I have a slight performance issue on the Generic Inquiry I am running. The inquiry is looking at expediate/priority jobs for my organization but the way I am doing it, it seems to cause a performance issue for on the database. At this time it’s nothing major but I would like to improve it so as the organization grows it doesn’t become a larger burden.  Attached is the XML of the Generic Inquiry, any advice would be helpful!

I have added the header Notes to the body of our Project Invoices and that works fine.  However when the doc type is Credit Memo, the Notes get duplicated in the body of the printed form.  How do I fix this?

I am trying to create several planning BOMs using the current visual BOM for our products that we manufacture.  When generating the visual BOM there are several sub-assemblies that do not have their parts listed underneath them.  When I check their BOMs everything is active in them and nothing is on hold. In the below example the assembly RPH1-01000-03 should have an exploded view with all the parts associated with it underneath it. 

Hello, I have a released AR invoice that had the incorrect date entered. I have tried to correct the invoice date, which moved from July into June period, and when trying to release the corrected invoice I get an error;“Inserting 'Applications' record raised at least one error. Please review the errors. Unable to apply the document because the application period precedes the financial period of the document.”So it appears it is due to crossing to a prior period. How can I correct this AR invoice and get it in the correct financial period? 

Need to know how to correct Fixed Assets Accounts on the GL Accounts section that is greyed out.  The accounts should have been 14380 - Vehicles - Automobiles instead of 14385 - Vehicles - Other and Accumulated Depreciation Account should have been 14525 - A/D - Vehicles - Automobiles.  I tried changing the Asset Class on the General tab and it said it would update GL accounts but did not update those above.  Vehicle was placed in service on 11/3/23 and has been depreciated for two months. 

 On the Print Invoices and Memos screen in Acumatica, is there a way to create individual PDFs for each invoice during bulk printing?

so, basically I have 2 different pages, both with a (vip checkbox) data field. one page is a customerClass and the second page is a customer page. the customer page is kind of an instance of the customerclass so when a record for customer is created, certain fields are already populated with information from the customer class. the vip checkbox is a custom field that i created and i want to know how i can link them so when the checkbox on customerclass is ticked, the customer records created take that value and tick its own vip checkbox. im new to acumatica so please explain in detail if you canthis is customer class,see the vip box on the right? if i tick that, when i generate a customer record, its vip box should already be tickedthis is the customer page. when i create a new record, the vip box should already be ticked if the customerclass vip box is ticked

I am trying to email a file created in a process screen.  The file must first be attached to a record before I can send it.  I am trying to attach it to a setup screen in the module we added for this process and the code runs just fine, there is no error but the attachment is never put on the email. Seeing as Snapshots are stored in the Acumatica database structure it would seem to me that the additional records not only take up storage space but also affect performance when running reports, generic inquiries, etc.   Has anyone found that to be the case or can anyone share some knowledge about why this might or might not impact performance for DB queries?  

Hello! I’ve created a business event to send out an email with an attached form (AP payment remittance) whenever it is triggered (or payment is issued). I’ve created this same exact event and form in another tenant and it works perfectly! However for some reason in this one, it will send the email and form, but the fields appears blank. I’ve tried recreating the event and form several times and nothing seems to be working. Does anyone have any idea how to fix this?  

I’m trying to debug Acumatica 23r1 source code but am unable to get the symbol files to load so my breakpoints are hallowing and say “The Breakpoint will not currently be hit. No symbols have been loaded for this document.” I’d like to figure out how to get the source code debugging to work. Also has anyone else been able to debug the Acumatica 23r1 source code?I was using Acumatica 22r2 and I was able to debug that just fine. I also installed Acumatica 21r2 and I could debug that without issues. I tried 2 different builds of 23r1, 100.0138 and 103.0013(making sure to check the box to install the debugging tools), but both had the same issue.I’ve tried clearing my symbol cache via Visual Studio and deleting the TemporaryAspFiles folder where the files seem to get put but I still get the same issue. I’ve also tried installing fresh instances of Acumatica and creating fresh customization projects but that has not worked either. I used hyper-v to create a windows 11 VM(my PC is windows 10

Hi All,I am running into an issue while importing check payment transactions to the AR payments and application screen. My scenario setup is given below along with the error I am getting. I have Integrated CC processing enabled under 3rd party integrations and I suspect that is what is causing the problem but it really shouldn’t since this is a check payment and not a CC payment. Let me know if you guys have any ideas. Acumatica version: Acumatica 2023 R1 Build 23.111.0019

We allow our customers to drop-ship items to their customers directly from our warehouse. We need a way to override the label generated by CONFIRM SHIPMENT in certain cases and put the customers from address instead of our address.  Is there any way to do this already or how complicated is it to do this? I was thinking of an identical button next to the CONFIRM SHIPMENT button that would do the same process but insert the customers address info instead of our address.I’m just trying to see if this is an option at this stage or even if there is a better way to do this.Thanks,Phil

Greeting all, before upgrading to 23r2 there was no problems with 22r1but after upgrading i am facing an error in invoices screenThere is an error that’s pops up whenever i want to delete any invoice.says “This record is referenced by at least one 'dbo.SOInvoice' record. The operation cannot be completed.” i unpublished all the customizations and then it worked well,so i tried and commented The customizations of soinvoice_extension and its dac extensions only but the error still the same.so i may have to debug the delete action to see why it gives error and how to solve it.So how to debug the builtin delete action?

Hello everyone, I understander GI and GN line type in ARTran table. But what is DS and MI line type? I can’t find any information about this. 

I read somewhere that with 2021 R2 it should be possible to make URLs clickable in a Generic Inquiry.  Does anyone know if it’s possible and if so how do you do it?
