like what standard cost is used for the work center, what’s qty to produce and what was the planned cost for the operation before you were adding the operation, trace for the error and steps to reproduce this issue. I tried but was not able to reproduce this error.
I think it's better to submit a support case because this issue will require lot of other details to be looked at.
