Hello - I have created an import scenario for AR Applications and am trying to include an Entry Type but am running into a couple issues. 1) If there is no value, I get an error that a value must be entered >0. 2) If a value is entered, but there are multiple invoices per payment, then that entry type line is repeated. Is there a way to bring these in with blank values and also as 1 line per payment when there is a value? This is what I have so far:  

Using the AP Doc recognition feature, will the system detect whether the document being imported and recognized is a quote rather than an invoice?

Hello all, I was wondering if anyone has come across an ISV or developed a decent Equipment Module in Acumatica. I am not sure why Acumatica lacks equipment module functionality. When I talk about the eqipment module I do not simply mean to setup pieces of equipments with a few static values and enter some timecard for them. I mean the possibility of setting cost types (fuel, maintenace, repair, insurance, lease, depreaciation, ...) and mapping them to the GLs when applicable, catergorizing the cost types to classes like Ownership, Operating, … tieing equipments to the assets, tracking costs against the pieces of equipments and their workorders in the data entry screens(AP Bills, GL Tran, ...) and their modules/compenents, tracking their utilization and revenue and of course reporting on them.Any help is appreciated.

Trying to create a SOOrder along with an ARPayment inside a PUT request. I receive the error:"Inserting  'AR Payment' record raised at least one error. Please review the errors.\nCashAccountID: 'Cash Account' cannot be empty." This is my json and route that I’m using:   

I believe the current integration does not allow this, but want to confirm. Often times the Customer drop ships the items for service to the customer and then sends a tech out to apply the service. They want to record the shipment and see the cost in the profitability of the Service Order.  It seems based on other knowledge based entries you currently can only ship from the Sales order, which doesn’t accumulate cost on the Service Order. If you place the items on the Service Order/Appointment, the items are allocated in inventory but not relieved which isn’t exactly correct (unless I’m missing something). Is there another way to do this? 

We have Shopify with the BOPIS option in two locations, and we want the inventory to be deducted from the location where the product will be picked up and not from the Default warehouse when an online order is placed. Please can help us to find where can we make this setting in Acumatica?

Hi - hoping someone can help out. The way the current receive and put away function works seems very limited unless I am missing something. We were expecting it to work more like the physical inventory, where more than one person can count at a time, and it sends it to a review screen so it can be compared to the packing slip the vendor sends when they ship the purchase order, then once confirmed it can be released The way it seems to work is only one person can receive at a time, it doesn’t save what has been done while they are working (so if its a big order and need to take a break the work will be lost), and there is no way to review it on the desktop. This basically makes the receive function useless for any warehouse of somewhat size. If we get a full truckload order in this can’t handle multiple people receiving and review… Hopefully I am wrong...Thanks,Mitchell

Is it possible to add the subaccount description to line entries, most specifically Journal entries and AP Bill entries?

Hii I'm getting an issue while trying to create a customer in Acumatica from Salesforce using an API POST request. To address a mapping problem in the default endpoint, I've created a Custom Endpoint with an action named "Save" specifically for this purpose. However, upon sending the request, I receive an error message: "The request is invalid," along with details stating that "The Entity field is required."Could you please assist me in resolving this issue? 

I have a Sales Order Invoice import scenario that does not calculate the discount for items.  I tried adding logic to recalculate the discounts, but get an error.

I am unable to see the Add Shared Secret Dialog Box and Add JSON Web Key Dialog Box in my Connected Application Page in Acumatica. How to see these dialog box do i need to enable something or i am missing out something?  

Hi EveryoneI recently uploaded a few stock items with incorrect default prices. Now, I would like to review the last audit history before the new prices were updated. Can we obtain the details of the audit history prior to the price update? In the attached screenshot, the old price is $289 and I have updated it to $319. Similarly, using a GI, I would like to extract data on the old price.Please suggest.

