Hi We have requirement to insert the record in the Multiple Production Clock Entry screen from the other custom action. Is there a way to login as a user on the customer portal, as there is in the main ERP environment?I need to troubleshoot what a user is seeing, but can’t find a way to login as them.

Hi!I am trying to import transactions into Cash purchases using the ACU Import AP Cash Purchases Template. It’s going good other than it is importing all line items into one transaction. I thought it would make a separate transaction for each line.. Any suggestions on how to do that? Thanks!AC

Hello Everyone!My organization is just getting started with an Acumatica implementation and we are looking into utilizing Acumatica’s document storage capabilities for attachments. Has anyone utilized Microsoft Azure Files for this? I have not been able to find any resources that would point me in one direction or the other. This is the solution my company is leaning towards to remove typical network shared drives. We would like to leverage it for Acumatica as well if possible.Thank you in advance for any help you can provide!

Hi!We are running Acumatica 2021 R2, Build 21.212.0039.After clicking through the following, we are getting the error.Open Project Switch to Activities tab Select Create Activity Select Create NoteError: An error occurred during processing of the field Project value PUBMID-000066 Error: Project 'PUBMID000066' cannot be found in the system. Please verify whether you have proper access rights to this object.Per Site Map, looks like these screens are in CRM module so hoping that is not required since we are able to use some Activities from Invoices.Thank you,Dave Z

Is there a way to have the ACH file that is created with the ACH Plug in have a branch specific name?  Our client has multiple companies with multiple bank accounts.  When they create the ACH export using the plug in the file is created as ‘ACHmmddyy.txt.  Client would like to know if there is a way to change that so it indicates the branch name also as when they process multiple payments on the same day and download them to their computer they have no way of knowing which bank account they are uploading the file for unless they open it up first.

Hi, We are trying to print a PDF document, a 2 page Terms & Conditions, after the Order form prints. I have been able to convert the PDF to jpg & embed the jpg in the form. But the T&C prints condensed & does not fil out the page. I am wondering if there is a way to designate a PDF to print or if there is a better way of accomplishing this. Should we store the Doc in the Database rather than the form? Any other ideas? This is a cloud environment (AWS) .Thank you, Bill 

I’m sandboxing the 2020 R2 features and marked a non-stock item for PO (PO for Service Order) using the mobile app (in the appointment as a tech). When I clicked Create Purchase Order from the Service Order, nothing appears in the table--because it’s a non-stock item? I’ve tested before in previous versions, but only with stock items--no issue. Is there no functionality for creating POs for non-stock items through service orders or appointments? Or are there settings I’m missing?

When trying to login with Acumatica for Bank feeds using PNC bank, the client needs to use a company ID, however on the Bank feeds, there is no option. Has anyone found a way around this or what is the way to login? Thank you in advance!

We need help with how to book purchase discount in the following two situations:Suppliers will offer a 25% (for example) discount if we agree to take a large amount of product.  We want to book this special discount as “purchase discount”. How do we do it.     Suppliers will offer us a 50% discount on freight charges if we pay the product invoice within X days.  We want to book this 50% freight discount as purchase discount.  How do we do it? I wanted to create an email template for credit notes. I already created an email template for sales invoice as well. when creating both email templates, I selected the screen ID as AR.30.10.PL. When I try to email credit note, email template is as same as the template I created for sales invoices. What can I do for this.

Is there a place I can go to see all the field names for a given entity (ie: StockItems).My reason is that I have some sync processes that download StockItems via the rest API. However, the properties/field names that the rest API returns are different than what I see in a Generic Inquiry. For instance, in the rest API, the field name for Description is “Description”. In the GI, its called DESC. I was hoping there was some sort of way I can see how those mappings work. I am porting some of these REST Api calls over to oData and am unsure what the fields are called in the Generic Inquiry UI screen. Thanks! Eric

Hi,Is there a way to specify in Acumatica that when a Payment Amount = 0 after the Processing of Payments that the balance of the vendor is 0 (selecting Bills and Debit Adj), the payment documents outcome (check or ACH) only creates Remittance Advice instead of creating checks with zero payment or ach file? 

Can you configure a workflow on a per user/group basis in Acumatica? Or is it strictly a system wide basis?
