Is it possible to delete irrelevant UoM conversions at the stock item level? Some of our stock items have a huge list of possible UoMs that are not relevant to that particular stock item.

Yes you can delete them if they are not currently in use. If the system finds that there is an Open document as in an Issue/Shipment etc (A released Invoice is fine). It will present you with a warning telling you it cannot be deleted.

In my import I am assuming I’ll have to list each conversion for that stock item and use a =-2 action to delete that line for each conversion I wish to delete?

Oh my goodness yes I’m sorry I meant to mention that I was hoping to do this as an import scenario since some items have 70+ irrelevant conversions.
+15Yes it will be something like line number = -2. Ensure you test it on a test tenant if you have one first would be my adviice.
