Hi!I’ve edited the project profile name to say “Project Hub” similar to the construction presales engineer demo:I noticed this shows up fine in some areas but in other areas it shows up as the original name “projects” when i drill into a specific project, we noticed that it only says Projects, not Project Hub (the link works fine, just visually I would like to see the updated name): this is what it looks like in the construction golden demo video: Am i missing a step or is this done via customization? I appreciate your help in advance!

I created an import scenario with 1700 leads all but 155 imported fine but the last 155 won’t import I even moved them to a new sheet in the excel file and tried from there then it gave me an owner ID error so I tried clearing the owner so I could just enter it in mass later on but then the same issue happened again where it says success but the leads are not there. This is a search of one of the leads that should have imported

I have a local instance set up with Sales demo data and in the projects dashboard, there is a jobsite camera (Truelook) but all it shows is a gray/black screen.  Is there an example where I could see what a job site camera would look like in the sales demo? Here’s what it looks like for me:

Good afternoon. I would like to change the labels on these fields in the Items screen (and any other price related screens). I thought it was something with Translations, but I couldn’t find these fields anywhere in translations. I want to change MSRP to Retail, Default Price or Base Price to Our Price and then I want to add the MAP price block to the Price Management tab above MSRP.  I was hoping to accomplish this with out creating a customization project.

All,I have a GI row style for customers that works well. If a customer’s status is “One-Time”, the row is highlighted red:  =Iif ([Customer.Status] = 'T','red20', 'default')But, when selecting customers from a Dialog -- let’s say we’re entering a Sales Order -- we want a One-Time customer to also be highlighted red. As an example, the rows I highlighted should be formatted differently so our Customer Service agents can more quickly identify One-Time customers.Do I need to modify the Dialog: Specify New IDIn a customization project to achieve this?Thanks for any suggestions/pointers, this is all new to me! :D

Hi allI would like to print the GL Register detail report filtering by account number. When I tried, I filtered in the GLTran table but it only shows one line of the journal transaction.What I need is that the report shows the journal with all its lines if the policy contains the filtered account.Have you done something similar?Thank you.

Hello all, Currently, sales orders for on hold/credit hold customers can not be entered. Is there way we can push orders through for customers with on hold status.Often times we would still like to send these orders through to production, as their hold status can usually be resolved by the end of the month. As it stands now, we’re often scrambling at the end of the month to get these orders produced and out the door in the remaining days to hit our end of month numbers.We will still have a hold on these orders and they would not ship until the hold is lifted; but if we could get them into production, the orders could ship as soon as the customer’s hold status was removed.I’m sure I can (not easily) develop a customization to handle this, but was wondering if there’s an easier way of accomplishing this. Hello,Is there any way to locate a shipment in Acumatica by searching UPS or FedEx tracking number? I searched on the GI=> RESULTS GRID TAB, and I was not able to find a field for this. I don't know that we need to add an additional table to the GI in order to add the field and then search it by?Or another option is there  to locate a shipment by tracking number.

Hello community,How can we split the labor burden from payroll to projects by number of hours worked? So its like if a labor worked for 50 hours for 2 projects (30 for Project A & 20 for Project B) in a week how can I setup the system to evenly distribute these amounts into projects?Thanks.

Created a simple customization to add Principal employee and PO number to a project in 23R2, customization work without any issue until upgrade.After upgrade in Sandbox, there is an error message. \App_RuntimeCode\PX_Objects_CT_Contract_extensions.cs(35): error CS0246: The type or namespace name 'EPEmployee' could not be found (are you missing a using directive or an assembly reference?)I have come at this several different ways, and just create new error messages. I feel that I am missing something very obvious.
