I can’t find the sync schedules for our Big Commerce entities (Customer, Sales Order, etc..).I need to edit the frequency that these entity syncs are happening but cannot locate them. Any help would be appreciated.

Hello,Trying to create an import scenario with he minimum required data to start with.If I follow the steps in this scenario exactly, I can create new fixed asset records without any issues.  The import scenario says it worked and doesn’t throw any errors.  But it only creates 1 record which is wrong.  I can rerun the scenario over and over and I only have 1 record.Please note, I don't’ really know anything about fixed assets in ACU.Asset numbering is manual: Crazy results below: 

Getting really aesthetically granular with a client’s printed reports and running into some formatting issues I can’t seem to figure out. Is it possible to center align report sections to the report page layout? (1) Does this get rid of the right side gap? (2)Also can a border for the entire report be made so it is visible when printed or exported to PDF. (3)When I do print or export the outside border disappears? I have moved items around on reports by adjusting their position manually, but would like to utilize built in functionality if it exists for center aligning entire report sections, not just on report section objects.  I have reviewed the Report Designer documentation, and nothing I can find speaks to either of these issues. Any ideas?

how it calculate because sometime sum extend cost in detail line but sometime it’s not the same sum of details line

Looking for advice -I have a client using AP bills approvals and 3 levels of approval.  See my levels below. As shown, Bills <$10k, do not route correctly (for both Marketing and Events. The Originator step processes correctly, the Vendor step processes correctly,  but then it returns to the Originator again.  Is there another way I should setting this up? Any help would be appreciated!  

Is it possible to create a parameter on a dashboard that allows the user to select more than one item in the list of values for the parameter?   For example, we have a sales dashboard and we want to select 2 salespeople in the list of choices for the salesperson parameter to see how those choices affect the data on the dashboard.   Is there another way to do this using attributes or something else?Thank you!

Shopify Payments syncing has been working great. However, we had our first backorder on a Shopify Payments order. The authorization from Shopify within Acumatica was captured for the amount of the order minus the backordered items/freight. We received the goods in to ship, but the authorization no longer had a balance even though we did not capture the full amount. Well in Shopify, you can still capture the balance. So we did. However, that second payment is not syncing to Acumatica so we cannot apply that payment to the shopify order/invoice. What are the plans to address this? Back ordering is common in our industry and we want to allow that for web orders. We can try to create a manual payment to mark the order/invoice as paid in Acumatica. But, that is not a real solution. Thoughts?

I have a generic inquiry for displaying a side panel on an ‘Export Shipments’ page. This side panel lists all the Files on the page (this page has the option to create a document and attach it to the page, populating the default ‘Files’ popup). I would like to update this side panel so when a user clicks the file name it will download the file instead of navigating to the ‘File Maintenance’ page. I noticed the File Maintenance page has the ‘External Link’ field that is a part of the ‘UploadFileWithIDSelector’ -I was originally using the ‘UploadFile’ data class for displaying the Name, CreatedDate, and a few other properties belonging to ‘UploadFile’ on the side panel but this data class doesn’t have access to the ‘External Link’ field so I updated the generic inquiry to use the ‘UploadFileWithIDSelector’ data class and attempted to add the ‘External Link’ field in the Results Grid -  With this setup the page only displays the Name and CreatedDate with the External Link value being empt

I want to join a table (EPEmployees) twice to get employee and supervisor info and based on the user logged in I want to show either only an employees customers or the supervisors customers + the employees that report to them. I have a Generic Inquiry that displays shipment information based on the tracking number that is input into a parameter. We have EasyPost integrated into our Acumatica, and we have the Tracking URL as one of the fields in the Generic Inquiry. Is there a way to make the Tracking URL link active in the Generic Inquiry so the user can simply click on the URL and view the tracking information on the EasyPost tracking page? Thank you

Is there some way in Acumatica to warn users, during entry, that the Inventory ID exist in another row?  ScenarioA clerk inputs a Sales Order, Invoice, or PO with numerous items, 30+, including Item A. Later on they get a request to ‘add’ Items B to the order but they inadvertently select Item A. So the order is now has two rows with Inventory ID Item A.  Required behavior:A popup prompt to notifying user that the Inventory ID already exist on the document Place a warning icon adjacent to the duplicate Inventory IDs
