I imported bank transactions for the first time and it’s bringing in transactions that we have already reconciled.  On the right pane, it looks like we can match them again.What’s the process? Hide each transaction one at a time? (No option to hide en masse, ugggghhh.)Do we match again and it and the following processes take the previous matches into account?

Hi,I have a customer trying to implement integration and we’re trying to attach files to bills but are unable to do so. it’s showing as success, but there’s no attachment.here’s the sample URL request:https://dev-acumatica.customername.com/customeracct/entity/default/22.200.001/Bill/INV/026331/files/file.pdfI’m trying to find any related API documentation for this specific endpoint but failed to do so. 

 I have an order type LS, which is allowed to quick process (confirm shipment and create an invoice) When I press the button manually, it works as expected; then, I want to set up a business event that will auto-quickly process if the order type equals LS and the status is open.  But it’s not working; the system shows “button OK is disabled”.  If I remove this action and keep only  the “ press quick” action, the sales order only creates a shipment but does not confirm or create an invoice. Can you help me find out what I am missing?

Hi all, I want to know how to change header value of a field based on currently selected row in the grid of a form. As an Example, if you select the 2nd line of the grid as below. It should change the header field value immediately. This kind of functionality already there in Acumatica. But I was unable to find logic behind there.As you can see in Production Details Screen, Materials Tab Grid is changing based on user’s selection of above grid lines.Do you have any idea about this?  Thanks

Ok, this is a stupid question.  We recently implemented a new tenant on our Production system and I have a need to connect to the site using Report Designer.HOWEVER, because now we have multiple tenants the old URL format of “https://acumatica.xyz.com” does not work.  I know with OData you have provide the tenant name at the end of the URL like this, “https://acumatica.xyz.com/odata/tenant%20name”. I thought the format for the Report Designer would be similar such as“https://acumatica.xyz.com/tenant%20name”But that throws an error when I try to load reports. So, what is the correct URL format for Report Designer to connect to each tenant individually?Sorry again for such a stupid question

In short I want a processing screen that performs a single action over all the selected records instead of one action per record.A bit of background first, our company doesn’t quite a manufacture our products, but we do build them using the kitting feature. (Packaging and labeling and basic assembly done in house etc) I have developed a customisation that takes a forecast of what we are expecting to sell (sale units) and it then calculates how much of the purchase components that we will need, compares this to our current inventory levels and then looks at things like the vendor lead time, safety stock etc and generates recommendations for what we should by and when. A small example of this looks like below (The actual run of this would have a lot more lines with larger spread vendors)We intend to run this with a fresh forecast every week, so while the plan may generate multiple purchase recommendations within th

Hello, I am attempting to create an ACH Export to go along with the Wells Fargo Payment Manager through the batch payments screen. I found out from Acumatica that we cannot utilize the Cash Account Details, or VendorAccountDetails in an Export scenario based on the Batch Payment screen.The ticket was moved to Acumatica services, and they quoted an obscene amount to write this. Has anyone tied into WF Payment Manger? If so, would you be willing to give a little direction as to how this was accomplished?Thanks in advance!

When you have a Shopify store, and you use integrated carriers, Shopify will update an order when the package is out for delivery and then when it’s delivered. In Shopify it will look this:So, apparently, by this time, the order is shipped and completed in Acumatica.  But these order delivery updates trigger the Shopify Connector to try to update the order in Acumatica, which returns an error: The status of the {{order number}} order does not allow modifications. Please synchronize records manually.Is there an elegant way to work around this?Thank you, friends!

I am trying to create an import scenario that deletes all Transaction line items in the Deferral Schedule. I keep getting the following error. I tested several different ways and I don’t know why this error is coming up. My ultimate goal is to delete all transaction table line items in the deferral schedule, then add 1 new line item, but I just want to test deleting first.  Can anyone spot something obvious that I am missing?  Note: The deferral schedule is Open and the transactions are editable.

Hi! I’ve been looking to see if you can create an import scenario that will create sales orders and group them by ship to location. For example, if the first two three rows on the spreadsheet have the same ship to location then the system will create one order as opposed to three different ones. I’m aware you can add the order numbers to the spreadsheet but I want to avoid this if possible.

I have an Approval Map use case for sales order that I cannot figure out.Employee is immediately notified.If the employee responds within 14 days the document is completed.If the employee does not respond within 14 days then a second employee is notified.My initial thought was to make two steps, placing a decision wait time on the first step.  However, if the first employee responds I do not want the approval to fall to the second employee.Does anyone have any ideas how this can be accomplished? TIA.Russ.

I am Trying to  create a Report to Find out the List of invoices Paid in Full /status closed based on Payment Date  with Following Fields SO Order number SO Type , Payment Date Customer , Invoice # , Date etc   Following tables were Used ARTran>SOorder, ARTran> ARInvoice, ARInvoice>ARADjust , I grouped it by Customer and when trying to get Subtotal for Customer , The result is getting Multiplied with the Number of Line Items in the Invoice Document .  How to resolve this ?   

 Hello, I would like to use set assembly for articles. I have defined a set article IN209500, which consists of 3 components. However, when I create a customer order with this set article, only the set article appears in "Determine Requirements IN508000" and not the subcomponents. But before assembling the set, I need to know if all parts are available. Because I can't save the set if there isn't enough material available.