I've been trying to generate my access token in the Acumatcia platform using the Authorization code flow but i am unable to generate it as it is raising me an error invalid client i have also tried the Resource owner password flow but still it is giving me the same error invalid client. I have generated the access code but when i am using that access code in authorization flow it is giving me an error . I have followed all the steps as told in their Acumatica Integration guide and made an client application in the acumatica , generated the client id and client secret.   Here i am using the post request to send in the request and is using the redirect uri of the postman only. By using the GET method i have generated the Authorization Code and was successful in it. Can anyone help me to resolve the issue of invalid client ?

My  client is setting up the self-service portal for their customers 2022R2.  The users are not able to print or use the hyperlink to review the invoices.  I found this red note in the documentation.  Is this still an issue?  Is there a workaround?  The point of the portal is so the customer can access their own documents.  Will this be fixed? 

Hi There,I’m testing T5018 and noticed that there’s “Canadian tax reporting” available under 2023R2 version, however, I can’t find it under our companies setting but in demo. Just wondering how to added this to our companies for T5018 filling. Also, we used to have “taxes” under company but it’s gone under 2023R2 sandbox environment. Hi,Cannot send out an email. we tried sending out a copy of the purchase receipt from the Purchase Receipt module, we went to print the purchase receipt and then clicked on send, but upon checking, the email was not automatically sent, the email status is Pending Processing, and in the email, the cancel sending button lit up, meaning it was not yet sent out, . This is the same as the one reported in emailing statements in Receivables (Print Statements) we need to do an additional step, which is to go to All Emails > Outgoing emails > click on the email in question > click on  > Process, only then will the email be sent, 

My company uses ADP as a 3rd party payroll provider and we have been importing the payroll transactions manually.  Labor is billed to jobs as at a blended rate (labor and overhead together, aka conversion costs) and a correspond offset account is used so that actual labor and overhead costs in SG&A are netted against it.  The problem is, that Acumatica wants to apply both sides of the transaction to a job which ends up netting out to zero.  Both the debit and the credit hit the job so that when looking at project budgets in the Construction module no labor costs appear.   Worse than that, if you separate these out into two different lines in Project Transactions with the first line posting to the job and the second posting to X, the non project code, this transaction somehow doesn’t show up in the GL.  How should we go about resolving this?  Is it because both of these are considered Expense accounts? Is there a way to set up a new Account Group for the labor absorption offset acco

Hello we just went live with Acumatica Monday. I am trying to learn to use the Generic Inquiry interface.Basically I have 2 questions. First question - I am working with multiple tables and trying to create joins using the interface. Having some trouble getting my head around setting up proper joins. I am use to just creating a SQL view (Oracle) and then access that view through our ERP via a report interface. Is there a specific method for me to see the code behind a Generic Inquiry that I create.  I think that would really help me figure things out. If I understand correctly that would be the BQL code or some sort of combination of that and something else.Second question  - As I mentioned I  am used to creating SQL views in our previous ERP (IFS). Reading through some post on line it appears we have that capability in Acumatica  where we can create a SQL view and then create a DAC (Data Access Class) to look at that SQL view and then access that DAC via a Generic Inquiry or a Report.

Hi Team,I have the following question regarding the reversals of debit adjustments. (Payable Module)I have created a debit adjustment & didn’t apply to any AP bill because I found out that the created debit adjustment is wrong. Therefore, in order to correct that I reversed the debit adjustment & it created a credit adjustment. In my GL accounts the balance is net-off & it is in order. But the question is, the credit adjustment & the debit adjustment is still in open status. How am I suppose to close those documents ? Hello,Looking for to see if anyone has tried to auto populate GL Sub Accounts based on the Branch selected on the line items of the PO. It looks like a buyer has to manually select a sub account and we are looking for to see if there is a way we can auto populate this to avoid any incorrect selection of accounts by users. Hello everyone I was hoping if someone could help me with this subject. We are using the Acumatica API for the upload of files in respect of  some payments.The thing is we can't attach files once an operation is closed, and we want to know if there is a workaround on this or an alternative that we can use to avoid this lock.Thanks for the help in advance.
