business event issue that I can't seem to correct. My business event is configured to send an email for each new entry in a generic query. As you can see on this screen, the notification works well for all entries prior to my test outlined in red.Specifically, my Business Event does not apply when I insert 2 pieces of data at the same time for the same appointment (004529-1), like this example in red. 

Is it possible to sum a range of rows in a Row Set by conditioning on the printing control column?  I would like to sum a range of rows that aren’t Hidden in the printing control column.

I have created a web service for Equipment Timecard.In the web service, I have the entry screen (EP308000) as DocumentSummary, the Summary Tab (EP308000) as a collection named DocumentLine, the Details Tab (EP308000) as a collection named LineDetail and the main screen Equipment Timecards (EP407000).   Web Service Setup for Equipment TImecardWhen I run this in Postman, it only creates a record in EP308000 and there is no detail and EP407000 there are no totals.  Result of running web service in Postman - Missing the totalsResult of running web service in Postman - Missing the Summary Tab and Details Tab data This is the body of the content that I am sending in Postman.  It is not throwing any errors. I made a copy of the default Customers GI,  we are going to make some changes to this GI.  Before making the changes I made a copy of the existing GI and tried to save it.  I am receiving the following error.  There are no boxes checked for mass update.  Please help this is kinda urgent!! Here is the trace log that goes with this error 

Hi everyone.I am trying to only have the copy order action only available for the Finance workgroup for a specific customer.I added a condition onto the action. It does disable the action for the customer. However, it also disables it for the people in the Finance workgroup. These are the conditions I tried. I suspect that there is something I am not doing correctly. Or maybe please suggest another way I can set this up   

Hi, We recently upgraded to 2022r2 build 211 and noticed when we use the scan materials on the mobile app, that it no longer asks to scan the lot/serial number. a majority of our items use lot/serial numbers so this is a big issue. This was working on our previous version 2021r1.Is anyone else aware of this or know a fix for this?

We have multiple companies set up in Acumatica that shares same vendors. One of the company is sales tax exempt company. Is there a way to exempt tax for the entire company. So we don’t accidently enter the sales tax for the tax exempt company? Thank you. 

I’ve added non-inventory items to a service order appointment. How/when are these costs posted to the GL? I see how time is posted and I can bill these transactions in AR, but I don’t see the cost impact to the GL.

I have seen the Translate parameter while trying to run a report, but how & where can I add the translation of the characters in report so that when I select any other language in this Translate option, it displays the characters of the report in that particular language for which I have added the translation? Thanks in advance,

I have an integration written that matches an external invoice line to an Acumatica invoice line. I am matching our external invoice line to an SO line, then using that same line to lookup the correct line on the Acumatica invoice.It occasionally fails to make a match.I found that “Order Line Nbr.” is available on the Acumatica invoice detail lines. Is "Order Line Nbr" on invoice detail lines the sales order detail line number for the matching SO line? Should I match to this rather than Line “Nbr”? Why would these lines differ?Thanks for any help.
