Adding an operation to an existing production order. This is the only operation for the production order. The following image is from the Production order details screen.

Production Order Details - Plan cost cannot be recalculated for the RO Order; Value was either too large or too small for an int32
like what standard cost is used for the work center, what’s qty to produce and what was the planned cost for the operation before you were adding the operation, trace for the error and steps to reproduce this issue. I tried but was not able to reproduce this error.
I think it's better to submit a support case because this issue will require lot of other details to be looked at.
