Does anyone know why the shipment status is "Invoiced," even though we haven't generated any invoice for this shipment? is it a bug? how to change back the status?  

I'm using the Acumatica RESTClient and Acumatica Default_22.200.001 libraries in building an API interface. I'm connecting to the Default endpoint. The Purchase Order screen has a User Defined Field based off an Attribute.I am able to create the PO however the UDF field is not updated. The Custom field in the generated JSON request is only showing the Type but not the Value of the attribute. Hi, I have a client that wants to show the current A/R balance owed on the Payments and Applications screen. I am trying to modify the GI but keep on getting errors. What table do I need to join  to show the current A/R balance on the Payments and Applications screen. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks,Frances  

Hi,My final target is to create a Business Event in order if Regular Time is Over 40H and is submitted, to put a timecard on hold, and send a SMS to the employee to notify him to correct it. So my target is to have the total Regular Hour for a given timecard. My problem is i don’t find bounded  field with this total. I see bounded fields like Total, total of overtime, total billable, but no total of Regular.It’s acheivable to do a grouping in the GI or a calulation, but theses two things aren’t compatible with the business event!Other option could be to customize and put the warning as an error, but I dislike it because that prevent saving the timecard, and the person could loss is data.Thanks 

How do I add an attribute to this screen?  I have already created the attribute but don’t know how to make it appear in the Stock Item screen.

I'm currently working on an integration project involving our Shipping Software and Acumatica, aiming to accurately reflect freight costs on shipment invoices. However, I've encountered an issue where despite receiving the correct freight cost data (e.g., 83.75) from our Shipping Software, Acumatica is consistently pulling the Freight Price as 0.00 onto the invoices.Does anyone know how to get the Freight Cost to pull down to the Freight Price automatically if the checkbox is set to Override Freight Price?  Acumatica Version 2023 R2

Hello everyone,I’ve been testing Concurrent Requests in Acumatica. Per the license we should have 6 concurrent requests and 500 requests per minute. I put together a contrived example to send off requests concurrently. The program runs through 2 scenarios. 8 Concurrent requests from a single user and then 8 requests each from 3 different users. However, the results were unexpected.It seems for Web API requests, that requests are not processed concurrently in Acumatica for a single user. In the first test the first request takes 600 ms and the second request (exactly the same as the first) takes 1018ms. And the trend continues with around a 400-500 ms delay between each request.In the second test, It looks like there is a little concurrency, but I’m not getting a concurrency of 6.Further, if you switch the request to be an OData call from a GI concurrency does seem to work as expected.I’ve provided code below to try it for yourself.So my question is: Why do the Web API requests not run

I created an expense item for mileage. Populated Pending Cost and Pending Cost Date fields as shown below. When I go to Update Standard Costs screen, this item does not appear for me to process (see second screenshot). Not sure if I’m doing this wrong for expenses, haven’t found much documentation on it. Thoughts anyone?   

We can see profitability for projects and for appointments but there is no way to see profitability by Service Order. I heard this may be coming in 2021R1. Can this be confirmed?

I am getting an error when trying to delete an attribute value from the Lot/Serial Class.  It won’t let me delete it. I am unable to find where to “Inactivate” this attribute.  There is no option to inactivate this attribute on the Lot/Serial Class screen similar to the one on the Item Class screen.Anyone has any clues? 

Hi,A client is wanting to be able to add all the BOM operation lines related to the production order they have added into the grid on the Move screen (AM302000). For example, if they were to add a new line and select Production Order PO1234, they would like all the relevant lines to appear, rather than manually adding in a row for each record they want to process.The code below is how I have tried setting it up, but all it does is make the screen load for ages and I am not sure why that is happening.This is the process I am trying to enable using the code below:Add a new row to the grid and select a Production Nbr. Once this has been selected, all BOM operations associated with this order are added underneath. If there are any records that are not needed, remove them from the grid. Repeat these steps for any other Production Orders. Here is the code I have so far. Is it possible to lock down the editing permissions for Bills & Adjustments (view only) except for those Bills that they're assigned to be an approver of? For example, we'd want them to be able to change the GL Account, add lines, etc. but we don't want them to do that for Bills outside of their department. I feel like that's probably a standard capability, but I can't figure out how to get the access rights to do it that way.

I am trying to get custom labels to print an item label at a time for a Zebra label printer based on the quantity.  I used the Numbers approach which worked for all the labels on a single letter sized page. When I try to make it print a small label one page at a time like for a Zebra label printer, it prints half the quantity each time.  10 quantity received but it only prints 5 labels. Has anyone else found a solution to this? 

Hi EveryoneCurrently , we have create a generic inquiry to combine table invoice and memo  and table payment and check  in order to get the column for “ due date “ and “ payment date”   If we would like to get system to calculate the day of over due , which mean “due date” minus “ payment date” in order to get the day of over due.  May i know how to do this in generic inquiry?  Hope to hear from you soon. 

Hi!I have clients wondering if there was a way to track change requests per project in numerical order?  Right now, the numbering sequence is global for all projects but some clients are interested in knowing what request number one specific project is at.  I was thinking I could create a UDF or attribute but that would involve the user knowing what the last change request number was which doesn’t seem efficient.  I was curious to know if anyone else has had this come up or has some creative ideas they could share!  Customization is a possibility too but multiple clients have asked about this functionality so might be nice to add it to the core product :)

Hello Community,I am working on learning Acumatica for the first time and I am working through the S100 System Installation and Maintenance course. In the course it specifies to use the 23.200.0151 build for the Acumatica 2023 R2 GA version. This version is restricted though. Without going through the hoops to get that version, are there any versions that are an acceptable substitute? I have access to the builds download page as well. When scanning multiple Materials in one Scan Materials session, it defaults the quantity on the first line, and from there on out it only records quantity one.  For example, I have a work order that contains qty 4 EA of three different items.  Scanning the first item records an issue of qty 4.  The other two items only have issue qty of 1.  I have messed with Production Preferences related to bar coding to no avail.

Hello - When attempting to cut checks, we are getting the below error message, “Cannot generate the next number for the sequence”, and the last payment reference number was 9999. It seems like there us currently a 4 digit cap on the length of the Payment Reference Number. How do I extend the length available numbers on this field? I could not find it in the numbering sequences, and it is different than the AP Payment numbering sequence.Thanks!!   

Hello all,i have been trying to allow the approver of expense claim to be able to change the document on Hold even after it’s approved but before releasing so that they can edit the particular doc. I tried to modify the Access rights by setting the Hold = Edit  but it still doesn’t allow the employees with Approver role to change the expense claim doc back to hold after approving the doc. How can I get this done?Thanks in advance.
