I have GIs that are designed to dynamically include a sales order total to either a MTD column or YTD column depending on the value of the date in the GI’s parameter. We are using grouping and aggregates to summarize these totals by Branch and Month or Branch and Year.  I’d like to display the results of these queries in a table format on a GI, meaning that the GI should have the data in the desired layout prior to exposing it to the Dashboard, but the user should be able to enter a date on the dashboard, that would then feed the GI so that the summarized totals are reflected in the results as though they were entering the date parameter in the GI as shown below where Ext Price = MTD Salesand no - I don’t want to use a Pivot table… 😉If anyone has cracked this puzzle, I’m interested in understanding how you did it.  

We would like to reverse physical counts entries, can it be done?I am aware that the journal entry can be reverse but how about the items?

We sell a build-to-order product with 8 weeks lead time.  We require a minimum 20% down payment (exceptions occur, so we must account for variations from 20%) of the full sale price before we begin the build.  Here is the desired workflow:Create Sales Order with full price of product Invoice 20% of the Sales Order amount Customer pays down payment invoice via email pay (secure portal 3rd party) Apply as a Payment/Prepayment on the Sales Order The Payment/Prepayment automatically applies to the final invoice at end of the buildThe problem is that I cannot create a down payment invoice for the 20% linked to the Sales Order.  I can send the Sales Order form with an email pay link on it, but it will be for the full amount.  We can tell our customer to only pay a certain amount, but the customer will have to manually modify the amount (because the payment amount for the customer will default to the full sale price).Is there a workflow to handle down payment invoices?

We have dashboards that use Power BI widgets. The tokens being used (Power BI Embedded) are still active and haven’t expired. We are not sure what is causing this issue.  

The AP supervisor wants to see all of the outstanding approvals and who has not done their approvals.  How do I make it so she can see them on the ALL tab?She does have her own approvals both for herself and her work group just find, just cant seem to allow her to see what is outstanding for everyone else.

Why does the “Replenishment Seasonality” settings require dates with years?If I want to define “SUMMER” as June 1st to August 31st this will be the same every year but I need to change the dates in the Seasonality settings each year?  Is there a way to define the Seasonality with just day & month?

I am testing employee labor tracking to production orders and I cannot enter an Employee ID.  The field is grayed out. I have tried clicking Current User, clicking the plus sign for a new labor entry, etc. and nothing will stick.  

When an Acumatica database table includes the DeletedDatabaseRecord field, records deleted from within the application are not removed from the database, but rather that field gets set to “true”/1 and the record is ignored by the application from that point forward.  At the time the record is marked as deleted, the LastModifiedDateTime field also gets updated, but to local time rather than UTC.This is causing problems for an incremental data extract job that uses the greatest last modified date/time from the previous extract as a filter on the next extract.As I look through our data, I see that this has been happening since we went live in 2020.Here’s a test I ran this morning:  Created 3 Time Activity records.  Then updated one and deleted one.  Note how the Created & Modified dates and times are as expected except that the Last Mod date on the deleted record is 5 hours earlier than the Created DateTime (I’m currently 5 hrs behind UTC, in US Central time currently under DST).FYI -

Hi,For the setup of emails, I know you can set different emails for each branch by adding different records for the INVOICE id, as shown in the second image below. However, I have found that these settings don't seem to come through for the manual sending of emails via the window shown in the first image below.Is there a different screen I need to use to populate the From field in the image below based on which Branch I am in? I have new payment processor installed in acumatica. When trying to import payment from bigcommerce. Got issue The payment could not be imported because the combination of the NMI (CREDIT_CARD) store payment method and the NMI store order payment method is not mapped to an ERP payment method for the USD currency or the mapping is inactive in the store settings.Please suggest what could be wrong?

We currently have the Shopify Connector setup and want to start using the Shopify POS.  I don’t see the Shopify and Shopify POS Connector option or Custom Connectors option in our production environment, just the Shopify Connector option. We have the Distribution Edition and added Shopify.  We don’t have the Commerce Edition, I’m wondering if that is why, or is it just a completely different license and it’ll be added after we get a difference license that includes the POS Connector?  

in 2023r1 i created a customization that is supposed to print a custom report when an order’s status changes to open.  I have a PXAutoAction setup in the code and it is displaying correctly.  I added the action to a new workflow that extends the SO Workflow.  In the open state I added the new action with the Auto run allow set to true and the auto-run condition set to True.The action does not seem to be running.  I added some information trace statements to see if they would show up in the trace, they did not.Any advice or steps that you can provide will be appreciated.

On the Tax Maintenance Screen the default expense accounts are listed. However it is my understanding that any GL accounts assigned under the employee payroll settings should override the default. Anyone else experiencing issues with changing Acumatica passwords while in Edge?  Seems like most of my users can’t, have them go to Chrome and they are able to change it.  As an admin I have even experienced this issue.

I have some generic stock/non stock items set up for certain purchases.  The buyer changes the description based on what it is.  The correct description shows up in the PO once it is saved, but I cannot find this field in the POLine table.  I can add POLine.InventoryID_Description but this pulls the description from the stock item, not the PO Line.  How do I add the actual PO lin description to a GI?  This GI below uses POLine.InventoryID_Description, but I want it to show the actual PO Line description above.
